• Calf Stretches • Standing calf stretch • Stand away from a wall and.put your fight foot behind you and be sure your toes are facing forward. Lean forward at the ankle while bending the right knee and keeping your heel on the ground. Hold this for 30 to 60 seconds. Repeat 10 times a twice a day.

Hi, Take tab R-Compound 1 tab 3 times a day and tab Shallaki 1 tab 3 times after food. Take Maharasnadi Kashaya 3 tsf thrice a day after diluting it with equal quantity of water. Apply Rhumatil gel to the affected joints and gently massage for 10-15 mins in circular motion and then give hot water fomentation. Do this for one week continuously.

Keep ice in the area where you have pain/or where the muscle is injured. This is a general strain due to excessive walking or standing and for this you can follow these measures: one keep a pillow right under the knee while sleeping, next is you can keep ice in the painful area for about 5 to 10 minutes. One time you can do hot water fermentation that would help to reduce the muscle strain.

If your proximal joints (ie. Shoulder, elbow, hip & knee) then you can do hot water fermentation in that area to reduce the inflammation. If you have pain in the distal joints ie. Wrist, fingers, ankle, toes then you can wear then you can do hot water fermentation in that area to reduce the inflammation. Please wear Knee Brace / Elbow Brace / Wrist Brace so that you will feel warm, comfortable and very protective. However if the pain initially starts in the distal joints then we shall definitely say it is Rheumatic arthritis. Knee cap will also help to prevent the damaged cartilages. And also immerse the distal joints in the hot water tub which will help you to reduce the pain.

Hello sir about 10-12 days ago while playing game, my right knee is impact by stone and blood come as normal so I use first aid and clean by dettol and goes to general doctor as I am hosteler student, but pain not goes 7 days as I think that because of wound, after that my exam are a near and I will go to outside, but now it's 12 days go pain occurs in my knee, no problem occurs but when I walk or step up or down the stairs, problem occurs, I saw on net, can its sign of knee ligament tear, Bcoz pain occurs, can it's also having the reason of non taking rest a single day, or what is the symptoms of knee ligament tear.

Dear Lybrate user there is a possibility of muscle or small tissue damage. Keep under complete rest. Avoid strenuous work by knee joint. Avoid all kind of activities which pressures knee joint. Massage with mahanarayan tail in the morning followed by hot water bath. Apply rhukot liniment twice daily. Take cap Arjit forte 1-1-1 for 5 days. Wear knee cap regularly.

Hi I want to know that I have severe pain in my right knee whenever I sit in washroom my knee hurts very badly I can not give load on my knee if I distribute my body weight on my right knee when sitting in washroom or climbing stairs it hurts very badly it's all right when I am standing or not bending my knee. But if knee is bent it hurts .the pain is in the middle soft part of knee. There is no issue of balance. My left knee has also start paining not that much but it pains when I sit in washroom. Dear Lybrate user there is possibility of muscle or ligament tissue damage. Don't put more pressure over knee joint. Avoid cross leg sitting, avoid more standing, walking,running and other strenuous works & exercises. Take cap Arjit forte 1-1-1 for 15 days. Apply susandhi liniment twice day. Wear knee cap often. Massage with mahanarayan tail followed by hot water bath.

Last year I had severe back pain attack. Simultaneously psoriatic rashes came up on my face. Later this years I have started pain in my fingers. Now both the knees. My Dr. Treated me for uric acid. Ice therapy would definitely help to reduce the inflammation. We also advise you to use knee cap which would help to prevent the knee from damaging further and also to maintain the quadriceps muscle tone. Simple Knee Exercises would help to strengthen the quadriceps muscle which is the key muscle. Specific knee exercises will also help ie. Keeping a soft ball underneath the knee and you have to keep pressing it. That's the simple exercise which will help you to strengthen the knee. We also advise you to use knee cap which would help to prevent the knee from damaging further and also to maintain the quadriceps muscle tone.
