Bad breath can be reduced or prevented if you: - practice good oral hygiene. - brush twice a day with fluoride toothpaste to remove food debris and plaque. - don't forget to brush the tongue, too. - replace your toothbrush every 2 to 3 months or after an illness. - use floss or an interdental cleaner to remove food particles and plaque between teeth once a day. - see your dentist regularly -- at least twice a year. He or she will conduct an oral exam and professional teeth cleaning and will be able to detect and treat periodontal disease, dry mouth, or other problems that may be the cause of bad mouth odor. - drink lots of water. This will keep your mouth moist. - chewing gum (preferably sugarless) stimulates the production of saliva, which helps wash away food particles and bacteria.

You need to improve your testosterone (T) level. Normal range of testosterone levels in healthy adult males is between 280 to 1,100 ng/dl. Don't be upset you can increase your testosterone with the help of Ayurveda. By getting proper diet, food rich in high antioxident ,tuna garlic etc good sleep followed by vitamin D Testosterone is a male sex hormone that regulates sex drive, fertility, muscle mass, fat distribution, and red blood cell production. Tuna is rich in vitamin D, which has been linked to longer life and testosterone production. Whether you choose canned or fresh, eating this fish can be a natural way of boosting testosterone. A serving of tuna fulfills your daily vitamin D needs.

Self-Help Tips For A Healthy Penis - Penis Care For Every Man

Self-Help Tips For A Healthy Penis - Penis Care For Every Man

Self-Help Tips for a Healthy Penis - Penis Care for Every Man

Most men will admit that they give their penis a lot of thought, but when asked what they do to take care of it, they are likely to come back with a blank stare. The notion that the manhood requires any kind of specialized treatment may be a foreign concept to most, but in fact, a healthy penis depends on giving it the proper attention in terms of cleansing, protection and health care. Some common-sense penis care tips are discussed here, along with the benefits that men can expect from following them.

1. Wash - Keeping the penis clean is important, of course, but how to go about it is not always clear. Some men tend to overdo it in terms of washing and can actually damage the delicate tissue in their enthusiasm for hygiene. Washing with a soft cloth in the shower or bath is best; heavy scrubbing is not recommended, as it can irritate the skin, cause tiny fissures to develop, and increase the chances of inflammation and infection. Men who are uncircumcised should carefully retract the foreskin to wipe away any accumulated material. Warm water is all that is needed for this step, as soaps can be too harsh for the delicate mucus membrane on the underside of the foreskin.

2. Groom - Not all men are into manscaping their privates, and trimming is more of an option than a must. Still, keeping the short hairs short, either by trimming or shaving, can cut down on unpleasant odors caused by dried urine, sweat and other bodily fluids. Men who do decide to shave should be sure to use a new, clean razor and warm water, along with a shave gel or cream to protect the skin underneath. This will help to prevent razor burn and ingrown hairs.

3. Protect - This aspect of penis care is not optional; no exceptions and no excuses. Using barrier protection during any encounter is strongly urged, unless a man is in a monogamous relationship where both partners have received a clean bill of health. It is important for all men to have open and honest conversations with their partners before engaging in any activity to prevent the transmission of diseases that can be unpleasant, dangerous and life-altering.

4. Inspect - All men should make it a practice, at least once per month, to inspect their equipment carefully for any bumps, spots, warts, rashes or other unusual issues that could signal a potential problem. A visual check of the skin, using a mirror for the more difficult-to-view areas, can reveal changes that may require the attention of a doctor; and gently probing the shaft, as well as the scrotum, with the thumb and forefinger is a good way to locate any unusual lumps or growths. Masses underneath the skin may be an indication of cancer, or it could be scar tissue that has formed around the erectile chambers. In either case, these issues can affect long-term penis health and function.

5. Nourish - The final consideration in making sure that the penis is as healthy as possible is to provide it with the nutrients needed to restore and rejuvenate stressed skin, bolster the sensory tissue that provides the pleasurable sensations men expect from their manhood, and resist infection. Eating a healthy diet and drinking plenty of water are important for nourishing the penile tissue, but men can take the benefits of good nutrition a step further by adding a penis health cream (most health professionals recommend Man 1 Man Oil) to their daily personal care routine. A specialized formula containing skin-friendly nutrients such as vitamin A and E; antioxidants like alpha lipoic acid; and disease-fighting agents like vitamins C and D can provide the extra boost that is needed to keep the penis functioning at its prime.

For people with severe acne oral retinoids helps control sebum production and pimples. You may need actibiotics to control active acne like oral doxycycline and local clindamycin creams. Once the acne is under control then you can start treatment for pimple marks which may be pigmentation or scars. There are various treatments for acne scars which include creams, chemical peels, microdermaabrasion, microneedling, radiofrequency, surgery, fat fill laser etc. Creams work only for superficial pigmentation not for scars. You can start initially on milder depigmentation creams which contain kojic acid, arbutin, niacinamide like Melaglow at night and use sunscreen three times a day. And depending on type of skin whether oily or dry you can choose a face wash. It need examination and personalized plan. You can consult in private with photographs.

Hello, There are different types of LASER Therapies available in the market for hair removal. It beams highly concentrated light into hair follicles. Pigment in the follicles absorb the light. That destroys the hair. Lasers are useful for removing unwanted hair from the face, leg, arm, underarm, bikini line, and other areas. Lasers can selectively target dark, coarse hairs while leaving the surrounding skin undamaged. Small areas such as the upper lip can be treated in less than a minute, and large areas, such as the back or legs, may take up to an hour. Many people have permanent hair loss after an average of three to seven sessions/ sittings and later may not require any sittings, but few of them may need maintenance sittings in future.

Hi My weight is more than 100 kg I am trying much to lose it is there any thyroid problem.

BHMS

Hi
My weight is more than 100 kg
I am trying much to lose it is there any thyroid problem.
Please follow the below recommendation for your condition: it is important for you to find the right kind of weight reduction method to get back into shape and never fall prey to diet pills and weight loss supplement advertisements that you come across on television channels and the internet. If you are able to combine a proper and healthy diet with an exercise regime, then this could be your passport to the fastest way to lose weight and that too naturally. The first and foremost thing that you should remember is that you should not skip meals or eat at irregular times in any weight loss plan. If you ever thought that skipping a meal or two an eating a hearty meal only once a day is never going to help in reducing your weight. Also, make sure that you set realistic weight loss target goals before beginning a weight loss program and try to achieve the set target. Always bear in mind that you can only stretch your body to a certain limit with rigorous exercise routines (30-45 minutes treadmill) and a well-balanced and healthy diet plan. For more tips do consult me privately on this.
