Take High protein Diet. HAve small and frequent meals. Take Milk and Milk Products. Take 2-3 egg Daily, paneer, shakes, cold coffee, after meal take sweet item. Don't skip breakfast and meals. Dear lybrateuser, - Chest size can be increased by building the chest muscles by regular exercise & having a diet rich in protein foods - do regular exercise like jogging, swimming, pullups, pushups to build the chest muscles - have a diet rich in protein foods such as eggs, lean meats, milk and milk products, tofu, soya products, beans, lentils, pulses, sprouts, peas & nuts such as almonds, walnuts, pista, cashews & peanuts - include a protein rich food in each of your meals and also as a snack in-between meals to boost your protein content.

Yes you need to take balanced diet and frequent meals. Add avocado, fig, dates, raisins, almonds, banana,sprouts and mixed seeds of flax, sunflower, sesame and pumpkin in your diet, try to add peanuts as well as add tofu and soy milk in your diet you will gai 1.5 kh in 2 wks.
