It will always hold true that only when you are healthy inside will your hair be healthy too. Your hair is made up of proteins and is a alive at the roots. And like any other living it also requires nutrients to remain healthy and grow. There are a few things that you can add to your diet to ensure that you intake sufficient quantities of these nutrients. First and foremost will be proteins of course. They are the building the building blocks of the hair shaft after all. The next in the list will be vitamins. The vitamins that are essential for the hair are Vitamin A, B complex, C, and E. Each of these perform a significant role.

Don't skip breakfast. Skipping breakfast won't help you lose weight. Eat regular meals. Eating at regular times during the day helps burn calories at a faster rate. Eat plenty of fruit and veg. Get more active. Drink plenty of water. Eat high-fibre foods. Read food labels. Use a smaller plate.

Eat healthy nutritious food containing proteins vitamins and minerals. Take supplements containing aminoacids vitamins and minerals. Get an evaluation done from a dermatologist.

Do not apply ice because ice, coconut water may worsen it. Start with Homeopathic medicine Silicea terra 30 4 pills x 3 times daily x 15 days.

. Follow these best tips to get in shape and loose weight.* body become over weight due to deposition of fatty tissues. First you should follow diet plan for weight loss. * in morning, take 2-3 chapattis witha bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of without cream milk after 2 hour of breakfast. *in lunch you can take a bowl of soupor salad. *in evening, you can take a cup of teawith glucose biscuits. *in dinner, you can take a bowl of fruits or 2 chapattis with a bowl of vegetables. * work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. To reduce the tummy, * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily practice skipping daily. Start with skipping for 3-5 minutes and then increase the time to 12-15 minutes. Walk fast for atleast 8-10 minutes in starting then start running for 3-5 minutes after 10 days. * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories and the calories deposit in body in the form of weight if not utilised. * you can take medohar guggalu 1 tablet daily for quick weight loss but only under the guidance of ayurveda expert.

1 year back , I was 105 kgs . I did extensive training swimming, diet control and I reached 70 KGS . But my tummy is still there. It's a loose tummy and looks as if it belongs to 100 kg guy. I have done everything. Please suggest how to cut these fat cells.

Hi firstly congratulations on this wonderful achievement. Next challenge you can work on is to firm up your ab muscles. As per your height, your ideal weight should be around 58-62, so you still have to reduce some more. However right now, do not focus much on reduction. Now focus on exercise and firming up. Do 60 mins exercise everday. Out of that 40 mins cardio - running / jogging/ cycling / treadmill and 20 mins, crunches, sit ups and other abs exercises. This will help you to reduce your ab area. Take a measurement now and measure after every two weeks. All the best.

First of all you should take rest for 1-2 days so that your body can fight with underlying infection with its full immunity and start the below medication:- take gelesemium 200, twice daily. Take eupatrium perf 200, 5 drops thrice daily. Take antifebrinum 3x, 2 tabs, thrice daily. Take alfavena malt, 1 tsf, thrice daily. Drink lots of water and take light homemade food like dalia and khichdi, avoid oily, spicy, fried, junk and cold drinks. Revert me with feedback. Take care of your health. Good day.

I have not been able to go to motion freely for the last 1 week. I took a couple of worms tablets (zeebee) and some constipation tablets for 2 days. They helped to clear a bit but my motion is still not as smooth as it used to be. Please help.

For constipation I will suggest you to eat food with high fiber content like green leafy vegetables and can also eat bananas at bedtime as it is effective as a laxative and if necessary take 10 ml of syp cremaffin at night.

I will suggest you to wash your hair daily with lux shampoo and apply hair oil daily and Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong , chana , Dal , rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don’t apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit
