Hi as your age is very less. If you dedicate you can lose weight fast start doing walking for 30-40 mins early in the morning have early dinner, don't sit for a long time keep moving sleep early. Eat non veg weekly once home made not outside, junk food. Do thyroid profile, lipid profile once -blood test.

There is no easy way to lose weight. You have to exercise and eat healthy to work it off. Only medicines will not help at all and do not look for short cuts to weight loss. Start by cutting out rice, baked items, bread, sugar and oily foods from your diet completely. Go for more fruits, vegetables and protein in your meals. Snack on nuts. Start out with a 30-minute walk daily. Once you start yourself on this lifestyle change you will suddenly notice weight shedding off. It would be better for you to eat steam cooked or boiled food in order to prevent the risk of adding on the weight. •Make sure that you only steam cooks all your veggies and do not fry them when you are cooking. •You can also consume boiled chicken or fish every day, but make sure that you should never eat fried chicken or other meat.

Hello, Drink lots, of water and remember hurt like you didn't get fat in one, day how can you get rid off of belly fat in a days time? Eat lots, of green vegetables, while gardens, pulses, legumes in the diet. Doing core exercises will also help.

Can I do yoga and cardio together. First I start with yoga (10 min) and then cardio (20 min) is it ok or it is harmful. I do yoga because I feel relaxed and it reduçes my stress and worries, but at same I am gaining weight due to yoga so I started doing cardio after yoga is it ok will it helps to reduce weight ? 10 minutes for yoga is too short at least 30 minutes you need to practise for results. You can do ulternate day cardio & yoga proper under guidance yoga helps to reduce weight.

Hi Lybrate user weight loss can be acheived if you to need to follow a proper diet and physical activity weight loss tips 1. Avoid much outside food, fried food and junk food. 2.Avoid papad, pickles, Coconut-peanut chutney. 3.Can eat homemade Paneer sabji, sandwich, paratha. 4.Opt for Brown bread, low fat cheese, skimmed milk, roasted food items. 5.Use skimmed milk in food items as much as possible, sprinkle over cooked sabji and add in milk, soups as thickening agent.
