Hi, its not your issue its issue of asian race, but you need to take care otherwise you may land in health crises, strict glycemic control with diet n warm exercise is must. Dear. Follow these best tips to get in shape and loose weight. * body become over weight due to deposition of fatty tissues. First you should follow diet plan for weight loss. * in morning, take 2-3 chapattis witha bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of without cream milk after 2 hour of breakfast. *in lunch you can take a bowl of soup or salad. *in evening, you can take a cup of teawith glucose biscuits. *in dinner, you can take a bowl of fruits or 2 chapattis with a bowl of vegetables. * work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. To reduce stomach belly: * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily * lie down on plain surface, put your hands on the back of head by folding your elbows, now move your head towads the knees try to touch your knees with forehead and then move back and lie down. Repeat it for 5-10 times daily. * do surya namaskar yoga everyday, as surya namaskar have 12 forms of yoga. Do it for in morning everyday to get in shape in short period. * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories.

Dear to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc. 9.Replace refined flour with whole-wheat flour and rice with brown rice or parboiled rice.

Hi lybrate-user - incorporate more fruits, vegetables, and whole grains into your diet while eliminating unhealthy foods. - if you are working or studying away from home, try to pack healthy lunch and snacks for yourself to avoid eating unhealthy food daily. - don't eat straight from the packet - use a plate or bowl to control how much you eat. - don't delay or skip meals. - cut down your consumption of aerated drinks and sodas. - drink at least 8 glasses of water every day. Drink water after waking up and before sleeping. Being dehydrated may make you feel like you're hungry, so it is important to stay hydrated. - have homemade fruit and vegetable juices - eat 5-6 small healthy meals every 2-3 hours, every day, instead of having a few big ones. This regulates your blood sugar level and your metabolism. - don't skip breakfast, instead, make it rich with complex carbohydrates and proteins, so it can provide you with energy to get through the day. Try to include the following as your morning breakfast, oats porridge, eggs on multigrain toast or daliya with sprouts. - avoid artificial sweeteners in processed foods. - eat slowly as it takes about 20 minutes for your brain to register if you're full or not. Eating too fast leads to overeating, so chew slowly to digest your food better and control how much you eat. - use a smaller plate to control your portion sizes and avoid overeating. - know your cravings and do not snack when you're emotional. It is said that you crave crunchy and savory food when you're stressed, frustrated or lonely. Figure out what you crave and replace them with healthier alternatives. - do not eat mindlessly; concentrate on your food instead of watching tv or playing with your phone to avoid overeating. - do surya namaskar 10 times daily to reduce extra fat from body.

You should go for 45 minutes brisk walk in the morning. Do regular exercise atleast 15 minutes. Take lukewarm water with lemon in the morning. Include low calorie, normal protein vitamin, and mineral (except sodium) resticated carbohydrates fat, liberalfluid, high fibre diet are given. Drink more water in a day. Take salad before meals. Don't use rice at night. Avoid junk food. Take small meals and frequent intervals.

You have to persist with a low carbohydrate and low fat high protein diet. Stop all cereals, sugar, bakery products and desserts. Take the white of 4 boiled eggs and lots of fruits and green vegetables and salads. Go for an hour long walk every day. If you don't loose weight soon you will develop diabetes and high BP. hello don't skip breakfast. sleep for 7-9 hours per night. avoid fried foods, sweets, carbonated drinks and processed foods. take 3 main meals and 2 side meals. take green tea 3-4 times a day. drink plenty of water. include whole grains, sprouts, seasonal fruits and vegetables, salad vegetables like cucumber, onion, kakri, tomato etc. take flaxseed powder 1 tsp with lukewarm water on empty stomach. thank u

Hello! to be fit take small n frequent healthy meal (5-6 meal a day). Stay away from preserved food, ready to eat foods, deep fried food, sugar n sweet items n do exercise for at least 30 min a day. You need to take care of is good quality protein. Try to take milk n products, egg whites, fish, lean chicken, dal n products etc. With complex carbohydrate n good quality fat (almond, walnut, peanut, flex seed, chia seed etc.) stay away from preserved food, ready to eat foods, deep fried food, excess sugar n sweet items. The main aim is to reduce the calorie intake, increase the metabolism and burn fats with muscle toning will sure induce steady weight loss which is effecting in long run. According to Ayurveda it is important to do following things to assure that you reduce weight: 1. Exercises daily. Stretching, Yoga and aerobics will be helpful. Do the abdominal exercises like Cruches, side cruches on regular basis. 2. Do not sleep in day time it causes increase in weight 3. High carb food like rice, sweets, cakes, chocolates, creams, biscuits should be avoided. Wheat chapati, roti, phulka are preferable with sabji. 4. Running should be done at least for 30 min daily. 5. Try not to sit at a place for long time. 6. Avoid sweet juices, pizzas,fries, cheese, butter in your diet. 7. Avoid oily, spicy, salty food to ensure steady weight loss 8. Indulge in activities like swimming, Badminton, football as they help to increase your metabolism. 9. Notice your calorie intake and adjust it according to burn fat (help of a dietitian may be required) 10. Dont have curd, banana, chiku, cold food, junk food at all. 11. Use cycle or walk than using your car or bike to commute. exercise -pranayam, suryanamaskar, kapalbhati, daily walking for atleast 45min. , cycling, pavanmuktasana. do this all exercises atleast 1time in a day. diet-sprouts daily 2 times, take soya milk ,increase protein ammount in body., avoid fatty as well as junk food, avoid bakery products. take fruits as well as salads before meals.
