Ba lanced diet and hyderated avoid stress anxiety and anticipating the things do regular physical activity and breathing exercises for about 20 minutes regularly do abdominal exercises and postural exercises from physiotherapist best wishes.

According to your height you are over weight. Yes you can reduce your weight by following simple calorie based diet charts. Kindly msg me your daily routines and food habits so that I can give you diet charts according to your life style n food habits. You can reduce 3-5 kg per month tats a healthy weight loss. You will not feel hungry at any point of time n at the same time you will be reducing. If you want I have a weight loss package, many r benefited and got there dream body.

Change food habites. Avoid carbohydrates, rich protein, eggs, nonveg, cold drinks, sweets, fast food, over eating will help you to reduce weight. Go for fast walking in morning and after dinner go for walking slowly 1 to 2 km. Daily.

An analysis from the united kingdom prospective diabetes study (ukpds) found that 50 percent of patients originally controlled with a single drug required the addition of a second drug after three years; by nine years 75 percent of patients need multiple therapies to achieve the target hemoglobin a1c (hba1c) value, which is the average blood sugar of the last three months.

After a successful initial response to oral therapy, patients fail to maintain target a1c levels (<7 percent) at a rate of 5 to 10 percent per year.

This means that all diabetic patients will start with one drug and will invariably end up with three with or without the addition of insulin within 10 years.

A1c should be done every three months until <7 percent and then at least every 6 months and should be preferred over the fasting sugar levels. It represents the average blood sugar of the last three months and the value should be kept lower than 7%.

Regardless of the initial response to therapy, the natural history of most patients with type 2 diabetes for blood glucose concentrations is to rise gradually with time.

Initial treatment of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus includes education, with emphasis on lifestyle changes including diet, exercise and weight reduction when appropriate. Monotherapy with metformin is indicated for most patients and insulin may be indicated for initial treatment for some.

In the absence of contraindications, metformin is usually the initial therapy for most patients with type 2 diabetes.

Hello lybrate-user its good to go for some simple tests like thyroid n blood sugar n do not exert yourself so much avoid all kind of stress.

I am gaining weight. I am finding very less energy n tired when I tried to do some exercises. Also I am having tonsils from more than 2 years I am having lot of pain in my throat and neck because of that. Also my eye sight also decreased. My legs are also paining when I do some workouts or climb some stairs and I had an accident last year I got one metal plate inside my leg. I am finding it difficult to walk fast.

Kindly take vygrahdi kshayam, 3 tsf in half a glass of luke warm water before meals, twice a day in luke warm water. Take lakshami villas rasa, 2 tabs with balarishta, 3 tsf in half a glass of luke warm water after meals, twice a day. take shillajeet ( pure shilajeet) caps, 1 cap after breakfast with a glass of hot milk. Start with less distance walk and increase the distance slowly as your stamina and muscle stamina will increase. Avoid cold water, cold drinks, curd, bautter, paneer and junk food in your routine. continue the regime for 2 months. good luck

Bananas are full of calories and contain high amount of carbohydrates and potassium that give you instant energy. Whosoever want to gain weight must eat a banana daily in the morning with a glass of warm milk. Add a teaspoon of sugar in it. Moreover, you can also have it after your meals.
