Hello If you do running daily, its a good exercise also you need to cut down in calories to reduce weight. The extent of fat loss depends on your consistency. You can see changes in a month. Don't skip breakfast. Sleep for 7-9 hours per night. Avoid fried foods, sweets, carbonated drinks and processed foods. Include whole grains, sprouts, seasonal fruits and vegetables, salad vegetables like cucumber, kakri, onion, tomato etc. Include green tea 4-5 times a day. Drink plenty of water. Take 3 main meals and 2 side meals. Take flaxseed powder 1 tsp with lukewarm water on empty stomach. Thank you

Hi,Gas and acidity is the result of constipation and indigestion.Take homoeopathic medicine to get relief:-1. Gastrobin (WSG), 10 drops+ 1/2 cup of water, half an hour before meals, 3 times a day. 2. Natrum phos 6x, 4 tablets at a time, 3 times a day 10 mins. after meals. 3. Drink 10 to 12 glasses of water daily. To get a perfect shape of your body do Surya Namaskar , yoga asans like Bhujangasana (Cobra Pose), Sarvangasana (Shoulder Stand Pose),Vajrasana (Diamond Pose), Pavanamuktasana (Wind-Relieving Pose), Matsyasana (Fish Pose) 4. Tym of walk differs from person to person. But yes do walk after your meals. Avoid sedentary life style. Stop all the junk and fast food you eat. Proper workout and wise diet will prove very helpful

There are many non-pharmacological measures that can be taken to reduce blood pressure in all hypertensives. That includes reduction of weight. Even a loss of 4-5 kgs lowers blood pressure in many cases. I would also advise you he following- reduction of alcohol intake, Increase physical activity (Walk, Yoga, etc, Reduction of salt intake, Increase intake of Fruits and vegetables, lower intake of Fat and Saturated fat and deal with coexisting cardiovascular risk factors (e.g. Smoking, high cholesterol, etc.) For a customized diet program for weight loss & BP management (Optimal Heart Health Diet Program) please contact us directly.

Fat burner supplements are quiet safe as long as you r quiet sure that they ingredients used are same as those written on the label. Herbal supplements from some reputed pharma are advised.

Build a better breakfast, Aim to eat anywhere between 400 and 500 calories for your morning meal, and make sure you're including a source of lean protein plus filling fat (e.g. eggs, beans, unsweetened greek yogurt, nuts or nut butters) and fiber (veggies, fruit or 100% whole-grains). Prioritise real, whole foods, means filling up on fresh fruits and veggies, whole grains, low-fat dairy and lean protein. Know your limits with salt Skip sugary beverages Ignore the gimmicks/weight loss hypes Eat your H2O Munch on mineral-rich foods Resist the urge to skip a meal Take a hike or a walk Go to bed/ no sleep deprivation Eat spicy foods seriously cayenne peppers/jalapeños Buy a set of 5-pound weights, strength training builds lean muscle tissue which burns more calories. Hi I will prescribe some harmless but effective flower remedy available in homoeopathy shops. Try to buy original medicines. Mix 4 drops of aspen + 4 drops of Rock Rose + 3 drops of white chestnut + 3 drops of mimulus + 3 drops of Pine. Mix these with 100 ml water and drink it every night once before sleeping. Lybrate-user, if you are on treatmnent with thyroxine tablets, then tsh should be between 3 to 4 milli units/l for complete symptoms control. In hypothyroidism there is no cure. Treatment has to go on for life time. If tsh levels are not maintained as mentioned above then efforts to reduce weight will not be benefiial. So first get that right. Thanks for the question.

Hello lybrate-user, having luke warm lemon water with honey in the morning is good but only from that consumption, you can't reduce weight. You will have to follow low calorie diet according to your body need. So pls get a diet chart from your dietitian. Thanks.
