My skin get tanning so fast and I have a oily face my body color and face, hands colour is not same what should I do.
Use a broad spectrum sunscreen both indoors as well as before going out. It shud b both uva and uvb protective. Always use your umbrella whether its raining or not. Use a cap or scarf or your dupatta to cover your head. Protect your eyes with a sunshade. Avoid scrubbing your face. Do not steam or sauna. If you swim, use a sunscreen prior to it and after. Don't directly spray perfumes on your body. Spray them on your clothes and wear them. Don't use deodorants or roll ons. Avoid face cosmetics for the time being. You can press powder onto your sunscreen if at all you want to use a cosmetic. Drink two litres of water everyday. Pick up carrots, papaya, pumpkin, black grapes to have everyday. These contain important antioxidants and phytonutrients which vil soften your skin. Do not stress over anything. Pray-itll distract you off your stress. You can use this do it yourself mask at home which vil give you an instant glow. Mix 1 tbsp puree each of papaya and carrot with 1 tbsp of curd and 1 tbsp of aloe vera. Apply it across your face or dull body part for ten to fifteen minutes and wash it off without soap.

Hi, do regular exercise. You should take high calories food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Take 2 banana with warm milk in the morning. Eat soaked dry grapes or dates soaked in warm milk overnight. Include protein rich food in your diet. No drink before and with meals. If you are non vegetarian include eggs chicken and fish in your diet. Take small and frequent meals.

Ashok just taking a tablet and getting away with headach is not the right approach to treat your headache and eye pain. We must find out the cause of your eyepain and headache like = duration of pain = location of pain =association of pain with any medical symptom = dietary habit = check if you have any spectacle numbers.

You should have 65 kg.Do exercise like push ups,sit ups,swimming,skipping etc.Eat small amount foods.But do not skip meals.Avoid fast foods,junk foods.No sugar,cola beverages.Take watery vegetables,whole fruits.Use healthy fats.Avoid smoking,alcohol.Drink lots of water specially before meals.These are basic things but for more quick result you need professional guidelines.You can consult me privately on lybrate.

Like many other health issues weight is also hereditary, but you can naturally gain weight, just follow few simple steps: 1.For the detoxification of your stomach and intestines drink lukewarm water right after you wake up in the morning sitting in sukhasaan (chaukdi) and rinse your mouth with luke warm water and then gulp it in (sip the water instead of drinking it in speed). 2.Eat hand full roasted almonds daily. 3.Eat a heavy breakfast everyday and consume at least 5 spoons of cow ghee along with your food, milk etc (each day and not just one time) 4.The best remedy is sitting in" Prithivi Mudra" for about 20 minutes every day doing this method for 6 months regularly will provide you with natural weight increase (touching the upper part of the ring finger and the thumb, while keeping rest of the three fingers straight) 5.Another tip is that the best time for breakfast is after the sunrise till 2 and half hrs of sunrise (for example if the sunrises at 6: 00AM in your city then the best time is 6: 00AM till 8: 30AM). 6.Consume a heavy breakfast everyday and take very light food after the sunset. 7.It is even advisable that you don’t drink water after your meals for at least 90 minutes. 1.You may be having anxiety or stress. Avoid stress. 2.You need 7-8 hours of sound sleep to remain healthy. 3.Go for regular exercise, Take part in games and sports, 4.Do yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise like pranayama to calm your mind, control your emotion, relieve anxiety and improve concentration. 5.Adhere to a specific sleep time and regular schedule 6.Take light dinner. 7.Avoid taking tea/coffee at bed time. Have a glass of warm milk at bed time .8. Don’t go to sleep immediately after dinner. Take a small walk after dinner and if possible take hot water bath before sleep. Read a light magazine or interesting book before going to bed 9. Avoid late night. 10. Don’t sleep in day time 11. Don’t take sleeping pill

Hi that may be because of pitta aggravation / rakt vikar. Its an indication that some impurity is there in the blood. Truely for its rectification, you need to have panchkarma. Ayurvedic medicines may also help. But the most important is to increase your water consumtion. Avoid pitta vardhak diet and lifestyle. Avoid spicy, sour, salty foor. It may help. Good luck sir.

Hi Ajay., Underweight is a term describing a person whose body weight is considered too low to be healthy. The definition usually refers to people with a body mass index (bmi) of under 18.5 or a weight. kg. - Medication:- 1. Drakaharishta-10ml with warm water before food twice a day 2. Kooshmanda rasayana-1tsp daily twice followed by milk. Medicines you will get it on www.eguduchi.com. Tips:- 1.In general, favor light, fresh foods. 2.Drink fresh juice: pomegranate and pineapple. 3.Take 1tbsp of ghee and add 1tbsp of sugar to it mix and lick this mixture little by little in empty stomach just before lunch and dinner .and then after 30 mins you can have your meals. - Continue this for atleast a month to see the benifits 4..ake a habbit of consuming one well ripen banana with a cup of warm milk with a tsp of ghee mixed or stirred into itwith little sugar .Here sugar is for taste. 5. Boost up your apittite by working out daily for atleast 30 mins.May be brisk walk,or just alittle bit of walking,dancing etc. 6.Eat soaked dry grapes or dates soaked in warm milk over night .this should be taken empty stomach.It will also increase the Hb% .thus acts as two in one. 7. My wife is taking medicine for hypertension (telmisat AM) & for hypo thyroid, thyroxine 50 mg. Further she had mastectomy of Lt breast and is taking tamoxefen since 3 years. Hello, tamoxifen eventhough well tolerated, can cause many side effects. One of those is difficulty in getting sleep. So it is possible that her sleep disturbance is due that drug. One way to over come this is to exercise regularly for about an hour, brisk walking can be a good option. Because of regular exercise body will need better rest and sleep may be induced faster. She should also learn ways to relax through positive suggestions which can also help in inducing sleep. Soothing music like classical (hindustani) santur or basuri can also help. Thanks.

You should plan out your daily schedule with lots of activities your work hobbies and outdoor games or activities also fix timings for eating sleeping and getting up in the morning and then follow that routine strictly you may find it difficult initially but it will work in time also stay away from unnecessary stress strain anxiety and depression tensions etc.
