Problem since 10 to 12 years I get nerve pain in right leg and main point is at hip joint some where there. I can't walk when in pain the pain starts When I sit on any floor or granite or marble or any thing which is cold Or When I carry weight even say 5 kg or more And When I stretch or run In the particular case the pain starts in 8 to 10 hours The pain sometimes is like electric shock going in my nerve And The pain disappears in one or two days automatically. Or else I need to take a pain killer So I can't go and sit anywhere I can't lift weight even 5 kg I can't run I can't stretch I am suffering since last 10 to 12 years Kindly I want to know what exactly is the real problem Is it related to nerve or is it joint pain Please give me solution.
I am a diabetic patient and my blood pressure is always high. I have a spondylitis problem. What should I do? What are the exercises that I can do in the morning?
I had a muscle pain and went for vitamin test. It was 186pg/ml for vitamin B12 and 15. 63nmol/L for vitamin D. I'm taking nurokind plus RF for B12 (daily once after dinner) and uprise D3 60k for vitamin D (weekly once). Almost I have taken tablets for three weeks. I feel little better now but still I'm having muscle pains. How much time it will take to cure from complete muscle pain. I'm a diabetic patient and my HBA1C level was 6.5. Please advise. I am 26 year old and I have a lot of pain in my back shoulder of right side as well as back side in neck. When I rotate my neck for right side the pain begins in the back side of shoulder and bottom of neck. please help me for better suggestion.
Stretching the Right Way
To get the full benefit from your effort to improve your flexibility, you should hold static stretches for 10 to 30 seconds.
First, it’s important to understand the difference between feeling tension and feeling pain. Applying slight tension to feel the stretch is a good thing, but feeling pain is bad. A stretch should never feel painful!
Stay inside your comfort zone!
If a stretch is causing pain, you should back off and see if completing the stretch to a lesser degree is doable. If there’s still pain, you should avoid it and consider checking with your doctor or therapist in case there’s an injury. On the other hand, once you reach the place during a static stretch where you feel gentle tension in the muscle, you should hold the stretch. At this point, you’re in a position where increased flexibility and range of motion can be attained.The amount of time to hold a stretch and how many times you repeat the stretch will vary based on time and conditioning level. The following are good general principles to achieve the best results:
• Beginners should start out on the lower end, holding a stretch for 10 to 20 seconds and repeating the stretch 1 to 3 times.
• Those who are at a more intermediate level can hold for 20 to 30 seconds and repeat the stretch 2 to 4 times.
• Advanced exercisers can hold the stretch for 30 to 40 seconds, repeating 3 to 5 times and adjusting the tension of the stretch as you move through the ROM.
Another important piece to consider is breathing technique. First and foremost, never hold your breath while you’re stretching. For some, the natural instinct is to hold the stretch and forget to breathe, tensing up the muscles and often cutting the stretch short.
For the most part, think about keeping your breathing pattern the same. When completing longer holds, an option is to take deep breaths and move deeper into the stretch. For example, if you’re doing a seated hamstring stretch, you might take a few deep breaths during the stretch and reach a little farther toward your toes each time you exhale.Breathing also plays a key role in relaxation stretches. Using the breath as a rhythm helps you relax into the stretch.
