Inferior turbinate hypertrophy can be a cause of nasal obstruction. This condition can arise due to allergy in the nose. You need a thorough nasal evaluation to diagnose your condition and then it can be managed accordingly.

1. Dear asthma can be cured by herbal medicines but upto a certain extent with few changes in lifestyle and diet. Please send your xray reports for mediation and b/w try the tips. 2. Boil cumin seeds in water and inhale the steam. It helps to dilate the bronchial passage. 3. Take 5 gm of ginger, black pepper, cardamom, clove, cinnamon, turmeric and 30 gm of sugar. Grind the mix to a powder. Take half to one teaspoonful and mix it nicely with honey. Take it twice a day 4. Pulses like old rice (rice which is stored for at least one year is called old), wheat, barley, kulattha, mung beans, arhar beans, etc. Should be consumed. 5. Honey, warm drinks like herbal teas, spice teas are also okay. 6. Sprouts, nuts and seeds can be taken in moderate amount. 7. The heavy foods and those which make ama should be avoided. This mainly includes milk products like cheese, curd, butter milk, creams, and banana, etc. 8. Oily, greasy and fried foods which are difficult to digest should be avoided. 9. White flour and white sugar products should be avoided. 10. In addition, try to avoid the cold foods, cold drinks and other refrigerated things. 11. Avoid excessive or physically demanding exercise. Yoga and pranayama can be helpful.

Hello, asthma is a common chronic inflammatory disease of the airways. Asthma is characterized by recurrent episodes of wheezing, shortness of breath, chest tightness, and coughing. Sputum may be produced from the lung by coughing but is often hard to bring up. During recovery from an attack, it may appear pus-like due to high levels of white blood cells called eosinophils. Symptoms are usually worse at night and in the early morning or in response to exercise or cold air. Some people with asthma rarely experience symptoms, usually in response to triggers, whereas others may have marked and persistent symptoms. Asthma is thought to be caused by a combination of genetic and environmental factors. Medication: bronchitis/ asthma can be treated well with homoeopathic medicines completely, only need to be regular with the medication and avoid those foods/ things to which you are allergic to for sometime. Keep taking your already on going medication, reduce it gradually and slowly once homoeopathic starts acting and there is stability as steroids do have withdrawal effects if stopped abruptly or suddenly. Take bakson's astha-aid drops/ 10-15 drops in 1/2 cup water/ thrice d day for 4 months. Then give me your feedback.

Hi lybrate-user! If you definitely have some doubt regarding the diagnosis that has been wrongly termed to you definitely you can go for second opinion. Stop taking medication until this has been diagnosed correctly. If you can you can definitely consult a Professional Psychologist or a Psychaitrist or a Counsellor at your locality or online. If you are interested you can contact me either through text chat or online consultation yes you are most welcome. Take care. Always for serious issues like this definitely take second opinion and then decide about undergoing treatment or medication. With regards,
