Hello, Sunlight exposure for at least 30 mins early morning will help. Include fortified vitamin D rich sources like dairy, whole grains,mushrooms,eggs,sunflower seeds,orange juices in you diet.

Your diet should be rich in proteins and carbohydrates i. E dairy products, non-veg, fruits (banana, dates, mango, anzeer) go for gym for 1 hour everyday. After this if your weight remain same. It means there is some hormonal imbalance you have to go for some medical test i. E thyroid profile.

TSh is an indication of thyroid hormone production and will not cause pain and if TSH is low or high you need to take medication as needed

Hello 1. Eat balanced and nutitioud diet which includes seasonal vegetables and fruits 2. Drink milk 3. Exercise daily all these things will help you to gain strength this needs your commitment and hard work best of luck.

Benadryl will not help lowering temp. You should take your pet to vet, because high fever is because of different reason like heat stroke, tick fever, infection etc.

u need to take a balanced diet stop irregular food avoid high glycemic foods drink water 4 ltr eat nuts limit quantity do exercise at least 1 hour

I am a college student and want to go to the gym ,as prescribed by trainers I should take much protein to get my tissues repaired sooner but it is not possible to take that amount of protein a day from natural food. So should I take artificial protein supplements such as that of optimum nutrition or dymatize? I want to ask if they have harmful effects to our body or not? And some food from which I can take 110-120 grams of protein daily?

Heart Health: Ayurveda to Reduce High Cholesterol

Ayurveda has remedies that can help you control cholesterol and improve heart health.

Cholesterol is something that the body needs to build and maintain cellular health. Technically it is known as a lipid and is a fatty or wax-like material that circulates in the bloodstream.
There are two kinds of cholesterol, and you have probably already heard about them, but they are:
LDL - this is the "bad" cholesterol that can cling to arterial walls and create blockages that result in strokes and heart attacks.
HDL - this is the good type that is going to actually protect you from heart disease.
We get cholesterol from our foods, but our bodies can also make it too. Hence this leads to high levels of cholesterol in the arteries.
In ayurveda- certain herbs, ayurvedic treatments and remedies can lower high cholesterol. These are:

- Garlic: Garlic is the most common herb that is used in Indian cooking and no dish tastes the same without it. Having two to three garlic cloves a day can break down bad cholesterol and free it from the arterial walls.
- Coriander: This green herb adds freshness, flavour and colour to any meal. Coriander is a diuretic that will flush out waste and even excess cholesterol.
- Tulsi: Tulsi disintegrates cholesterol from the arteries and washes it from the body.
- Guggul : Guggul is a sap from the Mukul myrrh tree. There are several products made from Guggul that helps to reduce high cholesterol.
- Arjuna or Terminalia Arjuna: Arjuna’s white bark has medicinal properties that dissolve cholesterol from the arteries.

To raise the blood consume more of green leafy vegetables.carrot.....fruits like pomegranate...guava...papaya...u can take iron tablets daily....but it would be better to first diagnose the type of anemia and cause for it...for that u have to get lab investigations done first

this can be due to many reasons such as hormonal imbalance, disturbed lipid profile, improper sleep, certain deficiencies in the body and many more, get your tsh, t3, t4 and lipid profile profile test done so to know the exact cause. Take proper sleep and drink lots of water and take balanced diet.

I feel sleepy and tired all the time even though I have enough rest everyday. Please help to overcome the problem.
This may be a result of improper or incomplete sleep in night. If so then proper sleep hygiene along a short term course of sleeping pills can help. But for the time being try doing few things 1. Do exercise for 30-40 mins daily 2. Avoid day time sleep 3. Avoid watching TV or smartphone after dinner 4. Drink plenty of water 5. Take simple non spicy food if you don't get any benefits, we can start medicines. Thank you and be healthy.

Please try to avoid exposure to smoke, dusts and air pollution as much as possible. A nutritive diet rich in vitamins & minerals including anti-oxidants is very important to support immune system. I would also suggest you regular breathing exercises which help you in a long run.

Maintain input out put ratio. Whatever you eat calculate calories that called input calories after that do exercise and burn some calories that is out put calories. Eat less exercise more weight will loos have a barley soup at dinner have a dinner at 8.00pm and sleep at 10---11.00pm. Avoid rice at night. Calories calculator you will get on google download it.

My mother aged about 83 years, now she takes only 1+1/2 roti daily in the morning. Afternoon only half cup of soji ganji, and night only half cup of ganji. How can I increase her food? daily I am observing weakness on her face and she started walking less.

Hi.You should give her sprouts like raw wheat , moong beans, fenugreek in morning.Keep overnight in water and give in morning with mixing little salt for taste.It's very good protein source and she will be fine soon.
