If you are underweight and really want to gain couple of kilograms to the current weight, I recommend trying some of these suggestions..Dont go for major changes in your diet a it will make thing worse for you.Start aiming small goals and move forward . Find the one that is suitable for your needs and use it every day • Banana milk shake • Banana 3 times a day • Muskmelon, 3 times a day • Mango with a cup of milk, or mango milkshake • Raisins, 30g daily • Dried figs, 2 times a day • Bran (100-150g) with fruits, ideally papaya • Fruit diet with milk • Cup of hot milk with some honey • Cup of milk, boiled with some almonds, anjeer and date palm • Mixture of white muesli powder, Indian ginseng powder and pomegranate seed powder put in a glass of milk or water and drink for a month • Eat more fatty foods (bitter, flour, rice honey, raisins, figs, dates, etc.)

I'm suffering from ring warm since 8 month. I had taken 1. Clocip powder. 2. Surfan-sn cream 3. Fluconazole tablet ip 150mg fluka -150 but still my ring warm is not cure what should I do.

Don't over exert yourself. Eat lot of proteins like cheese, soybean, tofu, porridge, sprouted black grams. Also instead of lifting weights first of all start doing push-ups and chin-ups to increase muscle strength.

I am 22 and a smoker. Now m getting weak by everyday and face is so dull.

You need to stop your smoking immediately. For someone who has had tuberculosis you are indeed playing with fire. If that was not enough, then what will make you take life seriously?! I know giving up may appear to seem impossible but that is not true. The urge to discontinue is hampered by many factors but the worst of them is the conditioning. In fact these conditions can exist all through the day unlike other addictions. But your desire to want to stop is the most important factor. It is important to find out about the ill-effects of smoking to have a reason that alarms you about continuing in the habit. The information is really scary but true. The nicotine in tobacco smoke stimulates the heart beat to raise the blood pressure in no time at all. So you must avoid it like the plague: it is just very bad medicine for you. In fact it is highly toxic too. You will need to stop smoking or consuming any tobacco related items with immediate effect. You should start vigorous exercises, gradually increasing it over a period of time. Do deep breathing exercises every time you feel like smoking (try Yoga), and replace the oral urge with some healthy food substitute to satiate the need. You may also take hard candy or chewing gum. If the urge is too strong, then use nicotine chewing gum or nicotine patches, for a little while until the smoking drive reduces, substantially. You may also join Smokers Anonymous in your city where the support is really extraordinary for like-minded people who are also in the same situation. Keep yourself occupied or engaged with interesting activities during the times when it is most tempting. Keep the company of non-smokers for some time i.e. at least for the first 21 days. Above all announce it to everyone that you have quit smoking. Here?s a piece of very good advice: even if you accidentally/willfully take a cigarette, it is not the end of the world ? you can start the cessation all over again. You must persevere with the best support until you defeat this addiction. Counseling is very useful in the initial stages and when temptations are at their highest.

Please follow the below recommendation for your conditions: Bananas are full of calories and contain high amount of carbohydrates and potassium that give you instant energy. Whosoever want to gain weight must eat a banana daily in the morning with a glass of warm milk. Add a teaspoon of sugar in it. Moreover, you can also have it after your meals. Note – Don’t eat bananas when you are down with common cold.

I have lost the required weight by following a diet plan. Now, can I allow myself to eat whatever I like and enjoy the food (Rice, roti, dal, vegetables, chicken, junk food, cold drinks, etc.). Also I will not stop my daily morning 30 minutes running.

Hello! small n frequent healthy meals with some activity. You can take good quality protein in your diet. Like- milk n products, egg, chicken, dal & products. N visit a dietitian. It will help. The 1st thing you need to take care of is good quality protein, complex carbohydrate n good quality fat.

Do regular exercise to gain weight. Eat extra foods. Do not skip meals. Take ghee, butter, cream etc. Use refined foods extra with unrefined. Take dense vegetables, fruits. Take more fish, egg, meat etc. Use healthy fats in cooking. Drink plenty of water but not during meals. Take nuts, seeds. Use supplement. Take proper rest.

Hi lybrate-user have more of vitamins and minerals in your diet, this can be done by having more of raw fruits and fresh fruit juices in your diet. Have lots if vegetables. Increase protein in diet by having more of milk, eggs. Pulses, chicken and fish. Exersice for half an hour daily.

For weight loss you should avoid sugar and ghee first totally. Take more liquids fruits, boiled veg, salads etc. avoid carbohydrates. After 15 days check your wait. Phtolacca 30 you may take 10 drops daily thrice a day for reduction of weight.

Hi, do regular exercise. Stop eating junk and processed food. Take 2 banana with warm milk in the morning. Eat soaked dry grapes or dates soaked in warm milk overnight. Include protein rich food in your diet like soyabean, sattu with milk, eggs, sprouts, milk and milk products, combination of cereals and pulses, take healthy and heavy breakfast. Eat more of healthy fats and start taking protinex in full cream milk twice a day. Increase protein intake also and start working out to gain muscle mass. For your weakness, start taking a protein bar on daily basis. Any kind of physical activity will also make you feel more energetic.
