Dear lybrate-user, your weight gain during pregnancy is absolutely normal. No need to worry. Take care of yourself, eat healthy and abstain from foods having high fat and sugar content till the time your baby is born.

Age 30 Sex male Height 5/6 Weight 68 kg My problem is that I feel very tired after intercourse. And feel energyless What should I do? As my cbc n calcium level is best I am also taking fruit dry fruit vegetable I am also doing gym n walking I am also taking B complex n calcium n seacod capsule I take 3 month regular n then I gap for 3 months n I restart As I am doing gym that's why I am taking all above medicine.

Don't worry take one beet root daily take 4to5 dates daily sleep early and wake up early do regular pranayam and yoga go for morning walk in greenery, run fast can do gym but regular walk, yoga, pranayam are must take cap ashwagandha 1 1 cap shilajeet 1 1 re consult after 30 days for further advice.

Your diet should be rich in proteins and carbohydrates i. E dairy products, non-veg, fruits (banana, dates, mango, anzeer) go for gym for 1 hour everyday.

Many a times we get attracted to a person to fulfill pre-ordained energy dynamics. We meet people to continue a story left incomplete, if you believe in reincarnation, or we get attracted by a chemistry a spark, which creates the combustion of passion and falling in love.

In the most self assured individual hidden in the deep recesses of the heart is a need to be accepted and loved for just who they are. We need someone to tell us we are beautiful and needed flaws not withstanding. There is a gaping chasm in the human heart which demands being filled.

A relationship seems to be an answer to this need and the hormones plays up to make it a compelling one. Eros or libido is the driving force which makes the person singularly desirable their touch intoxicating and presence soothing. You project your image of your ideal on your partner. The image may be perfect or it may be distorted by past experiences. But this projection of an image conjured up by the mind on the partner who serves as a poor unsuspecting screen is what starts the drama of love.

There can be no hard and fast rules in relationships. Energy finds a balanced flow as your mind and heart settle into a harmony which understand accepts forgives supports and facilitates without the other how would one cultivate these virtues, the acid test of spiritual growth is the flavour of relationships, the man woman relationship being an important one.

Home Remedy- Soak 10 almonds over night in water. Hi here are 6 ways to gain weight healthily: 1. Eating 5 to 6 meals a day in order to gain weight, start eating 5-6 meals a day by breaking them into parts. Eating a lot at once may cause indigestion if the body fails to absorb all nutrients. Eat in small amounts, even if you are not hungry and there will be an increase in appetite from day to day. The aim should be to have a generously portioned breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as two to three snacks in between. 2. Start weight training if you build your muscles through weight training, it will convert the extra weight into lean body mass and also stimulate your appetite. The extra muscle increases the rate of metabolism. When you start exercising you will often experience extreme muscle soreness but it goes away in 3-5 days. 3. Load up on protein besides weight training, a protein-rich diet can help you gain mass. Eating a meal heavy in protein shortly after finishing exercise can be highly effective in adding extra pounds to your body. However, a diet focused only on lean protein is not helpful. It is important to make sure that your diet has plenty of fat in it. Eat foods rich in protein like cheese, meat, eggs, etc to gain weight in a healthy manner. 4. Workout your entire body a lot of people focus only on training the muscles on their arms, chest and shoulders and this is a grave error. Firstly, it will give you a disproportionate body; and it will make you prone to injuries. Therefore, it's important to work out the entire body for a complete and balanced look. 5. Drink your calories to reach the calorie requirement only by eating may be tough. Drinking milk, milkshakes or protein shakes with little or no sugar can be an effective way to load up on the calorie requirements. 6. Be patient and believe in yourself gaining weight quickly in a healthy manner is unrealistic. Every body type is different and it takes months to gain weight. Living healthy by eating the right diet will increase your strength. It is also important to keep following the routine even if you don't see any gains. Caution: junk food and fried foods must be avoided; although have a tendency to add more fat to your body but are very low in vitamins and minerals which are essentially required to keep you really fit. Related tip: the most powerful way to put on weight - snacking right.

Hi, you should go for brisk walk in the morning and evening. Do regular exercise atleast 15 minutes. Take lukewarm water with lemon in the morning. Take salad before meals. Drink more water in a day. Don't take rice at night and don't skip breakfast. Avoid junk food and oily food. Take small and frequent meals.

Go for brisk walk 45 minute daily. Take 3 cup green tea daily (jasmine flavour). Have diet rich in fruits vegetable salads & multigrain aata roti avoid rice, deserts, and fried stuffed. Drink 2-3 liters water in a day.

I got a query, if my body fat ratio is 16.2, it comes under normal then how could I've fat in my lower belly.
It is normal to have some fat of belly. Step 01: refined sugar 1. Avoid all snacks and commercial products with sugar in them - biscuits, cakes, bournvita, horlicks, coke, pepsi, energy drinks, sweetened yogurt etc. 2. Cut down on your daily intake of tea/coffee and maintain it at 3-4 cups a day. 3. Try to add little sugar to any beverage (coffee, tea, milk, lemon water etc.) that you have and ideally you should refrain from adding any sugar altogether. Step 02: get exercise and proper hydration 1. Try to work out for 20 minutes each day. You do not necessarily have to go to the gym. You can incorporate some pretty powerful exercises in your daily routine like - squats, skipping, surya namaskar and core exercises. 2. Drink 8-10 glasses of water everyday but remember that tea/coffee are not substitutes for pure water. Step 03: improve posture and sitting habits if you have a sitting job then ensure that you do not sit for more than 30 minutes at one stretch. Get up and move a little after every 30 minutes. Step 04: stop indulging and eat more of raw natural stuff 1. No more than 60 ml of hard liqour or 2 glasses of beer per day. 2. Try to eliminate the urge to overeat but if you do overeat try to limit the incidents to two times per week. 3. Eat 4 servings of fruits per day. 4. Each of your meal should contain 50% of raw vegetables. Once you incorporate the above points in your routine you will see a dramatic difference in your weight, physical shape and energy levels. You will find that there are a lot of companies out there that are trying to sell expensive products to naive consumers in the name of weight loss. These products may not necessarily be good for you. Losing and maintaining weight is something which is totally in your hands, it is easy and it is free of cost if you follow the above mentioned points.

Hello Doctor, I am working a Graphics Designer cum Event Manager at a Event Management Company. From 2 years I have put on a lot of weight which I had lost by dieting, walking and massages. The Main reason I am not able to reduce weight is time constraints and irregular food habits. I tried to put a strict diet plan and tried to eat on time. But due to work pressure could'nt so. I am not able to do walking or exercise. Can I reduce weight without disturbing my office life as it is the main source of income for my House. I am the sole breadwinner for my family of 4. Please help me

Eat foods high in fiber like watermelon cucumber green leafy veggies .Cut on fats,sugars,soda,Junk foods & soft drinks. Drink adequate amount of water. Whenever hungry grab on fruits or fiber biscuits keep them always in your bag. And yes exercise is a must but though there is a time constraint for most of them these days try following some of these. 1. Park your vehicle 5-10 min away from your premise and then walk. 2.Use stairs instead of using elevator always 3. Most of the times when on the phone walk around and talk instead siting at a place with best of health and happiness

Underweight is a term describing a person whose body weight is considered too low to be healthy. The definition usually refers to people with a body mass index (bmi) of under 18.5 a weight 15% to 20% below that normal for their age and height group. To tone your chest and belly, start with jogging. Then start lifting weights, it will tone up your upper body. For belly, do crunches daily. Adding suryanamaskar in your schedule will also be helpful to you. Do not forget to take a healthy diet

Hi lybrate-user, I will suggest you to do start doing 1 hr yoga or pranayam if you are not able to exercise and consult anybody personally (weight managment consultant) to lose. There may be any health issue precipitating which would have caused to gain that much. I can help you out in losing weight in a healthy way, but for that you need to be determined enough.

Supplements and medicines work in isolation with diet. To have muscular body you have to be careful about food food choices & protien intake. Include good sources of protein in your diet such ad low fat milk & milk products, soy & sprouts, lean meat, eggs, pulses along with supplements to achieve desirable goals.
