Noodles and pasta are rich in calories and have high amount of carbohydrates. They are easy to make and also saves cooking time. If you are a non-vegetarian, you can also add lean chicken and a lot of vegetables to the noodles and pasta that will convert it into a high calorie and nutritious food and provide you essential minerals and proteins.

Hi, can you send me a clear photograph of the affected area with details for making the correct diagnosis? may be due to callous formation or can be associated with fungal infection of nail or wart? can't come to any conclusion. You need to have diet plan based on your BMI & activities. Whatever we eat is metabolised by the body for the energy needed to do daily work and the excess is stored as fat. Abdomen is the first place to gain weight and last to disappear. In brief, Weight reduction can be achieved only by reducing the intake of food 1/3 of what you take now. And by appropriate exercise plans for each part like belly, thighs, legs / chest etc. to burn off fat. Some tips 1) Drink three or four cups of water whenever you feel hungry and just before eating food 2) Take boiled or raw vegetable like cucumber, carrot etc. as half of your diet. Then take 1/2 of your total diet as sprouted pulses / proteinaceous food like roti, cooked pulses and remaining with rice or other carbohydrates. Oil or ghee etc. should be just bare minimum. And do aerobic exercises, running, jogging or at least walking briskly 3-5 KMs and swimming if possible, and in a gym if feasible. The most important is to burn off the energy intake by exercises. There is no short cut or medicines without exercise & dieting to take just as mush food as needed for your activities. The food we eat is utilised for our energy needs and the remaining will be stored as fat which leads to obesity. It is better to do some tests.

Keep exercise and balanced diet for diabetics. That's enough. However some herbs n ayd. Med. May be more supporting for which you have to give little history of illness and any other associated complaints.

Bagels and Crackers are made from whole wheat; sesame and bran that add some kilos to your body. Besides, they also provide necessary carbohydrates. You can use jams, peanut butter, margarine or honey to eat loads of calories and proteins. They will increase a significant amount of weight.

Diabetes in the mother does not get transmitted directly to the baby. However, being the child of a diabetic parent, your child will have a higher chance of developing diabetes later in life. In pregnancy, however, one needs to control the sugars very strictly, otherwise the baby can have many problems including congenital anomalies, hypoglycemia, metabolic problems and growth problems etc.

Yes amla can be taken in diabetes- it's a good vit c source but not the one preserved in sugar/jaggery (amla ka murraba). Major dietary advice for diabetes is to avoid high fat content - so don't take any fried stuff. Take foods with low or moderate glycemic index. Glycemic index of any food item is the speed at which your sugar rises in blood after consuming it.

Scientists now know that the body does not register liquid calories in the same way it does solid calories. Drinking a grande caffe mocha, for instance, won't make you feel satiated the way eating a bowl of pasta will. Which means that although the caffe mocha actually has a greater number of calories than the pasta, you're still more likely to want a second cup from Starbucks than another plate of linguine. So monitor your intake of juice, soda, coffee drinks and wine. If you consume one of each of those beverages during the day, you'll have taken in at least 800 extra calories by nighttime — and you'll still be hungry. (Incidentally, alcohol may suppress the metabolism of fat, making it tougher for you to burn those calories.)

The bottles that are available made up of to maintain temperature. Its costly, but use only that water bottles outside. It has thick layer of bottle to protect from outside sunrays and atmosphere.

By drinking milk empty stomach and eating ghee butter dry fruits regularly you can increase your weight avoid stress tension worry anxiety which is main cause for not gaining weight aviod overeating and frequently eating which makes your hunger poorer day by day avoid drinking too much water at a time and water before food and at the start of food 1/2 strength exercise in morning will be beneficial not in ac gyms for more details consult privetly.

It’s impossible to tickle ourselves. The reason is the brain’s cerebellum, which is responsible for predicting our body’s movement. And in the case of tickling oneself it controls how our sensations are processed. The intensity that we feel when we tickle ourselves is not the same that we would experience when done by somebody else. Thus instead of writhing with discomfort or pleasure, we are calm.

Obviously having rice at dinner is bad for losing weight. In case you cannot change your food habit then try to go to bed at least 1 hour after dinner. Just don't eat as much as you can. Always keep your stomach a little less than full after every meal.
