Here are some diet tips 1. Eat high fibre food avoids eating food in simple sugar form 2. Eat fresh fruits instead of fruit juices. Fruits are good source of fibre except banana mango, chiku. 3. Try to avoid deep fried food and oil containing food. Control your fat consumption in your routine diet 4. Avoid bakery products, sweets. 5. Have plenty of water at least 3 lt/day 6. At least half hour walk/day.

I am trying to gain weight. But I can't gain weight how I gain weight fast in one month.
The reason of not gaining weight are * improper diet * indigestion (disease of stomach, loose motions) * worms in intestine * thyroid disorder * diabetes *addiction (smoking or alcoholism) dear you can easily gain weight and get a healthy muscular body by following these best things - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid smoking & alcohol drinkg completely. 6. You can try protein powders like endura mass, milk powder, soya protein. And creatinine for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day. I assure you that you definitely gain weight fastly by following them. Be healthy

I suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. Start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2. Take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3. Triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4. Amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only your weight gain will take definitely note=avoid over eating. When you are trying to gain weight, you should eat food the rich in vitamins and minerals. 1. Healthy food includes meat, egg, milk, fruit vegetables, fruits, and nuts. Cashews, almonds, dates, walnuts, dry grapes, apricots, peaches are some of the dried fruits and nuts that can be added to breakfast, salads, cereal and desserts. Sesame seeds, ground nuts, and peanuts also contain fats in them and can help in adding that extra pounds you desire. 2. Sometimes loss of appetite may also cause weight loss. high cholesterol can cause atherosclerotic heart disease or narrowed coronary arteries in the heart can cause the symptoms of angina, when theheart muscle is not provided with enough oxygen to function. Decreased blood supply to the brain may be due to narrowed small arteries in the brain or because the larger carotidarteries in the neck may become blocked. This can result in a transient ischmic attack or stroke. Peripheral artery disease describes gradual narrowing of the arteries that supply the legs. During exercise , if the legs do not get enough blood supply, they can develop pain , called claudication . Other arteries in the body may also be affected by plaque buildup causing them to narrow, including the mesenteric arteries to the intestine and the renal arteries to the kidney. Avoid fast foods,oily foods,junk foods,alcohol,smoking,fatty foods, non-veg.,avoid stress, take green veg., whole grain. Take anti cholesterol medicines .

Dear lybrate user, pcod (polycystic ovarian disease) is a disese of hormonal imbalance. Due to imbalanace in the ladies hormones you get small multiple nodules in the ovaries which is the main cause of infertility. It is genrally shown in fatty ladies. Due to excessive fat your digestive system and blood purify sysytem leads to hormonal imbalance. For that. Avoid fast food, junk food, oily food, soicy food, rice, potato, etc heavy food. Take easily digestible food like green leafy vegetables etc. Drink at least 3 litres of water in a day. Regular do yogasana /pranayama / deep breathing exercise etc to reduce stress and anger. This is the most necessary in this case. You must try to manage stress and anger. 100 steps walking immidiately after meal. Take dinner 2 hours before sleeping time. Take enough sleep. Regular walking for an hour 5 days in a week. You must try your best to reduce your weight. Take. Breakfast = 7 am to 8 am lunch = 12 noon to 1 pm dinner = 8 pm to 9 pm. Pcod is a such life style disease. Now a days obesity and stress increase the numbers of patients of this disease. So it is necessary for you follow above all instructions.

Although laziness is common and a natural part of life, it has the potential to completely consume us. Laziness causes me you to feel trapped. No matter what  you do, you cannot seem to shake it off. You feel tired, you fall asleep constantly during the day, you sit around a lot and feel unable to be active, you avoid doing anything productive, and put on hold things that you want to accomplish. There are two kinds of laziness. First, there’s the kind where you have been working your head off for weeks and finally after all your hard work all you want to do is be lazy and do nothing. But then there’s the kind of laziness where you struggle to find motivation. Every time you think of something you would like to do or achieve, you cannot find the energy or drive to work toward it. This is the kind of laziness that is quite common.Being lazy is actually quite draining and depressing. Even the simplest task seems like a challenge. Here are some effective ways to overcome laziness. 1. Focus on just a few things at a time. We often create a big list of things that we want to do and achieve. Focusing on two or three things at a time will allow you to feel less overwhelmed. Instead, you will feel motivated, as your goals will now seem so much more achievable. People feel motivated when they feel they have a good chance of success. When success seems like it is just around the corner, suddenly you  get an amazing rush of energy where you feel liberated and excited to achieve bigger things. Set yourself two or three easy to achieve goals at a time, and you will notice that you will naturally gain inspiration and motivation. 2. Exercise. Exercise is the simplest way to overcome laziness. A lot of the time, we are lazy because completing a task seems too difficult. With exercising, you don’t have to figure anything out. You just have to make that one big decision to literally start moving your body (jump up and down, go for a run, or start doing lunges in your living room). You will find that you will become more willing to think about complicated things, such as working on a project or doing something that you have been avoiding. Exercise will help you break through that barrier of inertia and will help you feel motivated and more willing to put in effort. 3. Allow yourself time to relax and do the things you enjoy. Often you become lazy because a task seems too difficult. By relaxing and doing the things we enjoy, we allow ourselves to feel satisfied. When we are satisfied, we are more willing to take on bigger tasks and achieve bigger things. By relaxing and enjoying yourself, you also allow yourself to think about things, reflect, and feel inspired. 4. Diet. Laziness can be due to lack of stamina which can be due to poor nutrition. Poor nutrition can also cause lack of concentration. It is important to know that just eating two heavy meals a day will not fulfill your nutrient needs. Most often we skip meals especially when at work or in college. We start our day on empty stomach but our work or stress or activity is never reduced. This causes weakness and lack of energy levels. Food is our source of energy and if you don't eat well as per your needs you are going to get deficient in many nutrients. So, start by eating the right foods at the right time. Eat meals at frequent intervals. Eat a mid meal between each main meal. Avoid junk foods. Include dairy, eggs, nuts, fruits in your meals. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Sleep well.    Exercise at least thrice a week.

Protein supplements cannot hurt, right? We know you have questions about the efficacy and safety of protein supplementation and we are going to answer all your concerns right here. People all around the world spend billions of dollars on sports nutrition and protein supplements that can enhance their athletic performance and improve their looks. These supplements usually consist of whey, casein, soy, egg albumin, brown rice, cow milk, wheat, beef, pea, hemp, etc. and are available as ready-to-drink shakes, bars, gels and powders in a variety of flavours.

How are protein supplements good?

  1. Proteins are good for health as they help build muscle. They improve immune function too.
  2. Furthermore, protein may also help reduce blood pressure.
  3. Research has proved beyond a doubt that higher protein intake may help manage normal blood pressure and prevent complications due to hypertension.
  4. Consuming enough soy protein is also beneficial to cardiovascular health as it lowers triglyceride levels and LDL cholesterol levels. It also increases HDL levels.

Whey protein reduces obesity and enhances immunity as well as anti-oxidant activity. It also lowers blood glucose levels. Remember, training while taking whey supplements can enhance lean body mass, strength, and muscle size as whey is a complete protein containing all nine of the amino acids. Thus, these supplements are a good source of all the amino acids required by your body.

How are they bad?

  1. Protein supplements are not regulated by the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
  2. As the supplement market is unregulated, there is a major risk of use of inferior products and contamination with heavy metals and pesticides.
  3. Another reason protein supplementation is bad is because you don’t require so much protein, even if you are working out. The recommended daily intake of protein for healthy adults is just 0.75 g of protein/kg body weight. This means you need about 45 - 56 g of protein a day. Adult athletes need 1.5 g/kg body weight.
  4. But if you are on protein supplements, you may end up ingesting more protein than required. This can cause a buildup of ‘ketones’ bodies. And this in turn can cause ketosis. In simple words, ketosis can cause your body's pH to lower to dangerously acidic levels, leading to a state called ketoacidosis.
  5. This can lead to an inordinate load on your kidneys as they work overtime to get rid of ketones and this may lead to severe dehydration, particularly if you exercise heavily. And this can make you weak and dizzy, not strong.
  6. It can also give you a bad breath and other health problems like osteoporosis.

Last, but not the least, protein supplements contain extra calories. Extra protein required by you can be received without a problem by eating a protein rich diet. You don’t need protein supplements for this. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a doctor.

No. She must have missed the tablet ,reason she got pregnant. She can continue with pregnancy and I am sure that she has stopped taking the pill as soon as she learnt about pregnancy.Pills give high doses of hormones and some are good for the pregnancy.
