Hello Sushma, The most common reasons of getting acne are oily skin, hormonal changes and eating oily and fatty foods. You can apply Calosoft lotion all over the face at bed time which will reduce both the oily skin and appearance of pimples and dark spots. Along with it, however you will have to avoid ghee,oily foods, cheese, butter, chocolate, ice cream, cakes and pastries and non veg food.

Hello. One can increase the stamina by including a well-balanced diet by adding low-fat products, plenty of fruits and vegetables and lean meat. So, increase intake of healthy food (food having anti-oxidants like green vegetables, nuts, salads, fruits, fish, green tea; food rich in calcium like milk & milk products; flaxseeds, poppyseeds), avoid alcohol & smoking, drink lots of water (10-12 glasses per day), take sufficient sleep (6-9hrs per day), avoid taking unnecessary stress/ tension, sports like football, basketball and all other sprinting games will help strengthen your heart so that more oxygen reaches all parts of your body, include cardiovascular exercises like running, swimming, jumping etc. And exercise daily for 30-45 minutes (brisk walk is the best exercise to increase the circulation of the whole body), later you can increase the duration as per your stamina. (do the above slowly and gradually). Medication: take schwabe's alfaalfa tonic and five phos./ thrice a day daily for 4 weeks.

Dear, shampoos and oils do not make much change because, they hardly penetrate layers of skin, where roots (live part of hair) are present. Instead concentrate on food, if all other factors are fine. -protein rich diet, dry fruits-almonds, dates.

This is usually because they have a high body metabolism rate which doesn’t allow fat to accumulate, resulting in faster burning of calories. Fortunately, there are several tips to gain weight, which are not only effective, but healthy as well. How to increase weight and stay healthy If you are attempting to increase your weight, it is important to remember that simply eating anything at all will not help. Incorrect eating habits might not only affect your body functioning, but could also have other undesired effects on you. This is why it is important to eat correctly, while keeping track of your daily activities. Listed below are some simple and effective tips to gain weight. Put together a schedule Like most other things, it is essential to put together a detailed and achievable schedule that will help you gain the numbers you want. For this you will need to measure the different parts of your body like thighs, waist, hips, stomach etc. So that you can keep track of your progress. Along with keeping a track of your measurements, it is also necessary to keep track of the foods you consume and the kind of exercise that you might have to indulge in to help pile on the pounds. Prepare a nutritious diet plan When trying to increase weight, you simply cannot start by consuming fatty foods. Dear lybrate-user, walking is the best exercise so walk at least 10000 steps daily (brisk walk) and continue with your diet. Eat less in night and maintain gap of 2 to 3 hrs between your dinner and sleep. Take himalaya's vrikshamla tablets 2 tablets twice a day for 3 month. You will definitely loose weight. All the best.

Hello, You haven't mentioned your height. Gaining weight is a slow process which requires patience and dedication! It not only depends upon the amount of food you consume daily, but also about eating Sensibly, depends upon your genes, your body's proper metabolism, assimilation and absorption, the levels of stress/ tension in your life, and any underlying medical condition you have! The food what and how you eat, makes the difference! For increasing your weight, concentrate on the below points (if you don’t have any medical condition) which helps in gaining weight in a right way without harming your body. - Consume more healthy fats. Foods containing healthy fats are full of nutrients and also high in calories, making them a great option for weight gain. Foods containing plant fats should be your first option - this includes items such as nuts, seeds, peanut butter, avocados and olive oil. Foods containing healthy animals fats include lean meats and full fat dairy products - although if you have high cholesterol, you should probably stick to low-fat options. -Eat more protein. Good sources of protein include lean meat, fish and poultry, in addition to eggs, whole grains, dairy products and legumes. -Drink more calories. Try drinking a large glass of orange juice in the mornings (along with your normal breakfast). Drink a glass or two of full-cream milk throughout the day. -Have 6 small and frequent meals in a day. -Gain muscle mass. It's a good idea to continue to exercise while you attempt to gain weight the healthy way. Strength training includes working with weights and performing exercises such as squats, deadlifts, bench presses, bicep curls, crunches, chin-ups and leg curls. Just keep in mind that the more you exercise, the more calories you will need to consume to replace those you lost while working out. -Quit smoking. As it suppresses the appetite. -Stay healthy. The most important thing through the entire weight gain process is to stay healthy - eating a balanced diet and continuing to exercise throughout. -Take enough of rest and sleep for rejuvenation of the cells and tissues. -Think Positive which will help you in achieving your target of gaining weight. -Avoid taking unnecessary stress/ tension. Medication: Take Schwabe’s Alfaalfa Tonic and Five Phos. Both thrice daily ½ an hour before meals for 3 months. Revert.

Hi, 3 months back I have faced chest pain and all the reports were normal. Now, I have faced it once again on the right. It was a pinch and then back to normal. It occurred 5 to 6 times. I had honey milk with badam organ. After that it was occurred only once. I felt the pain on my back as well. Is there something serious problem or what was that?
