For increase of height and wt- take protein rich food -eggs, milk products, seeds, pulses, dry fruits, soya milk etc. Whole grains, fruits, vegetables and greens provide carbohydrates, vitamins and minerals. Have vigorous physical exercise to improve absorption of food and blood circulation. Games like basketball, volley ball and stretch exercises like pull ups, cycling will be helpful. Chances are better for the age group up to 20 years. Homoeopathic treatment will be beneficial to you.

Hi, There is an old-age saying - “Be happy and make others happy!” Follow this in your life and you will see the difference as natural glow comes from within! Management: Include healthy, nutritious food, doing daily yoga or some kind of exercises. All these automatically reflects glow on your face. Yes, the colour which is inherited from your parents/ ancestors, cannot be changed, but you can try to get glow on your face! Daily Regime: Apart from these, you do follow CTMP, i.e. Cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally sunscreen with SPF-30 – a thick layer of Bakson's Suncare cream may be, 20-30 minutes before going out daily and repeat it's application after every 3-4 hrs.) after washing your face daily; use the products as per your skin type. This will change the skin texture and skin tone. In case you do have tanning, apply honey with a dash of lime on your face. Eat right and healthy that too on time, relieve your stress/ tensions, sleep well, stop smoking, as this restricts blood flow to your face and leaves you with a greyish complexion. Lead a healthy lifestyle! Apart from this, avoid anger, anxiety, fear which increases stress hormone in the body and subsequently makes your complexion darker! (Hormonal imbalances also plays a major role). If the dull and dark skin tone is due to any underlying ailment or diseases, need to look into the matter. Diet: -Increase your Vitamin C intake (lemon, orange,gooseberry, etc.Fruits/juices, strawberries, sweet peppers, tomatoes, can notaloupe, and green peas). - Eat more Vitamin A (nonfat milk, oysters, and egg yolks, carrots, watermelon, papaya, tomatoes, or other dark colored produce) . If you feel your skin is weak or not tight enough, that usually suggests a lack of Vitamin A. Medicine: Use homoeopathic cream - Medicynth's Whitch Hazel or Bakson’s Fairness cream daily at night. Home remedies: Apply fresh-squeezed lemon juice to your entire face and neck. Leave it on for 10 minutes and then wash it off with lukewarm water. After this, rub cucumber slices on your skin to soften and moisturize it. Do this 2-3 times a day. Another option is squeeze the juice of one-half lemon and mix one to two tablespoons of raw honey in it. Apply it on your face, leave it on for 15 to 20 minutes and then rinse it off. Make a paste of 'Kasturi Manjal' (wild turmeric) with rose petals, saffron and raw milk which is very effective.

Hello, you want to gain more weight and height.Do Stretching exercises like Tadasan, play basket ball, do swimming regularly for the height. Follow the below medication to gain weight:- 1. Dear to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc. 9.Replace refined flour with whole-wheat flour and rice with brown rice or parboiled rice.

Diet quality can be improved by reducing the consumption of energy-dense foods, such as those high in fat and sugars, and by increasing the intake of dietary fiber. With a suitable diet, anti-obesity drugs may be taken to reduce appetite or decrease fat absorption. If diet, exercise, and medication are not effective, a gastric balloon may assist with weight loss, or surgery may be performed to reduce stomach volume and/or bowel length, leading to feeling full earlier and a reduced ability to absorb nutrients from food. You have to check your thyroid profile.

Dear lybrate user, take homoeopathic mother tincture acid phos q, 30 drops, thrice daily, after meals in a cup of water. Try to get a un-interrupted sleep of 8 hours daily. Drink a lots of water daily. If you have a habit of masturbation then you should not masturbate for more than twice in a week. Abstain from any type of addiction if you have any.

Hello everyone. For pigmentation on face you can undergo few sessions of chemical peels and q switched laser. Q switched laser is very safe and it works by fragmenting melamine pigment responsible for pigmentation. It is not permanent treatment. Clinical assessment by dermatologist is very important before undergoing laser treatment. Dermatologist has to diagnose the cause and assess the depth of pigmentation, and decide for laser. Along with laser treatment you also need to use broad spectrum sunscreen and topical creams for prevention of pigmentation.

Hello, weight loss is the result of a holistic approach that includes- 1. Balanced diet rich in proteins and fibre like- egg, chicken, fish, milk, curd, paneer, sprouts, oats, wholegrain cereals and pulses, fruits and vegetables (fibre) 2. Exercise- doing 40-50 minutes of moderate to high intensity activity for 4-5 days/ week will help (walking/jogging/swimming etc) 3. Adding good quality fat like nuts and oilseeds-almonds, walnuts, flaxseeds (alsi) will help. 4. Rest for 7-8 hours to rejuvenate your system so it can work efficiently. 5.
