Take IFT over knee joint where is pain for 21 days you can take IFT + Ultrasonic therapy over knee joint pls do not give water after 4 hours ok consult with Orthopaedic Arthroscopic surgeon as early possible use soft sole shoe use choamote donot sit on floor or gaddi.

Take IFT + U S therapy for 20 days warm compress if not possible IFT minus SWD over sprain region US therapy over back region both @ 15 min each after 5 days use a good quality brace lumber spine do not sit on floor revolving chair sofa gaddi choamote use no puja use good quality shoe maintain your posture ok.

Hi, lybrate-user dolma, at this age your mom is overweight, weight is important fact of joint pain. Joint get pressurise 3x times of the total body weight. Means 270 kg pressure joints feels. At this age synovial fluid also gets deacrese day by day. She has the condition of knee transplant. But first try everything which you can. Try to reduce her wieght. Give her low calorie food. Do some physiotherapy, yoga.

It's a radicular pain in your leg called sciatica. It's because of compression or impingement of nerve root in lumber spine, and because of compression you may feel tingling, pain or numbness in your whole leg. Start tablet pregabalin and analgesic for couple of weeks. Take rest for few weeks, restrict heavy loading work, and do physiotherapy under expert physiotherapist, and still pain persist then do some necessary investigation like dynamic xray, MRI LS SPINE or you may consult pain and spine specialist.

If you are soft ware engineer with rt hand working this is bound to happen because unscientific use of computer. Is there any history of injury to shoulder. Check it up, Do Simple Ashtang yoga which should help to relax the muscles and mentally feel relieved.

Hello Mr. lybrate-user, You may be suffering from a condition known as sciatica. It's caused due to compression of vertebrate of lower back. It can be cured with ayurvedic and Panchakarma treatment. Lower back pain can be caused by a variety of problems with any parts of the complex, interconnected network of spinal muscles, nerves, bones, discs or tendons in the lumbar spine. Calf Stretches Standing calf stretch Stand away from a wall and.put your fight foot behind you and be sure your toes are facing forward. Lean forward at the ankle while bending the right knee and keeping your heel on the ground. Hold this for 30 to 60 seconds. Repeat 10 times a twice a day.

Rotational movements of body while your foot is firmly holding the ground can cause stretching of ligaments of ankle and knee joints. This may be the cause of your pain. Wear comressiin bandage around ankle and avoid sudden, brisk rotatory movements while fieldinf, jumping or running.

Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times.
