You have pain in your testis this could be due to infection . I advise you to do testicular scan & tell me the report for better guidance.

I am 32 years old. Since 15 days I am having pain in my knee and upper thighs during bending my knee. When I walk there is no problem. My xray are normal. Hi. I am facing the problem of pain on my back of the neck from last 3 years. And regularly I am having pain on my neck. And from last 3 weeks I am having pain on my neck which pains so badly. My Dr. Not sure about the problem. Please help me and do let me knew about the problem. It hurts me so badly.

It might be due to regularly keep your neck in one position for long time. Like usually most people keep their head down looking into their mobile phones, if it is so then change your habits and give rest to your neck.

Knee advice. Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting. Quadriceps exercises. Hams stretching. Sports taping. Hot fomentation.

Bronchitis can't give you pain in the hands and palms. So if you have so you need to see an orthopedic doctor for the same. You may be suffering from something else, maybe a vitamin deficiency.

Please do not sleep under direct exposure of fan/ac. Take a glass of milk daily. Do morning exercise daily. Take good sleep 6-8 hours/day.
