But if it is a period then it should be bleeding as before na. But it's not bleeding like menses. Its just one blood drop and circle faded. May I know why it is like That.. Is there any chance of pregnancy.

Hello Dr. My last month period should be on 24th February but it was due for 10days and I got my period on 4th march....
Anything more than spotting should be considered as menses if there is no chance of pregnancy. As you said there is a chance of pregnancy, it is better to check with urine pregnancy test before labelling it as menses. Also it could be ovulation spotting during ovulation which is again completely normal, and is supposed to be a good sign of ovulation.

Hello, From your complaints, it seems you're facing some dilemma in your mind. Take some time out for yourself in a calm corner of your home or office, and try to ask these questions to yourself. What is really bothering me today/now? What am I expecting that's not happening? Are my efforts sincere and unidirectional to fulfill my expectations? Am I or is someone being overtly judgemental about something? Can I hold on to this disturbing thought for a moment and see what happens if I don't burst it out? Does it matter in the long run that I am expressing my dissent over this particular issue? Is it worth my energy and time getting annoyed over trivial matters such as this? Dear, there's nothing 'wrong' with you in the strict sense of the word. You might be really fatigued or burnt out and getting fussy because you haven't let it out when you should've but obviously couldn't (read bossy boss!). This is also evident from the changing sleep patterns you've been experiencing lately. My suggestion would be to do anything to unwind. Whatever it is that makes you relaxed, pampers you or makes you feel special. Let me know if you've any specific concerns/doubts in your mind so that we can have a little chat on that. Good luck.

My foot below the ankle is paining a lot. Not able to walk too. I am diabetic and I have BP too. What should I do?

DNHE, BPTh/BPT, weight management specialist

My foot below the ankle is paining a lot. Not able to walk too. I am diabetic and I have BP too. What should I do?
You might be having heel spurs (bony outgrowth at the heel) which causes pain while walking or your achilles tendon could be inflamed, after examination only exact cause can be known. Since you are diabetic you need to take extra precautions to keep your foot clean and avoid any complications like diabetic foot or diabetic neuropathy. Immerse your foot in a tub of lukewarm water with epsom salt for 3 min then alternately in a tub of ice cold water. Repeat this 3 times and so some ankle-toe exercises.

Homoeopathic cream ANTIMARKS CREAM ( BIOVALLEY) Apply twice daily in circular fashion Lemon Juice A quick and easy solution is lemon juice. Lemons have vitamin C that can lighten dark pigment spots on your face. It’s easy to apply. 1. Put some fresh lemon juice on a cotton ball and rub it directly on the affected skin area. 2. Allow it to dry and then wash it off with plain water. 3. Continue applying this dark pigment spot removal home remedy for at least two weeks to get the desired result. If you have delicate or sensitive skin, you can dilute the lemon juice with plain water, rosewater, or honey. You can also use lime juice to get rid of black spots, applying it in the same manner as described above. 2. Buttermilk Buttermilk is also beneficial in getting rid of dark pigment spots. Like lemon juice, it also helps fade blemishes and black spots but without causing burning sensation. 1. Take four teaspoons of buttermilk. 2. Add two teaspoons of fresh tomato juice. 3. Mix the two ingredients (both have excellent bleaching properties) and then apply. 4. Wash it off after 15 minutes. The lactic acid in milk too, will gradually reduce skin pigmentation, and brighten and tone your overall skin complexion. So, if you do not have buttermilk, simply apply soak a cotton ball in milk and dab it directly on your spots. Leave it on for about 10 minutes and then wash it off Put milk on a cotton ball and dab it directly on your spots. Repeat this procedure twice daily for four to five weeks. You can also prepare a solution by mixing milk and honey and apply the solution to your dark spots, leaving it on for 10 minutes. 4. Oats Oatmeal powder is considered good for skin exfoliation. Hence, you can apply an oatmeal mask on your face and neck to remove dead skin and black spots. 1. Grind half a cup of rolled oats. 2. Add three to four tablespoons of lemon juice to make a paste. 3. Scrub it on your skin and wash it off with warm water when it dries. If it becomes messy, use a clean cloth soaked in warm water to remove the mask. Follow this treatment once or twice a week. 4. Almonds 1. Take 8-10 almonds and soak them in milk overnight. 2. Peel off the skin and grind the almonds in the morning. 3. Now, add one teaspoon sandalwood powder and half a teaspoon honey in it. 4. Mix them to make a fine paste. 5. Apply it on your face. 6. Leave it on for about 30 minutes and then wash it off. 5. Sandalwood Sandalwood is another effective option. 1. Make a thick paste of sandalwood powder, glycerin and rose water. (If you don’t have rose water, you can use milk or honey.) 2. Apply the thick paste to the affected skin area, leaving it on for a few minutes. Wash off the paste with lukewarm water. 3. Follow this remedy once daily until your black spots vanish completely. 6. Potato Your vegetable drawer is another source of home remedies for black spots or dark patches. Potatoes can be applied in one of the two ways: • Slice up a potato and place one slice directly on the black spots; leave on for a few minutes and then wash your face with lukewarm water. • You can also make a face mask by combining grated potato with honey.

MIGRAINE HEADACHE
One of the most useful home remedies for reducing headaches and migraine pain involves making changes to your diet. Certain foods have been shown to affect the frequency and severity of headaches and migraine pain, including dairy; chocolate; peanut butter; certain fruits, such as avocado, banana, and citrus; onions; meats with nitrates, such as bacon and hot dogs; foods containing monosodium glutamate (msg); foods containing tyramine, an amino acid found in red wine; and foods that are fermented or pickled. Keep track of these trigger foods and your reaction to them with a food diary.

MD PHYSICIAN

Sir I just wanna know what is knee transplantation. And is it safe? What is its pros and cons.
Knee transplantation or replacement is of two types: partial and total knee replacement. Partial knee replacement: The surgeon replaces the damaged portions of the knee with plastic and metal parts. Total knee replacement: In this procedure, the knee is replaced with an artificial joint. It requires a major surgery and hospitalization. You'll usually be in hospital for three to five days, but recovery times can vary depending on the individual and type of surgery being carried out. It is usually one of the commonest procedures performed but risk factor include stiffness of the knee, infection of the wound, deep infection of the joint replacement, needing further surgery, unexpected bleeding into the knee joint ligament, artery or nerve damage in the area around the knee joint, blood clots and many more.

I prefer Allopathic medicine because they give better results for future. You can continue to take the medicine whatever you are taking if sugar levels are normal. If you feel side effect then it may be changed according to your doctor. I advise not to take any other medications ( homeopathy ).

I am losing my hairs and I am trying many shampoos but they can't work. Can you help me.
Please note the following in respect to your queries: there can be many reasons behind your hair fall - like mental worries, nutritional deficiency, hereditary and anemia. Take homeopathic medicine baryta carb 200 (5 drops in little water) one dose and revert after 2 weeks. Apply jaborandi hair oil. Drink 8-10 glasses of water daily. Eat healthy and balanced food like pulses, green leafy vegetables, fresh fruits and nuts etc. Add more vitamin rich food to your diet. Avoid stress and anger by meditation. Cut down the use of hair spray, hair gel. Take sound/good sleep. Avoid too much exposure of your hair to sunlight/ hair styling tools, as they damage hair and cause split ends. Consult me for homeopathic treatment. Recommend me by clicking on recommend option and leave feedback.
