If your periods were due only after a couple of days of your cycles then your chances of pregnancy are very less irregularities can be because of hormonal disturbance also still wait for a couple of days more and then do the urine pregnancy test.

Breast pain is a common problem if it occurs before periods, because it happens due to hormonal changes, that's why it is lighter after menses. Though you can not feel some lump/swelling, still you may go for ultrasound examination of breasts. For pain you are taking paracetamol tablets which is ok. Also wearing a well fitting bra may help. Sometimes vitamin e capsules help.

Why brown or whole wheat bread is good for you?

1. Whole wheat grain

Flour is prepared from wheat berries made out of the bran, the germ and the endosperm they in combination are filled with nutrients. Whole grain or wheat bread intake decreases LDL, or the bad cholesterol, it also helps you retain a healthy body weight due to low carbohydrate content and has a lower glycaemic index that keeps your blood sugar steady.

2. Smooth bowel movements

The fibrous quality provides you relief from irritable bowel syndrome. The bran and germ improves your bowel by increasing the bulk of stools, making it easier to pass through the intestines. If you are prescribed laxative medications all you need to do is have enough brown or wheat bread.

3. Nutrients and vitamins

1. Low fibre content

White bread is low in fibre, an essential in lowering your levels of bad cholesterol and checks the smooth functioning of your gastrointestinal tract. An average slice of white bread consists only 0.5 grams of fibre with the whole wheat bread providing up to 2 grams of fibre.

2. Refined grains

The whole grain is stripped of all its bran and germ for it to be refined where it loses all elements that hold fibre, magnesium, zinc, vitamins and minerals. White bread is made from these refined grains. Even though bread-makers attempt to add some vitamins back in, fibrous whole grains prove to be the clear winner.

3. High glycemic index

This index measures how rapidly food affects your blood sugar and insulin levels compared to pure glucose. White bread has a high glycaemic index due to which it gets rapidly absorbed during digestion, causing sharp spikes in blood sugar and insulin levels. A diet comprising of high-glycaemic foods increases your chances of weight gain, type-2 diabetes and heart problems.

Many women do not pit on much weight in first 3months, usually this is because of nausea and vomiting. Once this settles down, you can gain weight more easily. How much weight you put on, depends on your wright prior to pregnancy. For a woman of average built, this is usually 10 to 14 kg, and more for lean and thin ones. Eat a balanced diet, focus on proteins; dal, sprouts, paneer, milk, curd, eggs etc. Make sure you take fruits, vegetables and few nuts daily. Eat more frequently, say, every 2 to 3 hrs and you will put on weight easily.

Yes there are chances of getting pregnant as preejaculate also has sperms. So to check pregnancy you can do home urine pregnancy test. Or you can go for blood test like bhcg.... अनिंद्रा भगाए -
जायफल अनिंद्रा भगाता है। अगर आप रोज रात को गरम दूध में जायफल का पाउडर डाल कर पीते हैं तो आपको अच्‍छी नींद आएगी।

प्रतिरोधक क्षमता बढाए-
भोजन में जायफल मिलाने से स्‍वाद के साथ साथ शरीर की रोग प्रतिरोधक क्षमता भी बढती है। इसमे बहु सारा मिनरल होता है और इसके अलावा पोटैशियम, कैल्‍शियम, आयरन और मैगनीशियम पाया जाता है।

चेहरे की झुर्रियां मिटाए -
थोड़ा सा जायफल पाउडर पानी या शहद के साथ मिला कर पेस्‍ट बनाया जाए और चेहरे पर लगाया जाए तो चेहरा बिल्‍कुल साफ हो जाता है और कुछ ही दिनों में चमकने लगता है। इससे पिंपल के दाग भी साफ होते हैं।

पेट दर्द सही करे-
पेट में दर्द हो, आद्यमान हो तो जायफल के तेल की 2-3 बूंद शकर में या बताशे में टपकाकर खाने से फौरन आराम होता है।
अगर आप पाचन संबंधी समस्याओं जैसे दस्त, कब्ज, सूजन और पेट फूलना आदि से पीड़ित हैं तो जायफल प्रभावी रूप से आपको राहत प्रदान कर सकता हैं। जायफल का तेल आंतों से अधिक गैस निकाल कर पेट दर्द से राहत देता है। जायफल के सेवन से भूख न लगने की समस्‍या से भी निजात पाई जा सकती है।

जोड़ों का दर्द सही करे-

Caesarean section or C-section is fairly common today and most mothers do not realize that once their incision has healed completely, the scar tissue problems can still occur. Unfortunately, there are no instructions for how to heal and care for C-section scars after they go home. The general post-operative instructions from hospital include a list of activities to avoid like lifting heavy articles and driving.

Caesarean scars can cause pain well after they've healed. This happen at the site of incision, but in other areas as well. It's important to remember that the scar you see on a mother's lower abdomen is just one spot that scar tissue has formed. There are also internal scars which can spread throughout the body over a time period. This scar tissue can cause lingering pain and dysfunction well after delivery.

When our body tissue gets damaged, scar tissue forms. After a C-section, scar tissue forms along the abdomen and uterus as part of the natural healing process. Caesarean scars can be painful and mothers feel pain or tightness in their scars when they are reaching, leaning, lifting or standing up straight. The scar can cause muscle, connective tissue, and nerve damage in areas adjacent to scarred area. Over time this can lead to pelvic pain, bowel problems like constipation and irritable bowel syndrome and painful sex.

C-section scars are typically located in an area where they can entrap nerves. This can cause pain and also create an urgency or frequency to urinate. The best thing for a new mother is rest and recovery and doing too much, too soon, after a caesarean is a health risk. It is important that to keep incision clean, eat well and avoid lifting heavy articles to support healing. It is recommended that mothers have lymphatic and myofascial massage two days prior to surgery and as soon as possible post-surgery. Lymphatic massage is a light massage assisting in drainage and allows the collagen to align with the incision.

At three months post-caesarean mothers can begin scar tissue release therapy that involves massaging of the scar tissue so it becomes softer and more flexible like the surrounding skin and internal tissues. It needs to be done with three dimensional focus, slowly and gently separating the adhered tissues in all directions. The scar tissue release therapy painful with a burning sensation for some mothers, while some only feel mild discomfort or no pain at all.

Regardless of the age of the scar, one could get benefits from scar tissue release therapy from injuries to burns to surgical scars. Surface and internal scarring from surgeries could be contributing to many of the issues. Sometimes scarring is just a piece of the puzzle of your pain and so a pelvic floor physiotherapy in addition to scar tissue release therapy is recommended. The scar tissue release therapy reduces the appearance of C-section scars. It softens tissues and increases circulation, which all lead to a lightening in colour of the C-Section scar.

After being awake for almost 14-16 hours, our body demands sleep. Minimum sleeping time required for a healthy mind and body is 7-8 hours. Although, this duration varies according to age. Because generally speaking, where a child can sleep for 12-14 hours, grownups can sleep for not more than 9 hours. Sound sleep is very essential otherwise, it can be harmful for our health. Let's see how sleeping for less than 6 hours affects our health.

1. Headache, weight gain and poor vision: When you sleep for less than 6 hours a day, it can not only give you headache all the time but can lead to a poor vision also. And if continued for a long time, may hamper your eyesight. The lesser you sleep the more weight you gain. And after-effects of gaining weight could be even more hazardous.

2. Memory loss, heart disease, infection: Sleeplessness can have an adverse effect on one's memory too. A person may find it difficult to remember even simple things. Also, infections can take a longer time to heal because sleep is something that stabilises and balances everything that goes wrong while we are awake. This is a behavioral problem like sleep walking, the person is not aware of urinating in bed, do not remind her or embarass her. Reassure her, wake her up in sleep and tell her to go to toilet. Reduce fluid intake 3 hours before going to sleep, let her go to toilet just before sleep. No medicines, as they are addictive and carry lots of side effects though some doctors are prescribing.
