Form some many day's my Head is pining from this I feel weakness types condition I can't tolerated pain of Head what's should I have to do.

There are many causes of headache. i.e. fever, acidity, gastritis, stress, injury , eye sight weakness, Try to take good sleep at night. Apply on head a pain balm / volini gel on head thrice a day. It can give relief instant . or also you can take tab. Voveran 100 mg sos in a day after meal, tab. Pan 40 mg once a day for 3 days . if not ok then checkup b.p. , cbc, blood sugar, eye sights, and consult again on . Thanks.

Hye, Thanks for the query. Being underweight can be a concern if it's the result of poor nutrition. Here are some healthy ways to gain weight when you're underweight: Eat more frequently. When you're underweight, you may feel full faster. Eat five to six smaller meals during the day rather than two or three large meals.Choose nutrient-rich foods. As part of an overall healthy diet, choose whole-grain breads, rice and cereals; fruits and vegetables; dairy products; lean protein sources; and nuts. Don't fill up on diet soda, coffee and other drinks with few calories and little nutritional value. Instead, drink smoothies or healthy shakes. Snack on nuts, dried fruits and fresh fruits. Even when you're underweight, be mindful of excess sugar and fat. An occasional slice of cake or ice cream is fine. But most sweets should be healthy and provide nutrients in addition to calories. Sheera, lassi and chikki are good choices. Exercise, especially strength training, can help you gain weight by building up your muscles. Exercise may also stimulate your appetite. Supplementation will help only if your diet is good.

Please follow below mentioned tips for improving your health. 1) take food twice in a day only. 2) take liquid diet only. 3) avoid oily and spicy food intake. 4) drink only 100 ml of lukewarm water during meals. 5) don't drink water before one hour of meals and don't drink water after meals for one hour. 6) take jinger juice 10 ml and jaggery 10 gm before and after meals and early in the morning on empty stomach with 30 ml of lukewarm water. And take aloe vera juice 30 ml with 30 ml of lukewarm water at night before sleep. Thanks.

You can go for proper diet chart. This will help completely to gain wt. Without any harm. Take green tea/liker. Not milk tea. Tea is habit that tyou havve to manage by your own habit change process. I will guide you altogether. Dnt worry.

I am a patient of Hypertension and weigh 74 kg with a paunch. How many cups of green tea should I consume per day or week? Also, suggest diet with the same.

Hi Lybrate User.... Green Tea is just another health drink/ food with some anti-oxidants... which exist in many other fruits and vegetables. You can have a cup or two every day but it will not reduce your weight or bring your hypertension down. To reduce weight you need to work on your food habits. Reduce fatty foods, Reduce salty foods... chips, pickles, fried foods, sauces, cheese, popcorn. Increase intake of salads, fruits, whole grain, multigrain. protein rich foods. Start doing intensive exercise daily for 60 minutes. As you reduce your weight.. you will be able to reduce your BP also and feel healthier and better.

Follow these best tips to get in shape and loose weight.* body become over weight due to deposition of fatty tissues. First you should follow diet plan for weight loss. * in morning, take 2-3 chapattis witha bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of without cream milk after 2 hour of breakfast. *in lunch you can take a bowl of soupor salad. *in evening, you can take a cup of teawith glucose biscuits. *in dinner, you can take a bowl of fruits or 2 chapattis with a bowl of vegetables. * for thighs - work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15 minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. To reduce the tummy, * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily * lie down on plain surface, put your hands on the back of head by folding your elbows, now move your head towads the knees try to touch your knees with forehead and then move back and lie down. Repeat it for 5-10 times daily for flat tummy. * do surya namaskar yoga everyday, as surya namaskar have 12 forms of yoga. Do it for in morning everyday to get in shape in short period. * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories.

My face skin colour ir dark bt full body is fair how can my face become fair pls tell me.

Follow these methods to make your face fair: • Applying a mixture of cucumber and papaya with one teaspoon of each and with three teaspoon of oatmeal apply it for 5 to 10 minutes then rinse off with water. • Apply one teaspoon of honey for 10 minutes and wash it off. • Apply one teaspoon Besan with one teaspoon of curd and a pinch of haldi (turmeric) mix it with water then apply for 15 minutes then rinse off it with water. • Eat fruits daily and drink a glass of milk daily. • Mash half bnana mix it with 1/2 teaspoon of lemon juice and half teaspoon of sandalwood powder mix it well and make smooth paste apply it for 10 minutes then rinse off with water. • Save yourself from sunlight by covering your face with cloth or by using sunscreen lotion.

My skin tone has become dark on the cheeks compared to last week. The climate here is not so sunny, its been cloudy for past 2 weeks. What should I do? Is this some kind of allergy? I use Himalayas Cucumber soap. Does it have anything to do with it?

This is not allergy. You should use stronger products to keep yourself protected. Use tea tree face wash and toner twice daily. Use aha glow face wash daily use sunscreen with spf 30 daily. Use natural face pack of multani mitti and lemon 2 times a week. You can also use apple cider vinegar with mother for 5 mins after washing your face and splash it clean with water. Most important is diet- do not eat junk, eat more vegetables and fruits especially with vitamin c.

It is not very difficult to lose weight. You just have to eat little less and exercise little more. Eat cucumbers, bottle gourd vegetable and two fruits daily. Go grain free for one meal daily. Drink 10-12 glasses of water which include plain water, buttermilk and green tea. Take isabgol every night for 15 days to clear your stomach. Walk for 30 minutes which include 8-10 minutes of jog. It is as simple as that best of luck.
