Hello lybrate-user, - there are many reasons for stomach ache and it's difficult to diagnose on one symptom that is" ache" always. - better to give clear symptoms, where the pain is locating and when it will appear etc - as you are medications for other issues better to go with home remedies - have a glass of butter milk daily once - have a glass of. Warm water after your dinner - have decoction of ajwain and ginger daily twice before food - avoid sour foods and fried food - take kamadhudha ras 2-0-2 for 10 days you will be better after this. I take ecosprin regularly as I had angioplasty on august 2014. At present having abdominal pain gas, nausiatic tendency ,loss of appetite. intake other pressure controlling medicines. Now ecosprin can't be rejected as per my cardiologist. I want to know whether these ecosprin, x-tor like medicines can be supplemented.

You can discuss with your Dr. and change to ecospirin-substitute called clopidogrel. You can stop xtor till your gas improves. Gas can also be treated with medicine. Suggest you discuss on phone for best results.

Hi, it seems you are suffering from 1. Gastritis 2. Take an antacid 3-4 tsf 8 hrly 3. Get a blood investigation - liver function test done 4. Avoid fatty, oily meals 5. No fast food, no momos and samosas 6. No tea and coffee 7. Lots of water 8. Walk after meals 9. Eat less at nights 10. No soft drinks, hard drinks and no smoking.

Hello doctor, My concern is, whenever I takes heavy meals and lay down to bed or get after sleep in fast way, or lay down in fast way, My heart beats goes up more. I had consult with doctor, he checked my was BP-150/100. Checked cholesterol and other also from laboratory. These day I am taking BP and cholesterol medicine. Till now I am not feeling too confirm. Your b. P is very high. You have to careful. Avoid eating oily things, excessive salt or salt contain things like pickle, papad, etc. Take regular meals, plenty of water and proper sleep for 7 - 8 hrs. Check your b. P. Regularly. Avoid taking heavy meals at a time. Take frequent meals and in small quantity. Take some walk after meals then go for sleep.

Kindly consult a local cardiologist for a detailed evaluation of the cause of this low BP as there can be many causes of low BP, you will require echo, BP in sitting, standing and lying down position, blood tests like TSH, CALCIUM LEVELS, Hemoglobin levels, vitamin b12 and folic acid levels etc so that you can be treated accordingly.
