Do saline gargles daily. Whenever possible do steam inhalation also. Cover your nose and mouth with hanky for at least 30 sec when you go in dusty areas also when you go in and out of AC. As our nose is the most sensitive part of our body, When there is temperature difference between two rooms or inside n outside, then if we not protect our nose, it gets affected. Homeopathic treatment has very encouraging results and gives relief in long term please ask for consultation with detailed information so that I can help you better.

Call it bed insecurity, but lasting longer in bed is imperative for men. Because sex is not about how soon you can satisfy each other, it's about being in sync with each others bodies and enjoying it. So, don't be stressed before sex. Because getting off under 2 minutes is your body's way to cope with that stress. If you want to last longer, you need to start masturbating differently. From rapid movements, move on to slower strokes. Try and make it last for at least 10 mins and keep extending your time.

This is not heart trouble. In which part of the chest is the discomfort. Your immune system is overactive, causing asthma, reduce intake of sugar jaggery and other glucose foods.

He reason of chest pain Although not the only cause of chest pain, these heart problems are common causes: Coronary Artery Disease, or CAD. A blockage in the heart blood vessels that reduces blood flow and oxygen to the heart muscle itself. This can cause pain known as angina Home remedies Practice deep breathing. Focused, deep breaths can calm both your mind and your body. Take stock of the situation. Accept your feelings of anxiety, recognize them, and then work through putting them in perspective. Be proactive about your physical health. Eat fish high in omega-3s, such as salmon, tuna, mackerel, herring and trout. A handful of healthy nuts such as almonds or walnuts will satisfy your hunger and help your heart. Berries are chock full of heart-healthy phytonutrients and soluble fiber. Try blueberries, strawberries, cranberries or raspberries in cereal or yogurt. Flaxseeds contain omega-3 fatty acids, fiber and phytoestogens to boost heart health. Take them in ground or milled form to reap the greatest benefit. Oatmeal: the comfort-food nutrient powerhouse. Dark beans, such as kidney or black beans, are high in fiber, B-vitamins, minerals and other good stuff. Veggie chili, anyone? A 4-ounce glass of red wine (up to two for men and one for women per day) can help improve good (HDL) cholesterol levels. Try marinated tofu in a stir-fry with fresh veggies for a heart-healthy lunch or dinner. Red, yellow and orange veggies such as carrots, sweet potatoes, red peppers and acorn squash are packed with carotenoids, fiber and vitamins to help your heart. Popeye was right – spinach packs a punch! Use it in sandwiches and salads instead of lettuce. Fruits such as oranges, can notaloupes and papaya are rich in beta-carotene, potassium, magnesium and fiber. Tender, sweet asparagus is filled with mighty nutrients such as beta-carotene, folate and fiber, and only provide 25 calories per cup, or 5 calories per large spear. Tomatoes – even sun-dried varieties in winter months – provide lycopene, vitamin C and alpha- and beta-carotene. Dark chocolate is good for your heart health, but just be sure that it’s at least 70 percent cocoa. Crisp, fresh broccoli florets dipped in hummus are a terrific heart-healthy snack with a whopping list of nutrients, including vitamins C and E, potassium, folate, calcium and fiber.

If you drink alcohol it is one of the reason for GGT to be high. For your gall stone you need laparoscopic cholecystectomy.
