It is a very common notion that fat is not good for your body. Most people have started opting for sugar instead of fat, which, in turn, has led to the rise in cases of diabetes. Recent studies have shown that fat is actually healthy for your body. Fat plays an important role in the body such as forming the membranes of the cell and reducing inflammation.
Here are some foods that are rich in fat and are actually good for you:
- Avocado: Avocadoes are different from other fruits in the way that they are rich in fats unlike other fruits, which mostly contain carbohydrates. It mostly contains oleic acid, a type of monounsaturated fat that is beneficial for the immune system. They are also rich in fiber that lowers the bad cholesterol levels in the body.
- Dark chocolate: As mouthwatering as it can get, dark chocolates never fall out of a foodie’s list of things he can’t do without. Studies have always attributed chocolates with all the ill effects they can possibly bring on you. However, recent researches have come up with quite contrary results, which can make all the prejudiced ones eat the humble pie. Dark chocolates, apart from their exotic varieties, come with incredible health benefits as well. It is rich in fats and antioxidants, known to improve your cardiovascular health. Chocolate is also known to lower blood pressure and improve brain function.
- Fish: Fish such as sardines, mackerel and salmon are rich in Omega-3 fatty acids which are very beneficial for your heart. It lowers the risk of heart disease and other cardio vascular diseases.
- Nuts: Nuts are rich in healthy mono-saturated fats which reduce the risk of diabetes, obesity and heart diseases. Nuts also contain magnesium and Vitamin E which are good for the body.
- Extra virgin olive oil: Extra virgin olive oil is rich in Vitamin K and E along with various antioxidants. These antioxidants help in preventing inflammation and free radical damage to the body.
- Chia seeds: Chia seeds are types of seeds which are rich in fats and fiber, thus promoting satiety. They have anti-inflammatory properties and help in lowering blood pressure.

Well, very tough one to answer. There can be no right or wrong answers. Most parents will wish their kids to abstain till marriage and youngsters will always question it with lots of reasoning. Some will argue to have grown up enough to take appropriate decisions and with easy availability of contraceptives, "what's the big deal"they may ask ? They will always label their parents and those in favour of abstinence as old fashioned persons always giving unsolicited advice because it is their life after all ! Why should they listen to anyone?
Sweet sixteen is a very tender age when lots of hormonal changes take place. Surge of chemicals in the body make you feel very different like never before. There is a strong but sweet attraction to someone of the opposite gender you knew for quite some time. Your friends tell you a lot of interesting and romantic stories about their own life , some of them may be a work of fiction . You may feel aroused while watching some intimate scenes in a movie. Many of you try to calm down by masturbating , which is perfectly safe way to experience ultimate pleasure in absence of the "real one" .During one of "those" discussions with your friends, their may be a mention of virginity and wish to try the real thing. I find lots and lots of youngsters to have tried that real thing but is it appropriate?
One thing is sure. As you grow up, there are a lot of mile stones or possible goals to be achieved like doing well in studies, working hard for a good career, achieving both emotional, social and economical independence and of course experience this pleasure which will inculcate intimacy and help you mature as a person. Making babies is a very minor mile stone and many may not opt for this but other goals are inescapable.
Now what ever your parents want , they can't accompany you all the time . It is you and only you who will decide what you want to do with your life . You need to set your priorities right. No one can stop you from experiencing the "real thing " at the time you chose . You can argue that you are mature enough to focus hard on studies, prepare for career and experience "that thing"
In my opinion , it may become too much of a multi tasking. I know for myself I am not good at it. I have also been through all these chemical "locha " There was a strong urge to experience "that joy" with someone changing each day in fantasies . Probably I didn't have the courage to ask someone for a date so waited till marriage Fine, that may have been a blessing in disguise if I look back on all those wonderful years of my school and college. It was not this common as well those days ,as it is today but I could focus very hard on my studies and today, I am what I am. Really, was it something so great I wish I should have done it earlier? It was great and still is , but studies is the real asset I Accumulated to reach here. All people are different so others may be more efficient in multitasking but There is a chance that you are driven more by the raging chemicals and start focusing on it more than it deserves. Really, if by any chance, it so happens, you lose lots of time and may not achieve your potential. This chance to work for career will not come twice . Still you may be capable of doing everything perfectly but it becomes a high risk path. You want to tread a safer approach or walk on a superhighway is your choice. At the end of the day, people will judge you by what you have achieved . It is of no importance at what age you lose virginity.
So decide for yourself what is right for you at which age. My job is to tell you positives and negatives
In the warmer, longer, laziest days of summer, the living may to be easy but your life probably feels less chaotic.
Give Your Diet a Berry Boost
If you do one thing this summer to improve your diet, have a cup of mixed fresh berries -- blackberries, blueberries, or strawberries -- every day. They'll help you load up on antioxidants, which may help prevent damage to tissues and reduce the risks of age-related illnesses. Blueberries and blackberries are especially antioxidant-rich.
A big bonus: Berries are also tops in fiber, which helps keep cholesterol low and may even help prevent some cancers.
You know you need to, now it's time to start: floss every single day. Do it at the beach (in a secluded spot), while reading on your patio, or when watching TV -- and the task will breeze by.
Flossing reduces oral bacteria, which improves overall body health, and if oral bacteria is low, your body has more resources to fight bacteria elsewhere. Floss daily and you're doing better than at least 85% of people.
Get Outside to Exercise
Pick one outdoor activity -- going on a hike, taking a nature walk, playing games such as tag with your kids, cycling, roller blading, or swimming -- to shed that cooped-up feeling of gym workouts.
And remember, the family that plays together not only gets fit together -- it's also a great way to create bonding time.
Be Good to Your Eyes
To protect your vision at work and at play, wear protective eyewear. When outdoors, wear sunglasses that block at least 99% of ultraviolet A and B rays. Sunglasses can help prevent cataractscataracts, as well as wrinkles around the eyes.
And when playing sports or doing tasks such as mowing the lawn, wear protective eyewear.
mprove your heart health: take advantage of summer's slower schedule by using your vacation time to unwind.
Vacations have multiple benefits: They can help lower your blood pressure, heart rate, and stress hormones such as cortisol, which contributes to a widening waist and an increased risk of heart disease.
