Doing jumping exercises is the best way to increase height in an effective manner. During jumping exercises, the spine and calf muscles experience stretching due to the forceful lifting of the feet from the ground. Jumping exercises also increase blood supply to the bones and increases bone density, and it also stimulates the growth hormones.

Dentist,
I had my braces 25 day's ago can I eat biscuits and cakes please help me out thank you.
Yes, you can eat all soft foods that require minimal chewing like cakes but more importantly you should keep your teeth clean by brushing and flossing to prevent build-up of plaque and decay. Not only can failing to do so harm your teeth and gums but it can also cause discolouration that can lasts long.

A dermatalogist has prescribed me to use Trio blocc cream for brown marks..will this be remove the marks or do anyone can duggest a better cream?

Well brown marks can be freckles or melasma or lentigenes. Tri o bloc certainly reduces severity but whether it will clear it completely, depends on the severity of your lesions and sun exposure. What else are you using now?

I am suffering from erectile dysfunction and addict masturbation (2 to 3 times a day). I am 32 years old. Pl give me a solution.

Reparenting Technique, BA, BEd

Are you married? How do you know you have erectile dysfunction? If you are masturbating so often daily, you may not be suffering from ED. Masturbation is alright accept if you indulge in it too much. Once you indulge in it you will get so used to that that you may not want to relate to another person to experience full sex through intercourse. Go meet a sexologist and discuss your addiction. You will also need to exercise and play contact games. Do not be alone for too long, and do not spend time in the bathroom beyond what is necessary. Always be in the company of others, and be occupied with interesting activities. Hobbies are really good. Think less of sex, and certainly do not watch porn movies. Learn to appreciate women and love their company in a healthy way. You will enjoy good sex with the opposite sex, if your mind is not distracted by self-indulgence. I can tell you heterosexual contact is wonderful and wholesome. Don’t go for a poor replica of something so pleasureful

Hi, Wash your face with Bakson's Facewash (wash your face with warm water only) and followed by CTMP, i. E. Cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally Sunscreen Gel with SPF-30) after washing your face daily. Prevention: -Take healthy food only and avoid unhealthy ones (although sebaceous glands are not excretory glands then as well!) as what you eat is reflected on your face! -Avoid taking unnecessary stress/ tension as it encourages secretion of stress hormone in the body as thus affects skin or any other tissue of the body. -Drink atleast 8-10 glasses of water in a day. -Take 6-8hrs. Of sound sleep everyday. -Don't use others towels, handkerchief on your face as well as never share yours. -Never ever rub your face as it damages the skin (even towel should be dab on skin softly) and break outs of acne get worsened! -Maintain hygiene, wash your face 2-3times in a day, changes the pillow covers, bed sheet daily, use cotton bed sheet only (try to sleep on your back). Home-made remedies: - Take 1 tbsp of fuller's earth (multani mitti) + a dash of lime + bit of rosewater – apply this on your face till it gets dried up, then rinse it off. - Take 1 tsp of Alum (or fitkari), make it slightly wet with water and apply this on your wet face, spread it well; let it dry and rinse it off. Alum remove your excessive moisture or oil and it also tightens the skin's tonicity. Medication: You can take homoeopathic medicines – Berberis Aquefolium Q/ 10 drops in 1/2 cup of water/ thrice a day (and for local application as well) and Kali Brom. 200/ thrice a day – for 30 days.

Medicines are needed only once the disease comes, at present you may try preventing them bu following this: Try using a wrist band to support your wrist while typing to prevent carpal tunnel syndrome. You may be on a risk to DVT and varicosity in legs so try getting up once in every while to just walk for a few minutes and do a little bit of back and shoulder stretching and then sit back to work. Switch to 8 small meals in a day instead of 3 big meals and drink plenty of water and avoid caffeinated drinks, those drinks which have high sugar or high salt, avoid smoking and alcohol. And start using a cushion below your legs while sleeping.
