Please avoid buying such Quick Weight Loss medicines/gadgets which are advertised on internet / TV. These are all gimmicks for which you will spend unnecessary money and time but no results. Eat light food, less sugars, less fats, less oil. Eat more fruits, vegetables, salads. This kind of diet is good for body. Metabolism is decided by the activity and exercise you do. If you are more active and exercise more then your metabolism will go up. Food does not increase/decrease metabolism.

Like crunches bicycle crunches push ups planks and also a brisk walk of 10 mins then 20 mins of normal walk and again 10 mins of brisk walking. Also haved tepid water with lemon juice and honey. Aim is to be physically and mentally strong. Never feel you are weak. To gain some weight, you need to eat healthy and natural food..>> Take at least two fruits per day and one glass fruit juice..>>  Eat 20 almonds & 5 dates daily. Drink full cream milk, curd, lassi, banana shakes etc..>> If your are non veg you can have more eggs, chicken, fish.  For Veh have more dals, rajma, kabuli chana, soya beans etc..>> Avoid junk food and colas. Avoid chips and other namkeen..>> No need for any extra supplements. Natural diet is best. Go for 30 mins walks / exercise / yoga daily.  .>> Take deworming tablets every six month.  .Feel confident about yourself. All the best.
