Dear, Lybrate-user, I reviewed your query with the given facts. Being a patient with Chronic ?Allergic? Or other causes of Asthma, I would like to rule out causes for allergic asthma, by detailed history taking/and clinical reviews for at least 1-2 interactions online at My Lybrate clinic. The other causes needs to be ruled out with private appointment on My Lybrate clinic by prior enquiry for it. Advise on medicines, diet, would be given only after detailed work up of your case. So I would suggest you to book a private appointment with Me on Lybrate for private consultation, as it needs detailed study before any tests and drugs are given to you. I hope to reduce your dependence on these medicines, which have temporary and symptomatic reliefs. I would suggest you to be under guidance of Me, to achieve full and effective diagnosis and treatment plans. I would plan to keep you away from creating any dependence as the case is chronic, which could other wise would lead to side effects from chronic use of these and other advanced medicines for anti-asthmatic effects. Hope this would resolve your current anxiety.

Cold, cough and throat problem can happen due to weather changes, exposure to cold air or rain, dust and pollen allergy and certain sour food. *. Mix some salt in warm water and do gargling early in the mornings. * Steam inhalation will relieve your congestion *. Keep a clove (lavang) in your mouth and slowly chew it. *. Drinking water frequently will eliminate toxins From the body and reduce congestion if any *. Avoid fried and oily foods. This can be treated by homoeopathy without adverse effects. Actually am facing breathing problem. I just getting irritation (nose will jam and mouth will sounds) when the problem starts. My family doctor told that it is because of allergy. So you have to far away from dust and cold water. But first my nose get trouble later as well breathing irritation start. Please suggests me .

BHMS
Homeopath,
Dear lybrate user, dust allergy occurs due to the production of histamine in blood. This production of histamine is provoked by the entry of certain foreign substance in our respiratory system through the air we inhale. However if you are suffering from dust allergy from a considerable prolonged time then you should take the following medications:- 1) 5 drops of homoeopathic pyrogen 1000, thrice daily in empty stomach. 2) 30 drops of homoeopathic mother tincture cassia soph q, thrice daily, after meals, in a glass of water.
