Hello everyone I am in army and I start suffering with the serious body weakness after 6 months harsh training (not during the harsh) but we run alot 12 km daily with weight. Body weakens got little bit skinny and slowly the problem increased like left knee lock after toilet one thing I would say I masturbate alot and my sperm got watery and everyday it leaks most of the times. Please help I am losing my confidence. Help would be appreciated.

Do 1.no alcohol 2. Reduce body wt if over wt 3. No smoking/ tobacco 4. Diet - no ghee/ butter, have mix of vegetable oils - mustard, til, ground nut, olive oil, have more green vegetables and fruits, have whole grain atta, no fried. Fast. Spicy / processed/ junk food. No sugar, potato, rice 5. 30 mts brisk walk daily 6. Deep breathing exercise for 10 mts daily 7. Meditation daily for 10 mts ,6-8 hrs of sleep at night 8. Expose your body to sun for 15-20 mts daily after some oil massage to get vit d. 9. Take more water- proper hydration. For medicine contact on private chat.

Hi, Thank you for your query. We will be happy to help you. No need to go for supplements. Try this instead Include various shakes and smoothies, dry fruits and nuts, ghee and other healthy fats, multigrain or whole wheat bread, cheese to your diet. Eat more potatoes, rice and bananas. You can also try peanut butter or other nut butters. Increase your protein consumption. If you eat non-veg, eat it more often. If not then have paneer, chickpeas, dals and other beans and lentils. Round worms, tape worms, whip worms, thred worms, antemoeba hystolitica etc. Anthelmintics (anti wormals) are the best medicines to remove such types of worms. Its important to follow a healthy diet which has optimal amounts of first class proteins (dairy products, egg, fish, etc) complex carbohydrates (oats, brown rice etc) & healthy fats (almonds, walnuts etc )along with a structured exercise program that is balanced with weight training and cardio will surely help. Underweight can be due to several reasons. Try to give Multivitamin syrup/tablets for one month. In addition give a dose of deworming tablet. Children are easily addicted to junk food hence they tend to skip home food. You can make more variety of foods and put veggies in stuffed paratha/puri. Give more milk/curd/ paneer. Daily 15-20 nuts like almond/peanuts. Let them play outdoor for at least one hour. Don't force feed, let meal times be happy times.
