1. Keep yourself hydrated. 2. Get extra rest for some days till you feel more energetic. 3. Avoid watching television for long hours. Indulge in relaxing activities. 4. Dear, as you work on computer for more than 6 hours, so you have to take these pecautions for increasing stamina and make yourself active in your life. * first while working on pc, make your sitting posture correct. The screen of pc should be on the same level of your eyes. If the level is not same you get tired early and it effects your working stamina. So change your chair and level it for long time work. * make your back and neck straight during work. Do not bend more the neck and back. * if you have to work all time on pc then take a break of atleast 5-10 minutes after 2 hours. The eyes need to rest after continous work. Just close your eyes then take 8-10 long breaths while eyes closed. You can put wet cloth on eyes for 2 minute on that time to make yourself more active. * proper level of energy requires proper diet so do not skip your breakfast or lunch. Eat deit on time and take complete balanced food. Do not go for fast food in lunch or breakfast. * after working hour first take meditation for 10-15 minute at home by listening soft music or taking a walk in calm and green area. *after work, give less time to television or mobile as it will make your eyes more tired. *it a lot of green vegetable and colored food for normal eye power. These vegetables have high level of carotene which is very important for eyes.

i suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2.take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3.triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4.amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only your weight gain will take definitely note=avoid over eating ......

Take protein rich food ---eggs, milk products, dry fruits, seeds, pulses, mutter, soya bean. Cereals, potatoes, sweet potatoes, plantains etc. Can be useful for gaining weight. Also take vegetables, greens and fruits. Have vigorous physical exercise to improve digestion and absorption of food as well as blood circulation. Eat at regular intervals. Threptin biscuits will be helpful. Homoeopathic treatment will be beneficial to increase weight for you.

Dear you are suffering from" under weight" problem. You can increase your weight by following regular good diet (3/4 meals - breakfast, lunch, evening snack time, dinner, milk in night/morning as suits you) enrich with vitamins, proteins, minerals, carbohydrates, fats (milk products i. E. Milk, butter, paneer, ghee, etc.), pulses, potato, tomato, etc. If you will follow these tips given free of cost, you will definitely gain at least 5 kg. If possible small rest after meals. Follow these best methods to easily gain weight and get a healthy body - * to gain weight, first take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calories food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of bournvita or complan powder with breakfast. * after 2 hours of breakfast, take 2 bananas or a bowl of boiled soyabeans. To increase your hunger & proper digestion of food - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after lunch * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. You can take 2 bowl of careals (moong/chana daal) on the place of curd or cheese. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 10-12 pieces of dry fruits or 3-4 pieces of dates (khajoor). * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. Exercise is very important so that muscles gain mass from the heathy diet. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Mustard Vs Vegetable Oil - Which One Should You Really Use?

Vegetable Oils are the oils that are obtained from various plants and their sources. They comprise of different types of oils which are procured from sources like seeds, herbs, nuts, legumes and fruits. Common examples of vegetable oils are olive oil, soybean oil, corn oil, safflower oil and peanut oil.

Mustard oil is also, in fact, a vegetable oil as is extracted from the seeds of the mustard. Mustard oil is used a lot in traditional cooking. However, today, most people like to use new varieties of vegetable oils. But how healthy is this trend?

Mustard oil is a vegetable oil obtained from mustard seeds. It is dark yellow in colour and has a pungent odour. Its main benefits are

  1. Mustard oil contains good unsaturated fats. These fats don't get deposited in your blood vessels.
  2. It contains Omega-3 and Omega-6 fatty acids that reduce blood cholesterol levels.
  3. Mustard oil also contains ‘Glucosinolate’, a substance that has antimicrobial properties. Thus, the oil is effective against infections.
  4. Due to its anti-inflammatory properties, mustard oil is very good for people with irritable bowel syndrome as it helps reduce inflammation along the lining of your stomach.

Vegetable oils

  1. In comparison to mustard, vegetable oils are tasteless and are known to adapt to the food’s natural taste, due to which consumers often pick them up over mustard.
  2. Almost all vegetable oils are cholesterol-free, but they do contain some saturated and unsaturated fats and saturated fats, as we know, do play a role in blood cholesterol level.
  3. Each one of the vegetable oil such as olive, sunflower and groundnut have some benefits and negatives. Let’s take a quick look at the oil profiles of these three common vegetable oils before you select the oil for cooking in your kitchen.

Oil profile

  1. Groundnut: It is high in MUFA or monounsaturated fats and PUFA or polyunsaturated fats, and both of these help in lowering low-density lipoprotein (LDL) or bad cholesterol. Groundnut is also a good source of vitamin E, an antioxidant with anti-cancer properties and skin benefits.
  2. Sunflower: What’s perhaps the best thing about this oil is its light flavor that doesn’t overpower other ingredients. It also contains a protein that helps regulate blood glucose levels.
  3. Olive: It’s high in MUFA, so it’s linked to lower risk of heart disease and breast cancer. Extra virgin oil is rich in natural plant antioxidants and these can protect against damaging free radicals. The oil is reasonably high in saturated fats, so it should be used sparingly.

You can choose the oil for yourself keeping the above guidelines in mind, as no oil is best for all. You need to match the oil with your cooking style and health needs to get the best out of it. We recommend that you mix two oils and cook. This way you get the best of the best.

Dear, the most common causes of tiredness & weakness are * anemia * metabolic disorder (diabetes, hypothyroidism) * breathing problems (asthma, sinusitis) *digestion problems (diarrhea, gestric ulcers) * cervical spondylosis first check out your haemoglobin (hb), if your hb is low, then eat a lot of green vehetables and iron rich foods like apple, guava, sapotas (cheeku, beet root and oranges. Takeiron suppliments for increase in hb. If your hb level is normal then your all parts of body get adequate level of oxygen. 2. Take deep breaths atleast for 10-15 minutes twice a day. 3. Check out the blood sugar fasting in every 6 months. If blood sugar level, then take proper medicines for high sugar level. 4. In thyroid disorder, there is a feeling of weakness and tiredness. Check out your thyroid profile, if you feel tired even after the proper deit and medicines and take treatment. 5. In the morning, do medication regulary, do pranayam atleast for 5 -10 minute. Hye, thankyou for your query. To build your arm strength, you will have to challenge your body with targeted training and stay consistent in your workouts. 1. Perform exercises for your biceps and triceps to build arm strength. Train your arms two or three times per week on nonconsecutive days. Superset your biceps and triceps exercises, dumbbell biceps curls. Use a variety of equipment to work your arms. You can choose from machines that target the arms, cables, bands, barbells, dumbbells and even your own body weight. Working your arms with different equipment and from different angles will help stimulate growth to improve strength. Remember- stop exercising immediately if you feel pain, nauseated or light-headed. Don't workout if your arms are still sore. Take a little more time so they can heal. Don't compromise exercise technique for additional resistance -- form first, then add the weight. Have a spotter to help you if you are lifting very heavy weights.
