I have read in one of the post/question on Lybrate that use of Lemon Honey daily on an empty stomach is useful for losing weight and many others. I Want to know that how much warm water I use for it. Light warm is enough or I may use boiled water for it. For one glass one lemon and one Teaspoon of Honey is enough. Please guide me in this regard.

Hi Lemon Honey formula for weight loss - is just a myth... just like weight reduction pills and weight reduction belts. Such myths continue to spread because it gives a 'magical' solution to a complex problem. It seems like a nice convenient short cut which reduces all the efforts involved in running or gymming or diet etc. However it is not true. You have to realise that there is no instant solution available to this problem of weight. Actually weight is not the problem. Weight is the net result of overeating and under exercising. So we have to find solutions for over eating and under exercising. Once we aim for fitness and healthly eating, the weight will dissapear. You will feel lighter better, fitter, more confident. Go for natural solutions. Go for long term solutions. That will help you to live well and live healthy.

Too much gas typically is caused by the incompletely digested foods fermenting in the intestine. To prevent excess gas:

Limit gassy foods

The worst food items are beans and other legumes, wheat and wheat bran, cabbage, onions, Brussels sprouts, apricots, bananas, and prunes. Milk and other dairy products also can cause gas if you have reduced amounts of lactase, the enzyme needed to digest lactose, the main sugar in milk.

Eat fewer fatty foods

Fatty meats, fried foods, cream sauces and gravies tend to increase gas and bloating. They also can contribute to unwanted weight gain.

Limit sugar substitutes

Many healthy people don’t easily absorb sorbitol and mannitol contained in some sugar-free foods, candies and gums. The amount of sorbitol contained in five sticks of sugar-free gum can cause gas and diarrhoea in some people.

Consider products for lactose intolerance, if required

If you have trouble digesting milk sugar i.e. lactose, consider buying lactose-reduced or lactose-free products. Or choose products with the lactase enzyme, which can help you digest lactose.

A)Take 30 ml of aloe vera juice along with 30 ml of triphala juice and 30 ml of lukewarm water, at night before sleep...B) take 20 ml of fresh lemon juice before meals..C) eat 5 gms of black cumin seeds along with 30 ml of lukewarm water after meals...D) take 2-2 tablets of sutshekhar rasa and aarogyawardhini vati and chandraprabha vati after meals ……do all these things for 30 days…it gives you good result..consult to me for further suggestions….THANKS…

1.  Diabetes – Take 5 - 5 gram powder mixure of Amla, Turmeric and Guduchi ( Tinospora Cordifolia) with water twice a day.

2.  Pyorrhoea – Take 2 tabs Trifla gugal twice a day. Use Dashan sankar churna as tooth powder. Use Jatyadi tail or Irimedadi tail for gargle.

3.  Pleurisy – Take Pushkarmool churna 1 to 2 grams twice a day with honey. Keep heating with hot water bag or heating pad.

4.  Anaemia – Use Harde powder with cow urine twice a day.
