I feel little pain on right chest somewhere in food pipe. I had refer to doctor also. He told it might be due to lack of long sitting on chair. Ie. Muscle contraction. But I still feel pain today. It happens once in a week. It is just like very hard pain for very few seconds. And then it goes. I feel normal again. please explain what pain it is.

No dear, it isn't due to low blood pressure. For that you start doing meditation and yoga everyday in morning before 8am for 10-15 mins.

Controlling the risk factors and adopting a healthier lifestyle can make a big difference when it comes to improving lipid profile. (1.(EAT SENSIBLY: Avoid saturated fats and trans-fats as they raise the bad cholesterol level (LDL). Check the labels of food items before consuming them and avoid anything that is “partially hydrogenated” as this is a clear indicator that it contains trans-fat. Cut out red meat from your diet and add fruits and vegetables instead. (2.) CHOOSE THE RIGHT OIL (3) WALK / EXERCISE (4) Keep BODY WEIGHT IN CONTROL (5) DESTRESS your self (5) Abstain from SMOKING completely (6) AVOID simple SUGARS (7) Do some recreational activity or follow your hobby daily for half an hour (8) Spend less time with gadgets like laptop / mobile / TV If you need help with a customized diet plan to improve your lipid picture, please contact us directly.

High cholesterol can cause atherosclerotic heart disease or narrowed coronary arteries in the heart can cause the symptoms of angina, when theheart muscle is not provided with enough oxygen to function. Decreased blood supply to the brain may be due to narrowed small arteries in the brain or because the larger carotidarteries in the neck may become blocked. This can result in a transient ischmic attack or stroke. Peripheral artery disease describes gradual narrowing of the arteries that supply the legs. During exercise , if the legs do not get enough blood supply, they can develop pain , called claudication . Other arteries in the body may also be affected by plaque buildup causing them to narrow, including the mesenteric arteries to the intestine and the renal arteries to the kidney. Avoid fast foods, oily foods, junk foods, alcohol, smoking, fatty foods, non-veg.,avoid stress, take green veg., whole grain.garlic,. Take anti cholesterol medicines .

Alcohol consumption is absolutely not recommended when one is diabetic. But of course once in a while it is fine. Rum by itself does not contain sugar but if taken with coke can be hazardous to a diabetic. It has 38 to 60 % alcohol and alcohol is empty calories.

It can be a detection at ultrasound done as routine at 12 weeks plus or woman presents with symptoms of miscarriage, like spotting, pain lower abdomen, may be passing few clots, in such a case every doctor would do ultrasound abdomen to make sure about heart beat and growth of fetus before starting treatment to retain pregnancy, if no heart beat is confirmed, treatment is a minor procedure called d and c followed by a cousin of antibiotics for a week.
