Your problem of overweight could be because of thyroid problem. Monitor your Thyroid function regularly and take medicine after consulting physician 1. Eat well – Take a balanced Diet comprising of 45% carbohydrate, 30% protein and 25% fat, plenty of green leafy vegetables, fruits. Don’t over eat. Avoid junk, spicy, oily, high calorie, cholesterol rich diet don’t skip your breakfast. Take warm, homemade food. Avoid food and drink from outside. Don’t skip or postpone your meal. Minimize consumption of refined grains like white rice, white bread, sugary or refined food. 2. Keep hydrated- Drink 2 liters /8-10 glasses of water daily 3. Do regular exercise for one hour daily like brisk walking/Jugging etc 4. Take adequate rest- 7-8 hours of sound sleep in the night is required to remain healthy 5. Avoid stress, anxiety, depression, agitation etc 6. Find time for relaxation and enjoyments with friends and family 7. Practice yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise to calm your mind, control emotion, improve concentration and relieve stress.

The reason of not gaining weight are * improper diet * indigestion (disease of stomach, loose motions) * worms in intestine * thyroid disorder * diabetes *addiction (smoking or alcoholism) dear you can easily gain weight and get a healthy muscular body by following these best things - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Whenever you come from outside, you get dirt and bacteria along. Do not mistake to think that shoes have protected your feet from such bacteria. Wash your feet immediately after entering home. Make it the first task after you reach home. Use lukewarm water to keep your feet and toenails clean. This kills the bacteria. You can also use apple cider vinegar to clean the toenails.

There is no medication or food for improving eyesight or to get rid of glasses. If not interested in glasses then you can try a. Contact lens b. Lasik laser as your age is now 40 years so your number will not increase now whether you wear glasses or not as number becomes stable at age of 18-20 yrs. Having said that I advise you to eat balanced diet including green vegetables and seasonal fruits for keeping eyes and body healthy. As you are not comfortable with contact lens then go for lasik. Lasik is a very easy and painless procedure. If you want to get rid of glasses then go for lasik. As your age is 40 yrs, so after lasik you will need glasses for near work after lasik.

Sugar is used as a natural exfoliant for skin. It is one of the best home remedies to get rid of stretch marks. Take a tablespoon of sugar. Add some drops of almond oil and lemon juice in it. Hi, pimples are usually due to hormonal imbalances and improper diet intake, as much description is not there from your side, I would like to recomment you to consult me privately and meanwhile make some life style and dietary improvements to get maximum results. 1. Wash your face morning and evening with mild face wash and in between also 2 times with plain water 2. Drink plenty of water. 3. Take fruits, fruit juices, soup, salads, vegetable in ample amount 4. Hello it must be some skin infection. Try to keep the area dry n clean. Get urself check for blood suger levels. It ll better if you send pic. You can use flucos gel two times per day for 10 days. Flucos dusting powder 2-3 times per day. Flucort c ointment two times per day for 7 days (keep a gap of 10-15 between flucos gel n flucort ointment) if itching is more apply alokem gel + calamine lotion, mix both n apply 2-3 times per day. Tab prugo 25 mg two times per day for 7 days. Drink 2-3 lit of water, include green leafy vegetables, fresh fruits n juices in. Your diet. Daily exercise of 45 min is must. Thanx.

Diet and workouts go a long way in helping you gain strength to gain weight, you must eat more calories than you burn. When you gain weight, some will be fat and some will be muscle. To gain muscle, you must eat protein. To boost the ratio of muscle to fat gain, you must exercise. To gain muscle and strength, you must engage in resistance exercise. To improve body fat percentage and gain weight, you must cycle through phases of gaining muscle and losing fat. I can also suggest home remedies.
