Accroding to your height your weight is low. If you want to loose weight I advice you go for a walk in the morning. Do regular exercise atleast 15 minutes. Take lukewarm water with lemon in the morning. Take sprouts and fruits. Take salad before meals. Drink more water in a day. Take frequent meals instead of 3 the meals.

eat slowly , do not talk while eating , do not breathe through mouth while eating and do not remind yourself that you have hiccups as it is a habit and for habits we give no medicines.

According to your height your weight is just ok but you can increase upto 5 kg more. Dear, the most common causes of tiredness & weakness are * anemia * metabolic disorder (diabetes, hypothyroidism) * breathing problems (asthma, sinusitis) *digestion problems (diarrhea, gestric ulcers) * cervical spondylosis first check out your haemoglobin (hb), if your hb is low, then eat a lot of green vehetables and iron rich foods like apple, guava, sapotas (cheeku, beet root and oranges. Takeiron suppliments for increase in hb. If your hb level is normal then your all parts of body get adequate level of oxygen. 2. Take deep breaths atleast for 10-15 minutes twice a day. 3. Check out the blood sugar fasting in every 6 months. If blood sugar level, then take proper medicines for high sugar level. 4. In thyroid disorder, there is a feeling of weakness and tiredness. Hello along with taking the right medicines for diabetes, your mother will have to avoid taking a lot of sugar. Lesser sugar in tea or lesser sweet consumption to start with. She can also take one tea spoon of powder of roasted methi seeds early in the morning and at night it has helped my patients a lot.

Increase in urinary frequency may be due to diabetes mellitus, diabetes insipidus, urinary tract infections, bladder stones or mass etc. Get an usg kubp done to exclude cystitis (bladder infection) or bladder stone. If there is no such symptoms present like burning in urine, fasting blood sugar and post prandial blood sugar should be checked to exclude diabetes if not done recently. Serum sodium, 24hr urine volume and osmolality is checked for excluding diabetes insipidus. Also avoid sweetened drinks, alcohol and excess amount of coffe or tea intake. Water intake should be restricted to 3-4 litres per day. Also inform about any history of trauma or neurological diseases in past. They may cause overactive bladder. Then according to reports furthur treatment can be done.

White Rice Vs Brown Rice

White Rice Vs Brown Rice

White rice is originally Brown rice which has been thoroughly refined before it is made available in the stores. Rice grain in its natural unpolished state is rich in fiber, thiamine, proteins, magnesium, calcium, and potassium. Whole rice is also rich in fiber which is good for your digestive system and also aids you to manage your weight effectively. There is a raging debate over the type of rice which is good for your health.

The following are some of the pointers that compare white rice to brown rice:

  1. Calorie composition: White rice contains more calories when compared to brown rice. A cup of white rice comprises of 242 calories, while a cup of brown rice comprises of 218 calories. Brown rice is recommended to people who are interested to cut down on their calorie intake as a whole.
  2. Carbohydrates and Fiber composition: Both brown rice and white rice are rich in carbohydrate. A cup of brown rice comprises of 53 grams of carbohydrates and a cup of brown rice comprises of 46 grams of the same. But when it comes to fiber content, brown rice contains more fiber. Fiber is known to boost the blood cholesterol level and aids in weight management; therefore brown rice is more beneficial for help.
  3. Fat and Protein composition: In case of fat and protein composition, both types of rice have a low fat composition while a cup of each type of rice contains about 4.5 grams of protein.
  4. Vitamins and Minerals composition: Brown rice is known to contain more percentage of natural vitamins and minerals when compared to white rice. White rice is thoroughly refined which results in the loss of its natural properties. The manufacturers tend to add vitamins and minerals artificially during the processing of the whole rice grain.
  5. Glycemic Index: According to studies, foods which have a high glycemic index tend to increase your blood sugar level. As per the glycemic index, brown rice has a much lower glycemic index than white rice. The average glycemic index of white rice is about 89 while in case of brown rice it's 50.

It can be said that brown rice is much more nutritious than white rice due to its wholesomeness and higher concentration of nutrients. Brown rice is highly recommended to those people who are health conscious and tend to be careful about their calorie intake.

Dear to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc. 9.Replace refined flour with whole-wheat flour and rice with brown rice or parboiled rice. Dear, you can easily get fitness and health by following simple and very important tips: * take a diet rich with proteins carbs, vitamins and fats. In morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. In lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. In evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with fruits. In night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. * in morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. * for proper fitness, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. * avoid soft drinks, western fast food (burgers, french fries, pizza etc. They disturb your digestion. * do meditation daily to calm down your stress level. Do pranayam daily. You can take long and deep breaths atleast for 10 minutes in calm and peaceful environment. * avoid smoking & alcohol drinking completly. * for boosting memory, take 1/2 teaspoon of ashwagandha powder daily once a day. 1. For increasing weight. First we have to work on your digestive system. It will do aam pachan and will increase your digestive power and appetite. 2. Mix 1 teaspoon each of cinnamon, ginger and cumin powder with honey to make a paste. Take 1 teaspoon 3 times a day. 3. Take small meals 4-5 times a day. 4. Eat healthy n light food. 5. Drink plenty of fluids. 6. Avoid constipation. 7. Walk 1km daily in evening. 8. Follow up after a week.

(as per ayurveda we should not boil honey) simmer 1 cup honey and 3 cup water together slowly. Allow 1 cup of the water to evaporate. Strain off the top surface, and put the remaining liquid into a stoneware crock or dark bottle. Put a towel over it so it can breathe, yet be free of dirt. Place in a cool place. You can add cinnamon, clove, or the juice of 2 lemons, if you like.
