I'm 18 years old and I have extra fat accumulated near my stomach, waist, hips and thighs. I'm not into the habit of eating much, nor do I take in excess of junk food and sweets. My diet is fairly normal. But still I tend to increase weight. I have a heavy study routine and I don't find too much time for workout or gym.
