Sometimes when our daily routine gets monotonous we do get these feelings. Its important to identify the causes so that we will work upon those reasons and remove them immediately from your life. Wash your face with Bakson's Facewash (wash your face with warm water only) and followed by CTMP, i. E. Cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally Sunscreen Gel with SPF-30) after washing your face daily. Prevention: -Take healthy food only and avoid unhealthy ones (although sebaceous glands are not excretory glands then as well!) as what you eat is reflected on your face! -Avoid taking unnecessary stress/ tension as it encourages secretion of stress hormone in the body as thus affects skin or any other tissue of the body. -Drink atleast 8-10 glasses of water in a day. -Take 6-8hrs. Of sound sleep everyday. -Don't use others towels, handkerchief on your face as well as never share yours. -Never ever rub your face as it damages the skin (even towel should be dab on skin softly) and break outs of acne get worsened! -Maintain hygiene, wash your face 2-3times in a day, changes the pillow covers, bed sheet daily, use cotton bed sheet only (try to sleep on your back). Home-made remedies: - Take 1 tbsp of fuller's earth (multani mitti) + a dash of lime + bit of rosewater – apply this on your face till it gets dried up, then rinse it off. - Take 1 tsp of Alum (or fitkari), make it slightly wet with water and apply this on your wet face, spread it well; let it dry and rinse it off. Alum remove your excessive moisture or oil and it also tightens the skin's tonicity. Medication: You can take homoeopathic medicines – Berberis Aquefolium Q/ 10 drops in 1/2 cup of water/ thrice a day (and for local application as well) and Kali Brom. 200/ thrice a day – for 30 days.

I've started my running practice 2 days ago what are the tips to be followed to improve my practice levels.

Diet wise, take more protein related, meat, egg white, Fruits, Milk, in b/w running also, u need to take more water Try to increase the pace gradually.Sudden increase ,over exertion will cause more body ache, exhaustion, sprains. Need to take supplements like all minerals.. elctrolytes to replace the loss due to exertion.

Hello dear understand your concern. This symptoms are not due to pregnancy. Its just indigestion & anxiety. 2-3 days ups & down is happened normally also. If you want check that you are pregnant or not, you can check it after 7 days of your period date.(means if your date is 2 nd march & your period is regular, you can check it on 9th april). You can do it by pregnancy kit which available in market easily. (do it in morning by first fresh urine). I hope this helps u.

De tan your skin by applying yogurt everyday. Let it dry and then rinse. Wash with a face wash and apply sun screen immediately after that. Keep your skin covered when you go out. Sun rays affect fair people more easily. Always keep applying sun screen after every two hours, when out.

There are various reasons for getting hair fall. Nutritional deficiency, stress, acute illness like malaria, typhoid, jaundice, chronic illness like diabetes, thyroid can trigger the hair fall, Smoking, excessive alcohol intake. Hair is made up of minerals, protein and iron. Any deficiency can lead to hair fall. Take Proteins are more in sprouts, beans, nuts, soya. Green, help to nourish the hair roots. Take lots of salads, diced fresh fruit, Green Leafy Vegetables like Spinach, Lettuce, Leafy Greens, Turnip Greens, Broccoli, Beans and Green Peppers, Almonds/4 Walnuts on alternate day’s and 2Dates/2Figs on also alternate day’s and 2 prunes daily. One glass of Milk per day if possible cow’s milk, , 10 – 12 glass of water per day For professional advice please consult privately.
