You may take Alfa Tonic thrice a day for one month. Take soaked black raisons and figs daily. Butter sugar paste 40 gm. Atleast on bread or chappati daily for two months. Banana shake daily in the morning you may take.

Starting with there is no pills or powder or shake which can help you to lose weight in a healthy way. To lose weight eat an hour within walking up and dinner at least 2 hours before you sleep. Avoiding eating anything after dinner. Breakfast should be your king size have good carbohydrates and protein rich. Eat every 2 hours small frequent meal do help in weight loss. Being a dietitian I would say do not overeat. One can come to ideal body weight with few lifestyle modification. Have green tea only 2 cups a day. For exercise I would say diet plays 80 % role and exercise plays 20 % role in losing weight. Personal advise on gym. You should not male your body habituated with machines rather do simple walk or surya namaskar. So only with healthy eating one can lose weight.

Hi. Please do not use ear buds to clean your ears. Its more harmful than helpful. If you hav hard n impacted wax, you need to consult an ent doc to get it removed. Ear buds actually push the ear wax furthure inside in the ear.

Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. Main reason for blood glucose remaining very high is the medications given are mostly not appropriate or inadequate. Secondly there may be an issue with dietary intake as well as physical activity. When on treatment with correct drugs and dosage FBG should be <100 mg, PP 150 to 160 mg and HbA1c%<6.8. The levels mentioned are too high. These can lead to more severe problems with all other systems as uncontrolled diabetes can hasten the long term complications. Hence, it is essential to achieve strict blood glucose control. Thanks.

Hi gain weight you need to combine a balanced eating pattern with regular physical activity. You should be eating at least 6 small meals a day, rather than sticking to 3 square meals. You could divide it as 3 main meals and 3 snacks. You need to be eating every 2-3 hours. Space out snacks during the day so you don't spoil your appetite. Bread, cereal, rice, whole wheat, dalia and pasta: biscuits, and corn-bread are good sources of carbohydrates. Fruits: dried fruits, fruit nectars, and large quantities of fresh fruits vegetables: include, potatoes, peas, corn in your diet. Meat, poultry, fish, dry beans, eggs, and nuts: beef, pork, lamb, poultry, salmon, omelets, nuts, peanut butter, kidney beans, chickpeas will help you gain weight. Include dairy products like milk, yogurt, and cheese: milk, fruited yogurts, hard cheeses, ice cream, puddings, custards, milkshakes. -nuts and seeds make a healthy option for snacks. -roasted channas and peanuts are good -peanut butter on the sandwiches are a great mid-meal choice. -you must know that cereals actually contain some healthy calories. Stay hydrated: drinking plenty of water and other fluids like juices, milk, soups etc, will work in your favour. Do not drink water before a meal and in between the meal as it may make you lose your appetite, thus calorie intake suffers. Sleep: at least 8 hours of sound sleep is a must. Since your body is actually building up muscles, while you rest. Weight gainers have long term side effects.

I do not know I get too tired and what if I get sone supplements is irl godd or side sffctve.

Dear, If you tired very fast and feeling weakness. Then you will definitely recover from weakness by following these very useful tips.* You should take proper balanced diet first. That means you have to take vegetables, Milk, Chapattis or rice, Butter / cream, Cereals (Daals) or cheese every day. Very Important thing ,Do not miss or skip your meals at any cost and take meals on time.* Proper 6-8 hours sleep is very important. If your sleep is less than 6 hours ,then you feel tired very early. So complete your sleep.* Do breathing execises daily in morning & Evening. Just sit down in peaceful place, close your eyes ,take deep and long breaths in and out. Do it atleast for 10-15 minutes daily. You can also do Pranayams like Anulom Vilom for better results. *Take a walk, in first walk normally for 10-15 minutes for 15 days. You can do it on Treadmill also. * You can take ASHVAGANDHA CHURN OF BAIDYANATH 1 teaspoon with milk daily for 2 months atleast to get your strength back. * Check out your Haemoglobin level in 3 months ,If it is low you get tired early. So get treatment of low Haemoglobin (Anemia). If you have any Disease like Asthma /Diabetes / Hypertension, then get complete treatment of them. * Avoid all fast foods and habit of Smoking or drinking. You surely get great strength and recover from weakness by following these important things.

Hye, thanks for the query. Your weight is a balance of calories. Fad diets may promise you that counting carbs or eating a mountain of fruits will make the fats drop. But when it comes to weight loss, it's sensible eating that counts. Weight loss comes down to burning more calories than you take in. You can do that by reducing extra calories from food and beverages, and increasing calories burned through physical activity. Understand that weight /fat loss involves sensible eating. You have to eat the right foods at the right time. Eat small but frequent meals. Take smaller main meals. Take a glass of lime water 10minutes before meals. Avoid long gaps in between meals. Avoid junk as far as possible. Exercise at least 4 times a week. Lastly be committed.                        Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing.     All the so called fad, crash, restricted diets will only give you muscle and bone loss. The fats will remain as it is. So, don't forget the bottom line: The key to successful weight loss is a commitment to making indefinite changes in your diet and exercise habits.

Best way to reduce fat is exercise and diet control. Take pranacharya medohar rasayn twice a day. Medohar guggul 2-2 twice a day. And pranacharya slim capsule 1-1 twice a day. Avoid junk food. Oily food. Fermented food. Alcohol consumption. Sugar. Milk products and sweets. Take oats and cereals more. And do pranayama early in the morning and walk for atleast 45 minutes a day. And do exercises. Do not sleep immediately after taking meal.

Hello, Gaining weight is a slow process which requires patience and dedication! The food what and how you eat, makes the difference! For increasing your weight, concentrate on the below points (if you don’t have any medical condition) which helps in gaining weight in a right way without harming your body. - Consume more healthy fats. Foods containing healthy fats are full of nutrients and also high in calories, making them a great option for weight gain. Foods containing plant fats should be your first option - this includes items such as nuts, seeds, peanut butter, avocados and olive oil. Foods containing healthy animals fats include lean meats and full fat dairy products - although if you have high cholesterol, you should probably stick to low-fat options. -Eat more protein. Good sources of protein include lean meat, fish and poultry, in addition to eggs, whole grains, dairy products and legumes. -Drink more calories. Try drinking a large glass of orange juice in the mornings (along with your normal breakfast). Drink a glass or two of full-cream milk throughout the day. -Have 6 small and frequent meals in a day. -Gain muscle mass. It's a good idea to continue to exercise while you attempt to gain weight the healthy way. Strength training includes working with weights and performing exercises such as squats, deadlifts, bench presses, bicep curls, crunches, chin-ups and leg curls. Just keep in mind that the more you exercise, the more calories you will need to consume to replace those you lost while working out. -Quit smoking. As it suppresses the appetite. -Stay healthy. The most important thing through the entire weight gain process is to stay healthy - eating a balanced diet and continuing to exercise throughout. -Take enough of rest and sleep for rejuvenation of the cells and tissues. -Think Positive which will help you in achieving your target of gaining weight. -Avoid taking unnecessary stress/ tension. Medication: Take Schwabe’s Alfaalfa Tonic and Five Phos. Both thrice daily ½ an hour before meals for 3months. Revert.

I am both a registered dietitian and a doctor who will help you in losing your weight as well as solve your other health problems through diet. Let me know your food intake details. The best diet is one which is healthy and well balanced with foods from all the food groups, and one which is varied and that you can stick to weight loss on some diets can be dramatic in the short term, but there's more of a chance of rebound weight gain. Set yourself a realistic target and aim to lose between (0.5-1.0kg) a week I being a registered dietitian strongly accommodate the patients own preferences without the patient feeling that they are on a diet not compromising the weight management goals. Don't fall for self dieting or fad diets availiable online they have harmful effects in the long run, if you lose a lot of weight very quickly, you may not lose as much fat as you would with a more modest rate of weight loss. Instead, you might lose water weight or even lean muscle tissue, since it's hard to burn that many fat calories in a short period. I will need to carry out detailed assessment in your case, after assessing your personal challenges to weight loss, I will recommend a strategy to gradually change habits and attitudes that have sabotaged your past efforts. Also the overall objective should not be to drastically reduce weight but doing it gradually and help rebuild body tissues and to maintain ideal body weight. Is there any permanent cure of diabetes? we have tried ayurveda & homeopathic but in vain. The best alternative available at present is insulin - which is not a permanent solution.

Dear diabetes is defined as deficiency of available insulin or insulin resistance. So ideally insulin is the only solution for diabetes. Having said so the entire gamut of drugs involved in modern medicines include drugs which interfere with glucose absorption, reduction of insulin resistance, triggering insulin release and increasing insulin receptors on target site. So the management of diabetes as per modern science revolves in and around insulin. Now ayurvedic medicine looks at diabetes as a systemic disorder which has to do something with the basic fat metabolism. The disease if chronic is considered as manageable as per ayurveda but not curable. We need to understand the actual patho physiology in the patient and then can offer a solution.
