In view of age one may take chance to gain height. This includes stretching exercises, yogasana like tad asana, sarvangasana, and herbal preparations for 8-9 months, regular single and double bar exercise, practice in morning and evening may help, if interested in full advice, inform us.

To gain weight you need to combine a balanced eating pattern with regular physical activity. You should be eating at least 6 small meals a day, rather than sticking to 3 square meals. You could divide it as 3 main meals and 3 snacks. You need to be eating every 2-3 hours. Space out snacks during the day so you don't spoil your appetite. Bread, cereal, rice, whole wheat, dalia and pasta: biscuits, and corn-bread are good sources of carbohydrates. Fruits: dried fruits, fruit nectars, and large quantities of fresh fruits vegetables: include, potatoes, peas, corn in your diet. Meat, poultry, fish, dry beans, eggs, and nuts: beef, pork, lamb, poultry, salmon, omelets, nuts, peanut butter, kidney beans, chickpeas will help you gain weight. Include dairy products like milk, yogurt, and cheese: milk, fruited yogurts, hard cheeses, ice cream, puddings, custards, milkshakes. -nuts and seeds make a healthy option for snacks. -roasted channas and peanuts are good -peanut butter on the sandwiches are a great mid-meal choice. -you must know that cereals actually contain some healthy calories. Stay hydrated: drinking plenty of water and other fluids like juices, milk, soups etc, will work in your favour. Do not drink water before a meal and in between the meal as it may make you lose your appetite, thus calorie intake suffers. Sleep: at least 8 hours of sound sleep is a must. Since your body is actually building up muscles, while you rest. Weight gainers have long term side effects.

First of all you should take rest for 1-2 days so that your body can fight with underlying infection with its full immunity and start the below medication:- take gelesemium 200, twice daily. Take arsenic alb- 200, 5 drops twice daily. Take antifebrinum 3x, 2 tabs, thrice daily. Take alfavena malt, 1 tsf, thrice daily. Drink lots of water and take light homemade food like dalia and khichdi, avoid oily, spicy, fried, junk and cold drinks. If fever does not goes then go for a set of blood tests. Revert me with feedback. Take care of your health. Good day.

Hello. Hair problem is common now a days. Due to stress and busy life. Take full sleep. Drink planty water. Have fruits. Take. Acid hydrofluoric 30.2 tds x 30 days. And revert. Use arnica mon q 30 ml + your oil 100 ml mix. Twice a week at night and wash.

Your menstrual cycle can be corrected. The pain also can be controlled, but your weight problem will take a lot of determination - only cycling won't do at all. Every pound of extra weight inversely decreases your chances of pregnancy. I have charts. Fancy charts, but what it basically comes down to is the amount and type of food you put in your mouth. Sorry if that sounds rude - but I only wish to convey the very serious determination you require to slim down. Of course there is the gambogia fruit. Rs 3000 for a bottle, but I am told it really works.

Mix equal quantities of powdered fenugreek seeds, turmeric and ginger powder. Take one teaspoon daily in the morning and evening. 5. For dry fomentation of the affected joints, take a cloth and fold it into four, fill it with hot and sand make a potli (bag) out of it. Use this bundle for the fomentation of different joints. This is very helpful in reducing pain and swelling.

Hello dear High triglycerides and cholesterol can cause atherosclerotic heart disease or narrowed coronary arteries in the heart can cause the symptoms of angina, when theheart muscle is not provided with enough oxygen to function. Decreased blood supply to the brain may be due to narrowed small arteries in the brain or because the larger carotidarteries in the neck may become blocked. This can result in a transient ischmic attack or stroke. Peripheral artery disease describes gradual narrowing of the arteries that supply the legs. During exercise , if the legs do not get enough blood supply, they can develop pain , called claudication . Other arteries in the body may also be affected by plaque buildup causing them to narrow, including the mesenteric arteries to the intestine and the renal arteries to the kidney. Change life style .do meditation,yoga, Go walk daily, do any one physically activity daily i.e.play any game., Avoid fast foods,oily foods,junk foods,alcohol,smoking,fatty foods, non-veg.,avoid stress,take plenty of water in day time. And 1 glass of water before bed at night. use flax oil, omega-3 fatty meal or cap., take .green veg., whole grain. Garlic,. Cod liver oil. Take anti cholesterol medicines

Hello, magical answer does not exist, there is only practical. There is no point giving false expectations, it is only given by blogs for popularity or for selling new products. If you have a normal skin, try gram four-yogurt-haldi paste. -apply everyday before bath till it dries and then rinse. -use sun screen when going out, cover your face and use sun protection as much as you can. -try to stay indoors during the day. -use rose water spray to clean your face from time to time.

I am a 23 year old male. I go to gym 5 days a week and I am a vegetarian. For the adequate amount of protein in my diet, I drink 2.5 liters of pasteurized milk during the whole day and I have been following this schedule for over an year now. However, I wanted to know if drinking so much amount of milk could have adverse effects on my health? Like causing kidney stone? Please suggest. I drink 2-2.5 liters of water a day and consume 3 meals a day.

Drinking so much milk will not affect you in anyway as long as you drink a lot of water. Only problem is that milk has been found to be a causative agent for diabetes. So if you have a family history of diabetes then try to reduce the quantity and be on the safer side. Also milk has high fat content. As long as you exercise a lot and burn up the fat it will not be a problem but if you have a sedentary lifestyle then it may cause cardiac problems. Other than that no problem. The kidney stone even if it forms will be washed out out of the system as long as you drink a lot of water and pass adequate amount of water.

Usually during lactation period, menses are irregular. But as you are feeding your baby only once, you must get regular periods. You go to gynaec and have intrauterine contraceptive device.

Hi! Pimples occur mainly due to hormonal imbalances which causes an overproduction of oil and cells inside a skin follicle. They block the opening of the skin pore and cause the follicle under the skin to swell and become red. It usually starts in teenage, but most of the time lasts into adulthood.  1. Avoid breaking the boils  2. Use a good sunscreen properly 3. Use a baby soap for face.

How do I get rid of pimples?
Do let me know if you also have blackheads with pimples? and what current medications and remedies you already tried to treat acne? acne is a common problem in teen. Almost everybody will get pimples during their teen years. First, don't try to self treat acne. Some popular nonprescription acne lotions, cleansers and other skin products can cause a serious reaction (rare), mostly it is normal to have acne in teenage. For pimples it's important to wash your face twice daily to remove impurities, dead skin cells, and extra oil from your skin's surface, avoid touching your face or propping your cheek or chin on your hands. Not only can you spread bacteria, you can also irritate the already inflamed facial skin. Never pick or pop pimples with your fingers, as it can lead to infection and scarring. A dietary therapy with the right medications for pimples can also help a lot. Kojic acid (a natural skin lightener derived from mushroom extract), arbutin (also called bearberry extract), and vitamin c (ascorbic acid) are great alternative ingredients to lighten scars left by acne. Don't use vitamin e or any self prescribed preparations on scars or pimples. Increasing the intake of omega-3 fatty acids through a diet significantly rich in fish and seafood results in lower rates of an inflammatory disease like acne. A low-glycemic-index diet also reduces acne risk. I being a both a registered dietitian (rd) and doctor have been successfully helping patients with their problems through a holistic approach using customized therapeutic diet and medications. I 'm a 25 years old who gained 30 kg weight since 2 and half years post wedding and I currently weigh 105 kg. My weight rose due to stress and change in food culture, I had prolactin high post my abortion and later it became normal but the weight kept increasing. I can't hit gym as I have back pain problem and I am a vegetarian. Currently I am suffering from muscle spasm and nerves weakness from lower head to neck radiating to shoulder blades past 6 months. Doctor prescribed drugs of epilepsy and fibromyalgia though the brain MRI was normal and my feet were swollen ,he told I have a vascular stretch near neck anyways the medicine don't alleviate my pain so after months now I am under homeopathic treatment .please give me a diet chart that would help me reduce my weight. I am trusting only that a proper diet and walking can help me now. I walk for half an hour a day more than that gives me neck pain. I do cooking with my hubby as he helps me due to my neck pain and small home cores .my thyroid levels are normal, no diabetics.

Hi thanks for writing. According to your height your weight should be 55 kg you have to loss 50 kg weight only. Do not worry its not a big target you can easily loose this 50 kg weight. First we have to find our reason of your weight gain. There are so many reason for weight gain. You have to remember one thing avoid dieting for weight, cause dieting will help you loose some weight but after some period you will put on double weight. Tips for weight loss. 1. For a good skin, Take a proper sleep, plenty of water,Use a gentle cleansing lotion and non comedogenic sunscreen on your face. and avoid excessive usage of mobile/laptop. Nutritious diet rich in antioxidants(green vegetables and fresh fruits) and avoidance of stress will help. oral medicine and creams or facewash can be given to you for improving your condition

? Avoid junk food at all cost. ? Start exercising. Do ½ hour to 45 minutes of cardio, preferably walking on an incline every day. Do light weight training for upper body three times a week. ? Snack on a small amount of almonds (5 at a time) throughout the day (4 times a day maximum). Abdominal exercise ? Lay down flat on the floor. ? Bend the knees with feet on the floor. ? Place your hands by the side of your ears. ? Take a deep breath. ? Crunch up lifting the head and chest a bit. The aim is to try and touch the knees with the forehead. But do not try to do it in the first attempt. Give your body some time. ? Now move down gradually, exhaling the air. Descending movement must be slower than the crunch up movement. Repeat the steps 5 to 10 times for regular diet chart ask privately...
