I have a toothache. And its deep now. But it doesnt pain. Does it will be injurious or it will not harm.?
Yes it will harm you as the bone will start getting destroyed with formation of pus and one day you may have a facial swelling or sinus etc. Its better to consult and get the treatment done may be rct.
