Hello. Take homoeopathic medicine - Schwabe's Alpha-Coff and Glyzyrrhiza Glabra 1x - both thrice a day daily for 4 days. Management: - Avoid cold drinks and fried food, take healthy food. -Avoid exposure to Air-conditioner or cold air (wrap a warm stole or muffler around neck). -Avoid excessive or rough use of your voice/ shouting. -Gargle with warm water and salt 3 times a day and take steam-inhalation once before going to bed. Home Remedies for Cough: -Stir some into some hot tea for comforting cough relief. You can also eat a spoonful of honey before bed to help calm coughs. -Warm saltwater gargles help moisturize your throat, which can quiet coughs. -Drink peppermint tea to help relieve coughs. -Brew a eucalyptus tea by steeping a few fresh or dried eucalyptus leaves in hot water for 15 minutes. Drink this tea up to 3 times a day to help soothe a sore throat and calm coughs. -Make a hot ginger tea to help soothe a chronic cough. -Turmeric is a traditional cough remedy that many people have found effective for coughs. Try mixing half a teaspoon of turmeric powder in a glass of warm milk. You can also try turmeric powder and a teaspoon of honey for dry cough. Revert.

I have a low back injury due to excessive & unscientific gymming. I cant stand static at any place for over 10 minutes as the back starts hurting and I have to start move around. The injury has been there for last 4 months. Please advice.

Hi, last 4 months itself you are in rest or still working you have to do exercises as well as do you have any radiating pain from lower back to gluteal and back of thigh. If it is not present you can do some spinal exercises it will subside. It won't subside please visit nearest physiotherapist Thank you.

Hello, your problem is may be due to following reasons- 1. Overweight, 2. Deficiency of vitamin d3 or calcium, or lack of water in the body, 3. Postural stress, 4. Muscle strain, 5. Arthritis etc. Please send me all investigation reports if available. Till then follow these advises:- 1. Take calcium supplements and sun bath daily to prevent further damage to your joints. 2. Avoid heavy lifting. 3. Avoid squatting and weight bearing activities. 4. Use western toilet. 5. Wear shock absorbing, good quality of shoes while walking. 6. Keep roll of a towel under your knees while sleeping. 7. Perform some gentle exercises and stretching of your all joints before getting out of your bed. 8. Walk straight with shoulder protracted. 9. Perform deep breathing exercises or yoga for proper functioning of lungs. I can explain you stiffness and pain reducing techniques, if interested. Wish you a happy and pain free life thanks.

Sir since last one month I am having pain as well as swelling on my right leg knee area which causes severe pain while I climb or alight the stair case and pain in my right elbow as well since last one month i'm (allergic to sulphur )

Massage the knee with eucalyptus oil and give hot water fomentation. Identify the dipping portion on the back of your knee folding. Press this dip with both middle fingers and hold your knee with your thumbs for support. Swing 20 times morning and evenings. This will relieve your problem. Also take calcium tablets for a limited period 2 months consult after 5 days.

I' m 20 year old boy. I used to get back pain and gas trouble if I even take a small amount of food containing gas. I don' t drink cool drinks. Is it the reason for underweight I' m only 45 kg but 170 cm tall. Give idea to increase weight and gas trouble problems.

Core strengthening exercises- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day.

Hi i have Disc slip for last two years continuous pain in the right side suggest medicine.

This could be due to lumbar Spondylosis with nerve root compression. Rule out diabetes & vit.D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Use no pillow under the head. Any way take Paracetamol 250mg OD & SOS You will need other supportive medicines also. Do back (spine) exercises Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take You may have to use lumbosacral support for some time. Avoid painful act/activities. Take medicines as prescribed It may have to be further investigated. Do ask for detailed treatment plan. Do not ignore .It could be beginning of a serious problem.

I am a patient of severe osteo arthritis of both knees and have been advised TKR SURGERY. I am 60 year old lady but I do not want to undergo surgery. I have tried synovial injection therapy, and various ayurvedic treatments but none have given me relief. IS there any solution for this? Please suggest. Thanks
