1. Start with Physiotherapy treatment to reduce Pain. 2. Then start with spinal exercises. 3. Use lumber spine belt. 4. Don't sit on floor. 5. Don't lift heavy things 6. Apply volini cream twice a day. 7. Take calcium, vitamin D 3 and Methylcobalmine supplement for one month.

This could simply be because of B12 deficiency as it is required for nerve functioning...and deficiency of this vitamin can cause such symptoms. So, get yourself checked for B12 deficiency and start a supplement as per your doctor's advice.

Dear lybrate user it relieves from physiotherapy use hot pack 15 minutes twice a day, use volinni gel, posterior spinal muscles ex, stretching exercise of back, avoid forward bending, heavy weight lifting, use hard bed. Change working habit sitting and standing continuous maximum 45 minutes.

This is a general low back ache and for this you can follow these measures: one keep a pillow right under the knee while sleeping, next is you can keep ice in the painful area for about 5--10 minutes, if pain still persists you can stretch your body by twisting the waist on both sides how we used to do in the school drill similarly you can try which will help you relax as well will reduce the pain.

Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily. Bhujang asana. Core strengthening exercises. Back stretchingstretch do the cat/cow avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Apply hot fomentation.

Hello,Standing and walking barefoot are two easy ways to start treating flat feet naturally. Balancing on one leg and light jumping while barefoot will further progress the normal development of the foot. It would not affect your knee in future.

Follow these usefultips for knee pain relief: * take calcium rich diet daily. Take a glass (300 ml) of full cream milk daily or 100 gm of cheese or 1-2 eggs regularly. * do not do heavy leg exercises like running. * wear knee cap or wrap crape bandage during walk for knee support. * sit atleast for 5-8 minutes in sunlight in morning or evening for vitamin-D. *avoid heal shoe and wear only flat shoes for balanced load on knees. * check out your blood sugar level and hemoglobin level in every 6 months.* if you have any history of rheumatoid arthritis in family then checkout your ra factor. * take guggalu tablets if himalaya one tablet daily for atleast 3 months. * take a piece of garlic, crush it and boil it a glass of milk and drink daily for fast pain relief.

Hi, tk, homoeo medicine: @ rhus tox200-6-6 pills, thrice a day. @ arnica mont200-6-pills, thrice a day. Ensure sound sleep in d night for 7 hrs, at least. Avoid junk food, caffeine, nicotine, alcohol, tk care.

Get a mri done to pin point the cause and site of pain. Meanwhile go for ayurveda's panchkarma therapy - we have many option for you - kati basti (specialised panchakarma procedure for backpains), localised massgae with herbal oils, localised medicated steam, pottali massage. Continue these procedures for atleast 15 days. Regular oiling of the joint will improve the lubrication also. These procedures will relax your back muscles and give strength to your nerves and muscles of back. Also start some yogic exercises - tadasana, dhanurasan, halasana along with these therapies. This will greatly help. Please avoid pushing / pulling heavy objects, long sittings, long two-wheeler drives. Although some herbal medicines might also help you but after proper history taking. Please update with your valuable feedback after 15 days.\

Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily.

As you wear it for a longer period of time, so once after you remove your shoes wash your feet with a mild hot water with a pinch of salt and turmeric in it. Weekly once add lemon juice in hot water and rock salt to it immerse in it for few min later scrub it .one more please use a new socks daily after washing. And before putting your socks apply any skin lotion or coconut oil. That's enough.

Hello,take homoeopathic medicines 1.Arnica 30 (4 drops in little water) thrice a day for a week. 2.Symphytum Q(10 drops in little water) thrice a day for a week and revert. Keep a gap of 15 - 20 minutes in both the medicines.

u have to need spinal extension exercises. 1 u lying Supine then u bend ur both knee now u lift ur hip hold 5 second, do15 times. 2 now u prone in lying then place ur hand under the shoulder mount u lift ur shoulder hold for 20 second then relax. do 12 times . Take LS Belt while driving that can prevent spine from jerk.
