160-170 blood sugars are high and with previous loss more vogorous treatment is needed we can give oral antidiabetic agents and monitor but a stict med regime is needed pl give a audio call for further treatment pl get hba1c and gtt done urgently.

Halki line matlab ya to Apne Pregnancy test bahut jaldi Kiya Hai jiske vajaha se HCG harmone urine mai Kam matra mai aye Hai. Kuch Kuch cases mai false positive lines bhi dikhati Hai. So its better to do Sonography for confirmation.

The question of whether or not a woman should work out or not when it is the time of the month is one that has been much talked about. The likelihood of getting injured is also different during periods.

Exercising during your period has many positive impacts on the body. Each woman's ability to work out and her response to it are different and hence the workout routine you must adhere to can vary from person to person.

What are the benefits of working out during periods?

  •   exercising during periods can be effective in alleviating the symptoms that accompany your period at the time such as stress and anxiety.
  •   loss of body fluids through sweating while doing exercises significantly reduces bloating in the belly.
  •   exercising can also ensure that there is less cramping and heavy flow during periods.
  •   endorphins released during exercise functions as a natural painkiller for period pains.

What are the best ways of working out during periods?

Depending upon how your body responds to periods, suitable workout routines can vary from high-intensity training (hit) like running, cycling and heavy lifting to low intensity training (lit) like brisk walking and step aerobics.

Most women opt for light exercises during the first few days of the cycle and then gradually increase intensity, which is advisable for those who are not in the habit of regularly working out. Athletes and sportswomen who train all around the year take to high-intensity workouts that focus on core strengthening and cardio boost.

What exercises should be avoided during periods?

The only kind of workout that should be avoided during this time is yoga that involves any 'inverted pose' that requires a woman to perform partial or complete headstands. These poses negatively impact blood flow and can cause painful heavy bleeding.

Hi lybrate-user, white discharge befeore&after periods is normal phenomena for any healthy women& even its common during midterm of cycle. Means 2nd&3rd wk after periods also, as then that is ovulation time,&so the dicharge is. Unless its offencive odored, with any itching, rash over extrenal area, staining the linen greenish or yellowish in colour, then we could suspect any infection, then some times both couple should use the medications based on the diagnosis&if any infections I identified. As you are taking more intake of water, then the out floew also will be more. Once you can check by taking less intake or avoiding water intake for few hrs&then observe, still the same frequency is maintaining or not so. Anyway, there are no sugar levels identified in test, you need not worry& at the same time you continue the more intake of water as usual which is good for body ingeneral. **abt conception, iys just 4 months only since married, so, you need not worry abt pregnancy. Plan the intercourse during ovulation period, i. E. From 2nd wk to 3rd wk. More often. If your menstrual cycle is normal, then you need not to worry. But still you are anxious, or after waiting 2 more months, you both try to go for check ups, including harmones[ like thyroid, lsh, etc}& for your husband. Semen analysis.

The problem with my wife's vagina is odour. After foreplay some liquid comes out which smell very bad. First of all daily wash with soap the genitals of both is needed. She can have vaginal infection. Both this and your erection problem can be treated. I underwent a massage treatment in ayurveda that gained me 4 kg weight and changed my eating habits after which I started experiencing more irregular periods that came only 3 months once. The last time (3 months ago) when I got my period I had a fleshy chunky discharge that was 2 inches long. Then I experienced so much of pain in my lower abdomen. Dear user. I can understand. Unprotected sex during the periods do not lead to pregnancy. TO CAUSE PREGNANCY on a woman, sperm should be ejaculated inside the vagina or fresh sperm should be inseminated inside the vagina with some means during the fertile period. . Pregnancy only happens when other aspects are too satisfied. In the given case, there is no chance of pregnancy. Take care.

Do slow and deep breathing relaxation exercises in the morning to be mentally strong. Take proper balanced diet. Avoid garlic and red chilly, non veg and eggs. Keep your weight normal as compared to your height as more weight has bad effects on reproductive system. Take lots of water to clean body. Your menses will come to normal by following these instructions.

Many a times , couple complains tha the semen which is deposited inside the vagina comes out of it after intercourse and they feel that it is the cause of infertility. The best method to find out the day of ovulation is temperature method. In this technique, womens body temperature is recorded every morning. When these temperatures are plotted on a graph we get a curve. The temperature is low during actual bleeding. Subsequently it rises. At about the middle of cycle there is a sudden fall in temperature followed by a rise. This rise in temperature indicates that ovulation has occurred. My friend has used Mifepristone and Misoprostol kit for her abortion of 4 weeks pregnancy as per a doctor's suggestion from a clinic. She started bleeding after using 1 Mifepristone and 2 tablets of misoprostol. She assumes that she has aborted and does not want to use remaining 2 misoprostol tablets as the cramps are more. Please suggest if she has to completely use the kit for complete abortion or is it enough as she is having bleeding now.

It is best she tapers off the number of smokes she takes and then permanantly quit this bad habit. It has been shown in scientific researches, women suffer even more than men from the ill effects of smoking, especially those upon the heart and lungs.

lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. If 1 hour glucose (after OGTT 75 g) is 164 mg then it is not considered as Gestational diabetes. If it crosses 180 mg, then only GDM is diagnosed. It is better to take a healthy diet. Do not take sweets, but consume good deal of healthy foods and fruits. Thank.

Walking is a simple activity and it should remain simple. We have forgotten to walk properly since many of us have a desk job. Many of us just shuttle between the bed, car and the desk only. For us walking a mile or so requires too much effort and time. However, it is important that we include walking in our everyday life.

But as we start adding the simplest way of exercise in our daily lives, it is important that we do the same correctly. The proper posture - the proper time and the right attitude is essential.

Proper walking posture is efficient and easy on the body. Poor walking postures can cause early fatigue, discomfort and even injury. Walking properly involves the whole body - from head to toe.

HEAD: Walk tall, do not lean forward/backward and stand straight.

You don't have to look down. Always look forward, at least 20 feet ahead. The chin should be parallel to the ground and the ears should be directly on your shoulders. Your back should be straight and should not be slouching and walking. Focus on head and whole body will fall in line.

SHOULDERS: 'Relax ', shrug once and let the shoulders fall back and lift your chest.

If you are stressed, then you might have tight and raised shoulders. It is best to let go of oneself and relax. Let your shoulders fall back and lift your chest. Walk proud and confident.

ARMS: 'Swing', it generates extra momentum and increases calorie burning.

Hands should be relaxed. The opposite arm and leg coordination should be there and your arms should be swinging together. Your leg and arm movement ensures that your body is in close coordination with walking. This also helps in building a momentum and opting for an option called power walking - an exceptional way to lose weight.

CORE: 'Brace your core'
Core is the muscle group that surrounds the torso or the mid skeleton. It provides stability and should be activated while walking by tightening your abdominal muscles.

LEGS: 'Align and level'

Hips should be fairly level, legs should comfortably swing on you stride. Keep your knees tightly bent and do not roll in or out while walking. Your knees must remain properly aligned with the hips and feet.

Feet: 'Flexible'

The heels should strike first with the toes pulled up at 45 degrees. Then roll through the step from head to toe and finally push off with your big toe to move into the next step. Wear flexible shoes as stiff shoes will slap down rather than roll through. Finally, make your walk comfortable and enjoyable.

Focus on one or two points per walk and gradually in few weeks you can master all of the points without having to think about it.
