Hello, take Natrum mur 200 ch , 5 drops, single dose. Kali phos 6X , 5 tabs twice daily. Do meditation for half an hour , daily in the morning. Try to keep yourself busy in other activities. Take care.

Hi, Follow the following medication and guidelines----Start the treatment with single dose of Tuberculinum 1M. After 1 week of this take the below:- * First week- you should take Baryta carb 1M, 5 drops , single dose, morning empty stomach. *second week- take Thuja 1M, drops, single dose , morning empty stomach. *third week- Again take Baryta carb 1M, 5 drops, single dose, morning empty stomach. *fourth week- take Thuja 1M, 5 drops , single dose, morning empty stomach. *Take Rite -hite tablets from SBL, 2-2 tabs , two times daily. *Bio combination no. 21, 4 -4 tabs daily , two times. *Mix two tablespoons of ashwagandha powder in a glass of warm cow’s milk. 1. Add sugar or jaggery according to your taste and mix well. 2. Drink it every night before going to bed at least for 45 days to increase your height. * plenty of fluids, frequent smaller meals, yoga and exercise regime and adequate sleep is also important. Take a healthy and balanced diet. *Do yoga (especially TADASAN) and stretching exercises regularly. *Revert after 1 month.

Hello, It's good to reduce weight at right time as many problems are directly related to overweight! Read the following guidelines and implement them in your routine: Management: 1: Drink plenty of water (at least 2-3 l/d) or other calorie-free beverages. 2: Be choosy about nighttime snacks. 3: Enjoy your favorite foods. 4: Have 6 meals per day - 3 main courses and 3 snack meals (snack meals should be healthy). 5: Do regular exercises daily (start with light and later may be little vigorous) . Exercise decreases the stress hormone in your body, burns calories and also increases the blood circulation. Preferably brisk walking, swimming, cycling, skipping. 6: Eat seasonal fruits. Fruit helps to satisfy your sweet tooth thanks to its natural sugars, while fresh vegetables help you fill up more quickly. Fruits and vegetables contain fiber to help you feel full quickly. 7: Eat more whole grains and cut simple carbs. Whole wheat bread, oatmeal, whole wheat pasta, sweet potato, and brown rice are all excellent sources of energy and sources of nutrition. 8: Choose lean proteins instead of fatty ones. 9: Cut the salt from your diet. Eating more sodium causes your body to retain water, which can cause you to feel bloated and gain more weight. 10: Don't skip meals.When you skip meals, your body stops breaking down fat and starts breaking down muscle tissue. Muscle tissue burns more calories at rest than other tissues, so you're actually working against your goals 11: Eat at home. Going out to eat makes it too easy to cheat. Food sold at restaurants is commonly much higher in fat, sodium, and other weight-loss killers. 12: Give yourself a treat now and then. If you're attending a party or going out for a special occasion, allow yourself an indulgence. Just make sure that these indulgences don't become daily habits. 13: Go for a health walk. Gear up yourself daily for a health walk which not only shed off your extra calorie, but also reduces the stress levels. Medication: Start taking Schwabe's Phytolacca Berry tablets/ thrice daily 1/2 an hr before the meals for 1 month. Thereafter revert me back for further guidance. All the best!

Diabetes can be controlled with medications and lifestyle management but cannot be cured. However recently developed bariatric surgery can help it. If he is fit for operation, do it. See a surgeon gastro-enterologist.

Sir, decay happens in teeth. With gums, they can get inflamed, i.e. Swelling, bleeding will be there and in severe cases the gums will recede and expose the tooth. SO please visit a dentist, clean your teeth, as the most common cause of gum problem is accumulation of food particles over a long period between the teeth and gums. After that depending on the severity of your condition, your dentist will give you medication, or other treatment procedures for making your gums healthy.

I am 20 years old. I have a disease "fibromyalgia" I am suffering from this for 4 years. I took many medicines in past. I was hospitalised for 5 days. But I could now get relief. I feel strong pain in my muscles when I wake up in morning. I can not walk very fast. Can not run. Can not move heavy things. I can not bend down to take any thing. I am very worried. You have not mentioned which medicines you have taken for fibromyalgia. I would suggest you to consult a pain specialist in your city. Don't worry, fibromyalgia may not be cured but can be controlled by appropriate medicines and lifestyle changes. Apart from medicines you will also get relief from therapies like: 1. Swimming. 2. Sitting or exercising in warm water (known as hydrotherapy or balneotherapy) 3. Daily exercises including yoga and aerobics under professional guidance

Acne problem based on your query should have been because of high dandruff you possess. Being oily the chances are even more that you will have a continuous issue. You should go for a peels treatment to start with for 4 sittings and post that result can be checked.

Hello, you can take homoeopathic medicines1. Kali brom 30 (4 drops in little amount of water) and take it every morning empty stomach only one dose in a day for a week. 2. Berberis aquifolium q (10 drops in little water) and take it thrice a day for a week and revert. *clean your skin gently with a mild face wash removing all dirt or make-up. Wash many times a day with plain water. *get an adequate amount of sleep. *avoid touching your face with your hands or try to squeeze pimples, it may leave permanent scars and spread the infection. *ensure that you drink10-12 glasses of water daily. *avoid fried and spicy food. *include fruits, raw vegetables and fresh vegetable juices in your diet. *avoid stress and anger. *avoid harsh skin products.

Postnasal drip is a runny discharge from the inside of your nose. The excess mucus can come out of the front of your nose or drip down to the throat. This discharge contains proteins and when it reaches the back of the mouth, it is caught by the bacteria which naturally exists in the mouth, resulting in a bad smell in the nose and in your breath. it may be due to colds, flu, allergies, sinus infection, changing weather, deviated septum, certain foods, and environmental irritants (smoke, chemicals, pollution, perfumes, cleaning products etc). Post nasal drip associated with allergies or cold can effectively be treated with simple home treatments that focus on thinning, drying up, and loosening mucus secretions. Drink warm liquids such as soups, and teas to use the heat to thin and flush out mucus. You can also use a neti pot, hot shower or a humidifier.

Proteinex powder is not a good source of protein. Take whey protein instead, which is extremely good for health. The supplements will only improve your body composition and performance. Do not stop them

Hye. Weight gain is most often due to poor eating habits, sedentary lifestyle and stress. In order to lose weight you must either eat sensibly and exercise to burn off calories. Eat as per the body's needs. Food that is not used to fuel the body is stored as fat. A major component of losing weight is to make smarter food choices. Here's how: Limit non-nutritious foods, such as: Sugar, honey, syrups and candy, pastries, donuts, pies, cakes and cookies, soft drinks, sweetened juices and alcoholic beverages Cut down on high-fat foods by: Choosing poultry, fish or lean red meat. Choosing low-fat cooking methods, such as baking, broiling, steaming, grilling and boiling. Avoiding high-fat snacks like chips and chocolate. Avoiding fried foods. Using less margarine and mayonnaise. Avoiding high-fat gravies, cream sauces and cream-based dishes. Eat a variety of foods, including: Fruit and vegetables, whole grains, breads, cereal, rice and pasta, dairy products, such as low-fat or non-fat milk or yogurt, low-fat cottage cheese and low-fat cheese, protein-rich foods like chicken, fish, dals and legumes, or beans should be included in your diet. you should take carbohydrate,protein,sugar and fat content regularly.take 2 bananas with the milk in the early morning and eat rice in breakfast take atleast 4-5 chapatis in afternoon.drink plenty of fluids regularly.avoid drink water before meal.should eat some fruits and snacks in evening time.take proper dinner.eat well and do exercise regularly.massage on body with the help of almond and olive oil.

I am giving you some tips for sound sleep and early awaking in morning follow advises given below: 1. Strict to sleep time schedule 2. Do regular physical activity 3. Regular meditation/ yoga, i can give you address of rajyoga meditation center near your house (this is free of cost) One thing i want to tell you that if you can relax your mind by Rajyoga meditation than you can reduce your sleep upto 5-6 hour and you will feel fresh and active 4. Avoid tea coffee after 7 pm 5. You can wash your face and feet at bedtime 6. Avoid daytime sleep 7. You can use alarm and gradually reduce your waking time by 15 minutes Consult me if symptom persist

If its alopecia areata, then you need spscfc t/t, take personal opinion from any dermatologist, then accordingly you can go ahead. It you r sure its normal alopecia, then, try all these, take more proteinaceous food, like soya, egg, milk, sprouts, dal, ponded rice, brown rice/wheat, etc. Take internally homeo medicine. R89 drops 10-15 drops in 1/4 th cup of lukewarm water daily twice, along with external application of hair oil containing arnica, jaborandi, china, cantharis, etc.

Most people have experienced back pain after sleeping. If you have back pain that continues throughout the day, the cause may be a structural issue with your spine and should be evaluated by a doctor or physiotherapist. However, if you have back pain only after sleeping that is relieved after you get out of bed, you probably have problems with your bed or your sleeping posture. Here are some tips for how to handle your back pain: -while sleeping, try lying in a curled-up, fetal position with a pillow between your legs. If you usually sleep on your back, place a pillow or rolled towel under your knees to relieve pressure. -find a mattress with back support. A good mattress should provide support for the natural curves and alignment of the spine. Medium-firm mattresses usually provide more back pain relief than firm mattresses. -do not perform activities that involve heavy lifting or twisting of your back -avoid bending forward and sitting in a place for long time -stretching and strengthening exercises are important. -for occasional back pain after sleeping, apply heat to your back to relax your muscles before you go to bed and when you get up in the morning. Do not leave a heating pad on all night since skin burns can occur.
