Eat a lot of good things Protein = building block for your muscles Carbs will help you put on weight, but it won’t be muscle Keep track of everything you eat Compound exercises are your friend Appearance is a consequence of fitness Let your muscles rest Sleep Make it part of your routine Realize you will put on some fat U need to take a high protein high calorie diet.

To gain weight you can do muscle building exercise. Eat extra food more frequently. Do not skip meals. Avoid fast foods as far as possible. No water just before or during meals. Take dense fruits, vegetables. Take refined foods with unrefined food. Eat meat fish, milk, dairy products. Add healthy oil in cooking. Take extra nuts, seeds as snacks. Stay stress free and take quality sleep.

Hi I had redness and pain in joints (knee and ankle) this was accompanied with a fever. The redness sustained for 3-4 days. The blood reports were normal. I was admitted for the same. Even after a year I suffer from joint pain some time. What should I do?

Kindly show me your all the reports you seem to be suffering fromrheumatoid arthritis. Rheumatoid arthritis is a self limiting disease. Acute phase can be managed with medicines. Physiotherapy helps in preventing contractures & deformities. Keep your moral up! any way take ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days caldikind plus (mankind) 1tab odx10days you will need other supportive medicines also. Do knee exercises it may have to be further investigated make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. Do ask for detailed treatment plan. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

I have been feeling stress . I do not know what to do. I can not sleep whole night .I tried to sleep but I can not . My parents continues scolding me every day but I can not say anything . Sometimes I feel like I should finish myself so that everything will be fine . Please help me.

Follow these simple steps to ensure a good sleep every night and stay away from sleep disorders and other health problems associated with unhealthy sleep habits: 1) maintain a regular sleep routine go to bed at the same time. Wake up at the same time. Ideally, your schedule will remain the same (+/- 20 minutes) every night of the week. A good sleep hygiene routine promotes healthy sleep and daytime alertness. 2) avoid sleeping during the daytime. It can disturb the normal pattern. 3) avoid caffeine, nicotine, and alcohol near bedtime. While alcohol may speed the onset of sleep, it creates problems in he second half of sleep. 4) exercise can promote good sleep. Exercise should be taken in the morning or late afternoon. Yoga, can be done before bed to help. 5) have a quiet, comfortable bedroom. Set your bedroom thermostat at a comfortable temperature. Generally, a little cooler is better than a little warmer. Turn off the tv and other extraneous noise that may disrupt sleep. Background'white noise' like a fan is ok. If your pets awaken you, keep them outside the bedroom. Your bedroom should be dark. Turn off bright lights. Have a comfortable mattress. 6) avoid heavy meals close to bedtime. 7) ensure adequate exposure to natural light. 8) avoid emotionally upsetting conversations and activities before trying to go to sleep. Do not think of, or bring your problems to bed. 9) stop using all your digital devices and stop looking at digital screens be it mobile phones or televisions at least 1 hour before the time you plan to sleep. Instead try reading a fiction book near bedtime so it makes you help relaxed and de-stressed. Sleep well live healthy and live longer.

Take 1 glass hot milk 2. Add 2 tbsp ashwagandha powder, commonly available ayurvedic herb 3. Add 1 tsp clarified butter 4. Mix well 5. Drink twice every day 6. Do this for 1 month natural home remedy using mango and milk: 1. Eat 1 ripe mango 3 times a day 2. Follow it up by drinking 1 glass of milk 3. Do this for 1 month.

As mentioned u have arthritis pain in the knee is because of it -Do static quads ie keep the towel roll below your knee press it and hold the position for 5 sec repeat it -Heel slides 5 times -IFT for knee joint for 10 mins

Hi to increase weight you should improve your digestive system. By digesting your indigested food with the help of remedy and medicines will ultimately increase your appetite and digestive system. You may be suffering from gastritis, in this case, oily food can not be preferred, even indigestible.
