ऐसे विकार या संक्रमण जो मानव त्वचा को प्रभावित करते हैं, उन्हें चर्म रोग कहा जाता है. पोषण में कमी और त्वचा का ठीक से खयाल न रखने के कारण कई तरह की त्वचा संबंधी परेशानियां हो जाती हैं. दरअसल अस्वस्थ खानपान और अनियमित जीवनशैली के कारण हमारा पाचन और रोग प्रतिरोधक क्षमता प्रभावित होती है इस वजह से कई तरह के इंफेक्शन और चर्मरोग शरीर में हो सकते हैं. इन चर्मरोगों के पीछे बैक्टीरयल या फंगल इंफेक्शन होते हैं, जो शरीर की रोग प्रतिरोधक क्षमता के कम होने के कारण शरीर को प्रभावति करते हैं. गर्मी के मौसम में इस तरह की समस्याएं अधिक होती हैं. ऐसे में त्वचा का बचाव करना बहुत जरूरी होता है. आइए हम आपको चर्म रोग से बचने के कुछ घरेलू उपाय के बारे में बताते हैं.

क्या है इसका कारण?

इनके कई कारण होते हैं. हालांकि त्वचा को प्रभावित करने वाले अधिकांश रोग त्वचा की परतों में शुरू होते हैं, यह विभिन्न प्रकार के आंतरिक रोगों के निदान में भी मदद करते हैं. यह माना जाता है कि त्वचा से एक व्यक्ति के आंतरिक स्वास्थ्य का पता चलता है. चर्म रोग के लक्षणों और गंभीरता में काफी भिन्नताएं हैं. यह अस्थायी या स्थायी होने के साथ ही दर्द रहित या दर्दयुक्त दोनों ही तरह के हो सकते हैं. कुछ मामलों में यह स्थितिजन्य हो सकते हैं, जबकि अन्य में यह आनुवांशिक भी होते हैं. कुछ त्वचा विकारों की स्थिति बेहद ही सुक्ष्म होती है, और कुछ जीवन के लिए खतरनाक हो सकते हैं. अधिकांश चर्म रोग सुक्ष्म होते हैं, जबकि अन्य एक अधिक गंभीर समस्या की ओर संकेत करते है. आइए चर्म रोग के कारण, लक्षण और उपचार के बारे में जानें.

अलसी के बीज

अलसी के बीजों में ओमेगा थ्री फैटी एसिड होता है जो हमारे इम्‍यून सिस्‍टम को मजबूत बनाने में मदद करता है. इसमें सूजन को कम करने वाले तत्‍व मौजूद होते हैं. यह स्किन डिस्‍ऑर्डर, जैसे एक्जिमा और सोरायसिस को भी ठीक करने में मदद गरता है. दिन में एक-दो चम्‍मच अलसी के बीजों के तेल का सेवन करना त्‍वचा के लिए काफी फायदेमंद होता है. बेहतर रहेगा कि इसका सेवन किसी अन्‍य आहार के साथ ही किया जाए.

गेंदे के फूल

गेंदा गहरे पीले और नारंगी रंग का फूल होता है. यह त्‍वचा की समस्‍याओं का प्रभावशाली घरेलू उपाय है. यह छोटे-मोटे कट, जलने, मच्‍छर के काटने, रूखी त्‍वचा और एक्‍ने आदि के लिए शानदार घरेलू उपाय है. गेंदे में एंटी-बैक्‍टीरियल और एंटी-वायरल गुण होते हैं. यह सूजन को कम करने में भी मदद करता है. इसके साथ ही गेंदा जख्‍मों को जल्‍दी भरने में मदद करता है. यह हर प्रकार की त्‍वचा के लिए लाभकारी होता है. गेंदे की पत्तियों को पानी में उबालकर उससे दिन में दो-तीन बार चेहरा धोने से एक्‍ने की समस्‍या दूर होती है.

बबूने का फूल

कैमोमाइल का फूल त्‍वचा पर लगाने से जलन को शांत करता है और साथ ही अगर इसका सेवन किया जाए तो आंतरिक शांति प्रदान करता है. इसके साथ ही यह केंद्रीय तंत्रिका प्रणाली पर भी सकारात्‍मक असर डालता है. यह एक्जिमा में भी काफी मददगार होता है. इसके फूलों से बनी हर्बल टी का दिन में तीन बार सेवन आपको काफी फायदा पहुंचाता है. इसके साथ ही एक्जिमा और सोरायसिस जैसी बीमारियों से उबरने में भी यह फूल काफी मदद करता है. एक साफ कपड़े को कैमोमाइल टी में डुबोकर उसे त्‍वचा के सं‍क्रमित हिस्‍से पर लगाने से काफी लाभ मिलता है. इस प्रक्रिया को पंद्रह-पंद्रह मिनट के लिए दिन में चार से छह बार करना चाहिए. कैमोमाइल कई अंडर-आई माश्‍चराइजर में भी प्रयोग होता है. इससे डार्क सर्कल दूर होते हैं

कमफ्रे

इस फूल के पत्‍ते और जड़ें सदियों से त्‍वचा संबंधी रोगों को ठीक करने में इस्‍तेमाल की जाती रही हैं. यह कट, जलना और अन्‍य कई जख्‍मों में काफी लाभकारी होता है. इसमें मौजूद तत्‍वा तवचा द्वारा काफी तेजी से अवशोषित कर लिए जाते हैं. जिससे स्‍वस्‍थ कोशिकाओं का निर्माण होता है. इसमें त्‍वचा को आराम पहुंचाने वाले तत्‍व भी पाए जाते हैं. अगर त्‍वचा पर कहीं जख्‍म हो जाए तो कमफ्रे की जड़ों का पाउडर बनाकर उसे गर्म पानी में मिलाकर एक गाढ़ा पेस्‍ट बना लें. इसे एक साफ कपड़े पर फैला दें. अब इस कपड़े को जख्‍मों पर लगाने से चमत्‍कारी लाभ मिलता है. अगर आप इसे रात में बांधकर सो जाएं, तो सुबह तक आपको काफी आराम मिल जाता है. इसे कभी भी खाया नहीं जाना चाहिए, अन्‍यथा यह लिवर को नुकसान पहुंचा सकता है. गहरे जख्‍मों पर भी इसका इस्‍तेमाल नहीं करना चाहिए. इससे त्‍वचा की ऊपरी परत तो ठीक हो जाती है, लेकिन भीतरी कोशिकायें पूरी तरह ठीक नहीं हो पातीं.

तिल के तेल

तिल के तेल से चार गुनी मात्रा में पानी लेकर सारे सामानों को एक बर्तन में मिला लीजिए. उसके बाद मिश्रण को मंद आंच पर तब तक गर्म करते रहिए जब तक सारा पानी भाप बनकर उड़ ना जाए. इस पेस्ट को पूरे शरीर में जहां-जहां खुजली हो रही हो वहां पर या फिर पूरे शरीर में लगाइए. इसके लगाते रहने से आपके त्वचा से चर्म रोग ठीक हो जाएगा

अन्‍य उपाय
 

हल्दी, लाल चंदन, नीम की छाल, चिरायता, बहेडा, आंवला, हरेडा और अडूसे के पत्ते को एक समान मात्रा में लीजिए. इन सभी सामानों को पानी में पूरी तरह से फूलने के लिए भिगो दीजिए. जब ये सारे सामान पूरी तरह से फूल जाएं तो पीसकर ढ़ीला पेस्ट बना लीजिए. अब इस पेस्ट से चार गुना अधिक मात्रा में तिल का तेल लीजिए.

From our early memories, we would have been drilleed down with the importance of food and the benefits of eating certain foods. We naturally tend to assume that foods make us grow and sometimes we end up gobbling tons of food with a childhood innocence that they are going to make us taller and smarter in a jiffy. Looking back, we tend to smile at those memories nostalgically. However, in some cases, we grow up or we simply ignore one basic rule of eating the right food at the right time.

Foods are very much related to time and the physics of our body can agree with them only if they are taken for a certain period. For instance, there are some foods that are beneficial to us, but can actually work in a negative way, if taken at a wrong time. For example, there are some foods that should never be taken on an empty stomach. Here are some such foods that you may want to know:

  1. Tomatoes: Tomatoes are no doubt full of vitamins and antioxidants. However, when eaten on an empty stomach, these ingredients combine with acidic nature of our stomach and can result in stomach block. They put unnecessary pressure on the stomach and can cause stomachache. This can be dangerous for people who are already suffering from ulcers.
  2. Citrus Fruits: Though citrus fruits like oranges, grapefruits are high in vitamin C, fiber and antioxidants, they may irritate your stomach when taken first thing in the morning. The oesophagus lining of your stomach gets enlarged when there is no food to digest and taking these fruits can directly enlarge them even more, causing more friction to your stomach.
  3. Short Crust/Puff Pastry: Pastries can be a good combination for breakfast but it is a strict no on an empty stomach. Pastries and crusts have yeast in them and they simply will not go well for an empty stomach.
  4. Carbonated Drinks: Carbonated drinks are basically bad for health and imagine having them on an early morning. Nothing can be more troublesome for your stomach than having these carbonated drinks first thing in the morning. They up the risk of cancer and heart diseases and can also lead to many other complications. Strictly avoid them on an empty stomach.
  5. Coffee or TeaIs having coffee the first thing that you do in the morning? You may be unaware but you are actually causing a lot of harm to your body. Drinking coffee on an empty stomach can increase the levels of hydrochloric acid and can lead to constipation vomiting. They also slow the digestion process. Try having a glass of water on an empty stomach; give it some time to settle and then intake caffeine.
