Focus on higher protein intake, lower fat and restrict carbohydrates to high fibre ones only. Avoid simple sugars completely. Following are the suggestions for you- 1. Have small and frequent meals. 2. Include fresh fruits and vegetables in your daily diet. 3. Water intake should be at least 10-12 glasses. 4. Include high fibre, complex carbohydrate and protein rich diet. 5. Use 3-4 tsp oil in a day. 5. Exercise daily for 30-45 minutes. 6. Avoid high starch and fried foods. 7. Avoid sweets, cakes, pastries, chocolates, honey, sugar, etc.

It is better to go for natural foods and exercises. I personally would recommend not to use such products. Your body should naturally opt the remedies to lose weight and not by enforcement. Hi, if you are looking for weight loss, for breakfast, you can have oats with milk / namkeen oats, wheat flakes with milk and fruit, vegetable sandwich, 1 egg and 1 toast with milk /tea. For lunch and dinner, have 2 chapatis with green vegetable, dal or non-veg, salad, curd. Avoid sweets, fried foods, junk foods, juices. Have buttermilk, whole fruits, sprouts in between meals. Have a light and early dinner (by 8: 00 pm). Son't skip meals.
