Yes. Thanks for health questions need not to worry eat balanced diet and more protein rich diet eat dark green leafy vegetables and fruits daily drink plenty of water drink coconut water twice a day time avoid stress and strain avoid smoking and alcohol consumption if any avoid day time sleep take sound sleep at night avoid fast food and restaurant food take less oily and less spicy food practice yogas and pranayamas daily practice morning and evening walk necessary avoid to take very hot water on head while bath avoid chemical based soap and shampoo go for ayurvedic panchkarma procedures go for ayurvedic medicines that gives excellent results

Hi for reduced weight you should work out as per you consume calories and it will take time just continue work out. Take following remedies for loosing weight 1.arogya vardhini vati 2 tab before lunch and dinner 2. Abhayarishta 4 tsp before lunch nad dinner 3. Morning break fast=mung dal green soup 1 boul and if feel hunger have pomegranate or apple 4.lunch 2 chaati + fruit vegetable + if you like rice 1 bowl and dal + barley soup 5. Evening 4-5 pm have some milk with sunth or any fruit you like 6. Dinner barley soup 2 bowl and one fruit follow this diet you will get reduced weight.

Hi, you will have to make diet changes.For this I need your complete medical history,like your thyroid profile ,complete blood count with esr ,kidney function tests ,liver function tests,vit b and d, blood group and height. Add bran to your chappatis,have lots of fruits,no banana and mango,lots of veges,avoid potato,no juices(fresh and canned),have early dinner. For knee pain have these medicines maharasnadi kashayam,punarnavadi kashayam, both1/2 teaspoon with12 tsp warm water twice daily 1 hr before meals along with yogaraj guggul and shankha bhasam twice daily after food.

I’m solvent male and age average 39+ from Delhi. Basically I'm good health with 70 Kgs with 6’ height have 2 boys’ children, no wife or girlfriend. I live with my boys who are below 6 years. My question - How to live good health? Dear Lybrateuser, - Take adequate rest - have plenty of oral fluids - take tablet paracetamol, 1 tab three times a day for fever, do cold water sponging if temperature rises above 102*F - get blood test done to find out the exact cause & type of malaria if it is there, consult a doctor.

L have a lil migraine problem from last two years. And I often face problems during study. Please suggest me what should I do to relieve form this problem.

Go for eye test also. Avoid stress. Take proper rest & sleep. Avoid fatty food, junk food, chocolates etc. When you suffer from headache, go in a dark room & take rest. Take onosmodium q/ bd 15-15 drops+ 1/2 cup water daily. Belladonna 200/od daily for 21 days.
