Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a.Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B.Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C.If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D.Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E.Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F.You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. G.You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain.

Hello, instead of going for garcinia combogia supplements, you can try the natural fruit itself and use it in everyday cooking. It is also called as'kokum' and has many culinary uses. It has many health benefits apart from weight loss. Kokum contains hydroxycitric acid (hca), a chemical that has been patented for use as a hypocholesterolaemic agent. Hca is a potential anti-obesity agent. It suppresses fatty acid synthesis, lipogenesis, food intake, and induces weight loss. Kokum is mainly used in curries, rice preparations like khichdi and pulav and also as the main ingredient in a refreshing cooler in south and western india. It can also be used as a substitute for tamarind and amchur.

I advise you to start a multivitamin pill and a vitamin C supplement. These work as a support system when you are under high levels of stress. Also include a daily capsule of primrose oil for glowing skin and a CoQ10 supplement to boost energy levels.

Hye, thanks for the query. Firstly it is important to understand that weight /fat loss involves sensible eating. You have to eat the right foods at the right time. Eat small but frequent meals. Reduce your main meals by 1/4th the amount. Take a glass of lime water 10 minutes before meals. Avoid long gaps in between meals. Avoid junk as far as possible. Exercise at least 4 times a week. Lastly be committed. Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing. It's a balanced intake that will last you longer. All the so called diets will only give you muscle and bone loss. The fats will remain as it is. So, try to first follow this seemingly simple tips.

Hye. Thankyou for the query. Firstly, you are not underweight. For your height, your ideal weight is 48 kgs. Secondly, no single food can cause weight gain. It is not about a single isolated remedy but an all round diet that will help maintain weight. If you concentrate on only a single food or food group chances are that you will just bloat. You want to gain good muscle mass, not just fats. Any fruit including bananas should be a part of a well balanced diet. Also exercise along with a good diet plan will help maintain good weight.

Hi Doctor. Earlier my skin was in uppermedium complexion but now I switch over my staying at erode. And my complexion has turned to black like dark Wheaties brown and my skin turned something like to be prickly heats burn when I got too much of sweat. I am using the soap is lux in ocean green color creamy white soap. Really I am in frustration mode because of my changed complexion. I have to change my complexion and have to get the fair skin how can I change my skin. What soap actually I have to use. please suggest some treatments and ways to get rid of my skin problems. Really I wanna a perfect skin and my age is about 21 only. And my hand sleeves are totally in black color. May be a migraine, may be the computer, may be a visual disturbance, may be due to tension, may be something more sinister. Do exercise like swimming, skipping, yoga, play tennis to increase height but it depends on heredity. And to increase weight follow these. Eat extra amount of foods more frequently. Add ghee, butter, cream etc with foods. Take nuts, seeds. Use dense fruits, vegetables. Use extra meat, fish, egg etc. Use more healthy fat in cooking. Drink lots of water but not just before or during meals. Avoid smoking, alcohol. Take proper rest and stay stress free. Follow these best methods to easily gain weight and get a healthy body - * to gain weight, first take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calories food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of bournvita or complan powder with breakfast. * after 2 hours of breakfast, take 2 bananas or a bowl of boiled soyabeans. To increase your hunger & proper digestion of food - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after lunch * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. A person’s height is determined to a great extent by genetics, but it is not necessarily the only determinant. There is a hormone in the body known as Human Growth Hormone (HGH) that regulates height. HGH is produced by the pituitary gland and is highly essential for the growth of long bones and cartilage. You can try these foods whichj hasa miraculous effect in increasing height as as weight. 1. Take Ashwagandha Ashwagandha contains various minerals that broaden the bone skeleton as well as its density. This in turn increases your height. You can easily find ashwagandha in an herbal store. 2.2. Drink Milk Milk is rich in calcium, an important mineral for bone growth. Calcium also acts as a height booster. Besides calcium, milk has vitamin A and protein that are essential for overall development of the body, including height.
