Hi, Thank you for your query. We will be happy to help you. 2 kgs a month is definitely feasible and can easily be done. For this, make sure that you avoid all outside food completely. Eat healthy home cooked meals with 4 to 5 servings of fruits and vegetables daily. Eat a protein rich breakfast every morning. Have your dinner early and keep it light. Consume less rice, potatoes and other carbohydrates. Drink plenty of water throughout the day. Along with this, exercise at least 5 times a week. We are here to guide you. Hello. Given that you are in your teen years you will eventually have a growth spurt solving most of your current worries. However it is good to avoid sugary diets and junk food. Alternatively for muscular body try calisthenics. Additionally for height sports which require jumping might help. But genetics does play a role. So if your parents are tall you actually do not have anything to worry.

Normally one feels palpitations/fast breathing while running. If you feel it's beyond normal than you should practice rib stretching exercises or pranayama. Eg Stand upright with your back arched. Exhale all the oxygen from your lungs. Breathe in slowly, filling your lungs as much as possible. Hold your breath for at least 10 seconds. Slowly exhale. Other than this you may have some Ayurveda medicines to enhance your capacity like peepali is a good herb.

Hi lybrate-user It is absolutely ok if you are taking whey protein in proper amount means 1.2-1.5 gm/ kg orally. They are absolutely contraindicated if you are allergic to cow's milk.

Hi lybrate-user Spring mattresses may give the illusion of comfort at first, but they do not offer sufficient pressure point relief. They push back against your body, all with the same force that your body weight is applying to the mattress. Proper support is unachievable  because your body does not push down evenly, meaning areas that carry more weight will push down into the mattress more than others. It results in uneven support which causes pressure points. These pressure points lead to poor blood circulation, tossing and turning, aches and joint pain and ultimately your sleep will suffer. It does not provide back support as well as it can be painful and lastly it is not hypoallergenic means springs creates a perfect nesting ground for dust mites.

If you desire to lose weight healthily and sustainably, I would advise you to give your body time to shed weight. Ideally you should lose 3-4 kgs in a month with a wholesome diet and exercise. I will not advise any short cuts / quick fix solutions to weight loss. Your body took time to gain weight, atleast give it few months to shed. Some basic weight loss guidelines are here- Make necessary dietary changes and combine it with 45-60 min brisk walk / exercise / gymming and you can easily shed weight. Focus on higher protein intake, lower fat and restrict carbohydrates to complex ones only. Avoid simple sugars completely. 'Eat Out' less (or avoid completely if want to lose fast) and have good quantity of fresh foods (Fruits, veegtables) which are not processed. Have plenty of water and sleep well.
