I m 100 kg now and I want to loose 20 kg in 2 to 3 months . I had high uric acid up 8 and have skin problem.

Body fat can not be reduced by any kind of coffee or tea. Such products are just myths created for marketing. There is no science in it. Body fat is accumulation of excess food calories a person has consumed. Such excess fat can only be burnt by Intensive exercise. Avoid spending money/time over such Magical Weight reduction stuff. Because none of it works. Healthy diet and daily exercise is the only way out. Change your lifestyle and change your life.

Is keto diet beneficial. Now a days I hear a lot about full fat no carbohydrates diet as ongoing trend for weight loss. Many say that within a short span like 10-12 days they lost many kgs. Is it safe to loose that fast and to follow that diet.

It's simple if you can stick to routine for two to three months. In addition to everything you read on net n media like less calories, walks, light food et, we will process the simple combos of herbs with juices of giloy, strain of dalchini, vijaysar etc and it would be many fold effect. Consult for 3es: easy, economic, effective.

My metabolism seems to be very slow. Because my diet in restricted to 1200 calories which is weight reducing diet. My weight is 95. Is there any way to speed up the metabolism apart from exercise. Regards. Note - I am hypothyroid patient consuming 125mg of thyrox. But my tsh is under permissible limits.

Hello lybrate-user as you knw hypothyroidism is associated with low bmr which means low metabolism and you r on medication for dat. You can increase your metabolism by increasing your activity. Exercise, daily walks, avoiding lifts, strt playing some sports, swimming, eating healthy balanced diet. You need to avoid high carbs n high fat diet. Drink lots of water. Sit in a straight posture. Running is d best exercise. You will c d effects in few weeks. Follow up with me. Regards.

Your weight is controlled by 4 major factors (1) refined sugar consumption (2) exercise and hydration (3) posture and sitting (4) how many times do you indulge yourself - alcohol, binge eating at parties, overeating etc. Step 01: refined sugar 1. Avoid all snacks and commercial products with sugar in them - biscuits, cakes, bournvita, horlicks, coke, pepsi, energy drinks, sweetened yogurt etc. 2. Cut down on your daily intake of tea/coffee and maintain it at 3-4 cups a day. 3. Try to add little sugar to any beverage (coffee, tea, milk, lemon water etc.) that you have and ideally you should refrain from adding any sugar altogether. Step 02: get exercise and proper hydration 1. Try to work out for 20 minutes each day. You do not necessarily have to go to the gym. You can incorporate some pretty powerful exercises in your daily routine like - squats, skipping, surya namaskar and core exercises. 2. Drink 8-10 glasses of water everyday but remember that tea/coffee are not substitutes for pure water. Step 03: improve posture and sitting habits if you have a sitting job then ensure that you do not sit for more than 30 minutes at one stretch. Get up and move a little after every 30 minutes. Step 04: stop indulging and eat more of raw natural stuff 1. No more than 60 ml of hard liqour or 2 glasses of beer per day. 2. Try to eliminate the urge to overeat but if you do overeat try to limit the incidents to two times per week. 3. Eat 4 servings of fruits per day. 4. Each of your meal should contain 50% of raw vegetables. Once you incorporate the above points in your routine you will see a dramatic difference in your weight, physical shape and energy levels. You will find that there are a lot of companies out there that are trying to sell expensive products to naive consumers in the name of weight loss. These products may not necessarily be good for you. Losing and maintaining weight is something which is totally in your hands, it is easy and it is free of cost if you follow the above mentioned points.

Hi, losing weight is simple. The right diet with a combination of exercise is the only way to do so. Eat healthy, eat small meals frequently, and eat low calorie high nutritional food. Start an exercise of 45 mins a day. Pick something that you enjoy whether it be yoga, walking, zumba, aerobics, swimming. Enjoy the process of getting transformed into a fit and healthy body.

Hello lybrate-user, we do not recommend medicines. You can do brisk waik. We can plan your daily diets according to your food habits, lifestyle, blood group & medical history, if any. However you need to follow them to see good results. Include more of fruits, milk & milk products, high- protein foods, less of carbohydrates & fried foods and sweets. Drink 3-4 lts. Of water daily. Eat early & light dinners.

Dear to decrease ur weight you have to do work out daily...Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do Bhujang asana , Dhanurasana ,Naukasana, Kumbhakasana , Pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and spicy food..and Constipation.
