These guidelines may help you achieve and maintain a healthy weight: make time for your meals, especially breakfast. Skipping meals can lower your energy levels and won't help you lose weight. Eat at least five portions of fruits and vegetables in a day. Include plenty of fibre-rich foods such as vegetables, oats, lentils and grains in your diet. Go easy on the special high-calorie foods given to women after birth, such as panjiri, ghee-laden dishes and fried dry fruits. Enjoy these tasty treats by balancing them with your meals. If you're eating a low-calorie meal such as khichdi, then you can have a high-calorie til ka ladoo at the end for example. But if you're eating aloo puri for lunch, you may want to save the panjiri for when you have a lower calorie meal. Watch your portions at mealtimes. Small meals eaten often can help prevent overeating. Drink plenty of low-calorie fluids like water, nimbu pani, coconut water, and fresh fruit juices. Lots of calories can be hidden in packaged juices, full cream milk and soft drinks. Breastfeed your baby. Experts say that exclusive breastfeeding makes it easier to regain your pre-pregnancy shape. Keep an eye on the number and type of snacks you have between meals. Opt for healthy and filling snacks like salads, fruit platters or a glass of toned milk.

Eat meals at frequent intervals. Eat a mid meal between each main meal. Avoid junk foods. Include dairy, eggs, sprouts, fruits in your meals. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Exercise at least thrice a week. Medicines or supplements will not work in isolation. You have to have a calorie and nutrient dense meal for them to do you any good.

Your weight should be 50-57 kg. In order to gain weight you need to make certain diet & lifestyle changes. Diet: have small frequent meals rich in nutrient & calorie dense foods like malt, premix, thick milkshakes, fresh fruit juices, cheese, nuts, oilseeds, dry fruits (raisins, anjeer), whole egg, fish, chicken. Include simple carbs like potato, white rice, white bread, atta-maida roti in your diet. Lifestyle: practice resistance training in gum to increase your muscle mass & thus weight.

Hi, Get your blood tested for CBC, Hb%, S. Calcium, S. Ferritin and ESR. Simple nutritional deficiency can cause general weakness of the body. Would advise you to take homoeopathic medicines - Alfaalfa Tonic and Five Phos. - both thrice daily, and let me know about your condition after a month. Management: Daily intake more of healthy, nutritious and balanced food which includes green vegetables, seasonal fruits, salads, legumes, pulses, eggs, milk & milk products, oats, cornflakes, muesli, nuts, lean meat (chicken & few seafood), etc. Keep yourself well-hydrated by taking at least 10-12 glasses of water in a day, also increase intake of other fluids like coconut water, shikanji, jaljeera, gulkand, rooh-afza, lassi, curd, etc. Which has got cooling effect on the body during this hot summer weather. Jesseyji, Lethargic feeling could be due to many reasons including diabetes. Other conditions which can cause such a feeling are hypothyroidism, iron deficiency anemia and certain other vitamin & calcium deficiency. Massaging cramped muscle, take pain killer like one tablet of crocin advance sos after food up to a maximum of three tablets per day 4. Hot fomentation by heating pad, warm water bath 5. Stretching exercise etc 6. Take adequate rest, avoid over exertion and dehydration 7. Take one tablet of crocin advance sos after food upto a maximum of three tablets per day for pain 8. It could be due to gas. Please try to vary the food you eat at night. Avoid fried stuff / pickles etc. Try out different foods and you will come to know. Eat light at night.

Hi. I started bleeding when I was 7 week pregnant. Then went to the hospital doctors told no heartbeat. The bleeding continues 2 -3 days clots went through bleeding. As natural miscarriage is there doctors given misopristol. But 4 days checkup some portion of fetus is there. So Doctors given Mifepristone tab.
