Hello Lybrate user, Warm welcome to Lybrate.com I have evaluated your query thoroughly. From medical point of view, there are no foods responsible for pus formation. Milk is not also an issue, it is a myth. But certain oily, spicy, non veg stuffs do make problems in defecation with burning and other problems Hope this clears your query. Wishing you fine recovery. Welcome for any further assistance at my private URL https://www.Lybrate.com/gandhinagar/doctor/dr-bhagyesh-patel-general-surgeon Regards take care.

Hello Mr. lybrate-user It seems you have problem of Anal Fissure. Fissure is mostly self-healing (in >90% cases. You just have to take few precautions and follow some conservative measures: Treat constipation - drink lots of fluids, have green vegetables, salad. If it doesn't get better, you can take Syp. Cremaffin 10-15 ml at bedtime for few days or Isabgol 2 spoon in milk: Conservative measures- - Sit in a tub filled with warm water twice or thrice daily for 10-10 minutes each time - you can apply lignocaine jelly on fissure, 5 minutes before going for toilet.

Incidental diagnosis of Appendicitis with scanning without symptoms doesnot require surgery immediately. You need careful follow up for signs and symptoms of appendicitis.

Hello Mr. lybrate-user, With multicolor stones I understand you mean pigmented stones. There are different type of stones in the Gallbladder. Pigmented stones are the less common ones and found in young age. He more common are the cholesterol stones which are found more commonly in adults. This age difference helps us to predict which patient may have which type of stones but it is not always a rule. Firstly, I would like to ask your age. Secondly, do tell me that how do you know for certain that you have pigmented stones because the way to find out for definite is to remove the stones along with the Gallbladder and see them. An ultrasound or CT Scan may not confirm which type of stones you have. These tests confirm the presence of stones but not which type of stones. Stones can be treated or I should formation can be prevented depending upon which type they are, especially pigmented ones as they are formed in hemolytic disorders. So if you think that you have pigmented stones we can do some blood tests to find out whether do you have this problem or not. I hope you found this information helpful. If you want to find out for certain that you have this disease so that we can treat it, you can drop in a consult on my webpage.
