according to your height your weight should be 66 kg.Maintain this.Drink lots of water but not during meals.Avoid fast foods,junk foods.Take more fruits,vegetables.Take protein foods like fish,egg,lean meat etc.Use unrefined foods.Use healthy fat.Eat nuts,seeds.Do regular exercise to stay healthy and fit.

To loose weight, you should eat balanced meals 3 times a day, with fillers like fruits, salads in between meals, and do some form of exercise suitable for the body type like yoga, cardio, strength training, brisk walk etc. Have meals on time, and especially remember not to skip breakfast at any cost!

hi dear lybrate user, your life style is to b taken care of. * go for a brisk walk, take ,plenty of water which u skip all d time. *take, your breakfast, lunch & dinner, easily digestible ,timely.* opt ,staircase in your office. Hi lybrate-user Excess fat deposit on foot area is due to reason of water retains-ion. So please change your diet. U change in iodide salt. .and add on mineral salt. And cut rich carbohydrates diet exm. Rice, chapati, potato etc. And U can use high protein diet like exm. Pannier, egg etc. U take 1 Lipolyzer hips and thigh tab after lunch.

Hi lybrate user. Atfirst you have to follow some basic things so that you get better results in a short period of time. 1) take food twice in a day only 2) drink only 100-150 ml of lukewarm water during meals 3) try to take liquid diet only for few days 4) avoid oily, spicy, salty, junk, fast and fermented foods. A) take one tsf of avipattikar churna and one tsf of lavanbhaaskar churna after meals. B) take 30 ml of bhrungaraajasava and 30 ml of aloe vera juice along with 30 ml of lukewarm water at night before sleep. C) take 30 ml of bhunimbadi kadha and 15 ml of honey along with 40 ml of lukewarm water, early in the morning on empty stomach. Do all these things for fifteen days and give your valuable feedback for further suggestions. Thanks.

It would be better for you to eat steam cooked or boiled food in order to prevent the risk of adding on the weight. • Make sure that you only steam cooks all your veggies and do not fry them when you are cooking. • You can also consume boiled chicken or fish every day, but make sure that you should never eat fried chicken or other meat.

Food source reach in sodium is preferable like tomato potato green veg curd milk. But diet for hypotention is different for person to person. It is depend on many factors like history, cause, medicines, life style etc. You need day to day diet plan.

-if you stop over eating (that we normally do, unknowingly) and eat a little less than what you take in the plate, it will work for the belly. (cut down your portion from each meal.) - take nutritional food, more fiber, avoid empty calories. -drink warm water instead of cold -replace your snack with boiled egg/fruit/ roasted seeds or dal etc. -take more protein rich diet if you work out. -take early dinner. -do some exercise for 30 minutes atleast.
