You take high calorie n high protein diet. Don't skip breakfast. With breakfast you drink 1 glass of milk n 2 anjeer n 2 almonds. Take 4-5 meals in a day in frequent intervals.

Add cheese, tofu, peanut butter, juices, shakes, dried fruits and etc to your daily diet. Do some muscle building exercise under guidance.

I am 68 and my latest blood test show platelets of 76000 as since 10 days have loose tools and taking no vegs only buttermilk rice. My CRP is 4.8 mg/dl and NORMOCYTIC HYPOCHROMIC BLOOD PICTURE. Kindly give your valuable advise on the impact of these on my cardiac health as above test done to find any serious gastrointestinal condition.

These tests ar not indicator of heart health as you have asked. Form this you have a mild anemia and platelets are low. A normal platelet count ranges from 150, 000 to 450, 000 platelets per microliter of blood. Having more than 450, 000 platelets is a condition called thrombocytosis; having less than 150, 000 is known as thrombocytopenia. You get your platelet number from a routine blood test called a complete blood count (cbc).

Fungal infection or Ring worm. When occurs in groin, called as jock itch. Usually fungal infection is common in moist areas of body like skin folds. It's mostly circular or round in appearance. May be red or black in colour. Treatment depending on the type and severity. Avoid sharing clothes, towels and soap; sweating also increases it. As it has to be differentiated from eczema and infection, its a must to see and confirm the diagnosis for proper treatment. So, please send photos of the affected area for accurate diagnosis and treatment.

Advice. Regular stretching of shoulder muscles. Warm up and cool down is a must. Hot fomentation. Advice hot fomentation. Gentle stretching of hand muscles. Ball exercises. Wrist exerciser.
