Excessive weight gain is caused when people consume more calories than the body needs—occurring most commonly due to eating a diet high in fat and calories, being sedentary, or both. This imbalance between calories consumed and calories burned, however, can also be caused by a number of different obesity-related factors such as genetic, hormonal, behavioral, environmental and, to some extent, cultural. There are many other factors causing obesity such as pregnancy, tumors as well as endocrine disorders and medications that include psychotic drugs, estrogens, corticosteroids and insulin Dear to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4.Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc. 9.Replace refined flour with whole-wheat flour and rice with brown rice or parboiled rice. 10. Take 2 tab slimtone twice a day for 1 month with luke warm water after meals.

Dear, the height of body depends of many factors, but the main factors are: 1. Family history 2. Diet 3. Age 4. Sex 5. Lifestyle these are methods by which you can gain height. 1. You have to add the exercise of stretching of spine daily in morning. Here are the exercises! *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. You can privately consult me for understanding more exercises. 2. Bone growth depends upon the adequate intake of calcium rich diet. So take 300 ml of rich cream milk, 200 gm of cheese and 2-3 eggs regularly. It will definitely give boost to your bone growth. 3. Vitamin d play very important role in bone growth. So sit in sun rays for atleast 8-10 minutes in morning of evenings when the sun rays are notso strong. 4. The growth and height is controlled by growth hormone which is secreted by pituitary gland situated in the brain. So take meditation and have a stressfree lifestyle. Take 6-8 hours of sleep daily. For meditation, listen toslow and spiritual music, take long breaths for 15-20 minutes everyday. It makes your pituitatry gland healthy and working properly.

1.Wash hair sparingly and use a good-quality shampoo. Washing hair too often can leave hair dried out, leached of its natural oils, and may damage your hair. Aim to shampoo your hair at most every other day or even only twice a week. 2. Try shampoos that do not contain sulfates or parabens. Sulfates are the chemicals that make shampoos lather up. Parabens are preservatives that cause irritation and eye problems after prolonged use. Both of these chemicals aren't healthy for you or the environment so try to use shampoos with natural cleansers 3.. Use conditioner that matches your hair type, length, and treatment damage. A good rule of thumb is to condition every time you shampoo your hair, although very processed or dyed hair probably needs a little more love than natural hair 4. Be careful about using hair care products with too much protein. Too much protein can leave your hair feeling desiccated and brittle. While protein is the building block of healthy hair, use conditioners that come with balanced ingredients. 5. Rinse your hair with vinegar before shampooing, twice a year. Doing this helps to make your hair look shinier and cleaner; plus, it treats dandruff. Use 1 part vinegar (preferably organic apple cider vinegar) to 3 parts warm water, then rinse and wash your hair as normal. 6. Moisturize your hair. Use five oils: almond, castor, olive, coconut and lavender oils. Mix together equal proportions of each. Alternately, use egg oil. Apply to the hair and leave in for four hours prior to showering out. Repeat twice a week. 7. Eat healthily. Give your hair the right amount of vitamins. Since hair is made of proteins, eat a balanced diet rich in lean protein, whole grains, fruits and vegetables. A healthy diet will ensure hair that looks and feels better. • Make sure you get plenty of vitamin C. This vitamin strengthens hair. In addition, iron helps transport oxygen to blood vessels, zinc grows and repairs tissue, and omega-3 fatty acids grow healthy hair. • Give your hair some time to show new brilliance. What you eat will not have an immediate difference on the hair you already have, but it will help with hair that is newly growing. • 8. Remove stress from your life. Physical and mental stressors will keep your hair from realizing its full potential. Stress can cause hair loss, so try not to let stress overcome you. This means finding healthy emotional outlets for your stress: yoga, biking, meditation, or other forms of exercise all work well.

You may have back muscle tear. Please consult doc or please do mri scan of your low back for better diagnosis. In between just apply hot and cold and use back belt for relief.

I am male 47 years old very emotional and sentimental. I am patient of IBS or anxiety disorder. This problem is from last 6 years and I have taken lot of medication. Problem aggravates to such a extent that occasionally PILES occur, body starts shivering, fear in mind, in summer sweating occurs at times I have been hospitalized I am vegetarian and don't have spicy food too because of this reason. Dear , Greetings! Anxiety is at core of IBS and resultant constipation and piles. Physically you need to add running to your schedule. For anxiety here is a short technique to help you. But along with this technique you require therapeutic intervention to alleviate the cause of chronic anxiety. Hypnotherapy (child and life regression) might help you too depending upon the psychologist's perspective. Technique- breathing. Whenever you feel anxiety take deep breaths. Inhale with count of 4-Hold for 2 seconds-Exhale with count 8. Exhale = 2 Inhale. This technique helps in reducing anxiety. Another method, try Progressive Muscle Relaxation technique. For faster results twice a day is recommended.

You are having 10 Kg extra weight.Your ideal average weight should be 66-69 Kg.The ssecret of losing weight lies inside your mind and strong headed people can only loose weight.So be true to yourself and pledge from today onwardss that you will seriouly implement the below given step in your life style. First and foremost thing you can do to control your weight is 1.By saying goodbye to sweets in any sense whether it is in tea,Milk,Chocklates,Sweets, 2.Avoid overeating.Eat half chpaati les than yuour actual diet 3.Light Breakfast and Dinner but you can take slight heavy Lunch 4.Start a habit of drinking green tea 2 times daily with lemon and honey,Morning and evening 5.Early morning brisk walking for 30 minutes with deep breathing alongwith walking and KAPALBHATI PRANAYAM daily for 20 minutes. 6.Daily drink 6-8 glass extra water ( 1-2 Glass early morning empty stomach),2 glass milk and eat a fruit daily. 7.Try to eat a cocktail of fruit and salad chat instead of breakfat or dinner.Choice is yourss. 8.Take your dinner atleat 90 minutes before going to bed and a 10 minutes light walk i a mut after dinner. 9.Just always think in your mind about those good old days when your weight was 65-70 kgs and just see now when at thiss teen age of 18 ,no cloth fit you properly.Set up an example for other youngster that onee day everybody in your circle gives your example and then see what a drasstic change YASH PATEL have in his life. 10.last but not the least,once again the ecret being,CONTROL YOUR MIND and HAVE A POSITIVE MIND SETUP.Everything is in contyrol of our mind and with its help we can achieve new heights but the real task is how to control your mind when something delicious,sweet,mouthwatering comes in front of you. Used mosquito repalents. Avoid stay water in plants, tubes, balty, and in pots. Clean area around your house and gali. Clean drain daily. Water tank clean every week or twice a week. Wear full-sleave cloths.

Apply ice packs, keep leg elevated and apply crepe bandage. If pain reduces in few hrs, then ok, orelse consult an orthopaedician.

Morning stiffness in back is quite a common condition. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Any way take bio d3 max 1tab odx10days ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days do back (spine) exercises contact me again if need be. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take.

Best way to reduce fat is exercise and diet control. Take pranacharya medohar rasayn twice a day. Medohar guggul 2-2 twice a day. And pranacharya slim capsule 1-1 twice a day. Avoid junk food. Oily food. Fermented food. Alcohol consumption. Sugar. Milk products and sweets. Take oats and cereals more. And do pranayama early in the morning and walk for atleast 45 minutes a day. And do exercises. Do not sleep immediately after taking meal.

Start taking drakshovin syrup 20 ml bd for 3 months. You will definitely see good results. Massage daily before bath with chandanbalalakshadi tailam. Have good amount of milk & ghee in diet. Don't eat junk & processed foods.

Can anxiety disorder last day long for months? I am having breathing prob since august. Had my C section delivery on 14/9/16. Still prob is not resolved. Did tests like spirometry, chest x ray, echo, ct pulmo, chest angio. Hb normal at 12.5. Thyroid profile is also normal. Doc said may be due to anxiety. I don't feel any stress now. I need to take a deep breath often.

It is a classical panic disorder. You have shortness of breath and would feel as if you would die if you don't take a deep breath. You can try breath holding exercise where you would hold your breath as long as possible. This would give you courage during the panic disorder episode that one can not die suddenly even if shortness of breath is there. See a therapist which will help you to deal with underlying stressor. During episode make your mind strong telling your self that all possible tests have been done and all are normal. It is mental fear and the episode would go off after a few minutes. Avoid any measures like drinking water and praying to God or taking a deep breath as it will strengthen your belief that if you don't do this, you would die.
