Yea, you can eat eggs throughout summers- they are good source of proteins and. Calcium and iron too. You can eat as many as 2-4 whites in a day, which will be equal to1-2 whole eggs. The number of eggs can be decided on one's condition, age and requirements at a particular age.

In type 1diabetes insulin doses keep on changing, she should under supervision of diabetologist and she should visit him at least twice a month. If she can afford she should go for insulin pump to control diabetes more effectively.

The best way to gain weight naturally is through good diet and exercise. For wt gain you must: 1. Take more of proteins like milk and milk products, pulses, soyabean and its products, eggs, chicken etc. 2. Carbohydrates rich diet with sufficient amount of fibre. 3. Intake of vitamins and minerals should be proper. 4. Intake of water should be 3-4 litres. 5. Take proper rest and sleep. 6. Avoid tensions. 7. Exercise is also very important along with a good diet. For proper guidance and to gain a healthy weight you must take a proper diet chart so that you can get the nutrients in proper quantity and good quality.

I am looking for weight gain. I am going to gym regularly from last two months and also gained 5 kg weight also. To gain weight you should eat more calories than you burn. Plus not only you have to eat calorie dense food but you have to keep in mind that what you are eating is healthy too. In the process of weight gain you do not want to put weight in an uneven manner and look unhealthy rather than looking bright and healthy. 1. Start with changing your lifestly. Start working out if you are not active. The biggest myth that prevails now a days is that thin people do not need to work out. This is wrong. When you challenge your body, it is forced to grow. But this growth can only be possible if you are eating enough food to let the body absorb and grow in size and muscles. 2. Eat Healthy – Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food, pepsi, sugary stuff etc. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 3 hours. This means you have to eat 6 small meals in a day. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. G. You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain. Try to be patient while you are on the process of weight gain. Results take time to show. Just follow this regimen and you will soon start seeing the results.

Dear Lybrate user, You should take Boiled ginger water daily. Add two tablespoons of organic apple cider vinegar to a glass of warm water. Mix in a little honey. Drink this solution daily on a regular basis. Let me know some more details so that homeo medicines can be started. Call back.

A) Take 30 ml of fresh lemon juice and ginger juice along with 30 ml of honey along with water early in the morning on empty stomach…. B) eat 1 TSF of AJOVA SEEDS along with 1 TSF of jiggery after meals…. C) do regularly VAJRASANA, SINHASAN and PAVANMUKTASAN regularly early in the morning on empty stomach for 15 minutes…. THANKS.

Anorexia, called aruchi in ayurveda is one reason. Enzymes responsible for digestion are not secreting well. The medicines containing herbs and minerals are very effective in mobilizing the secretion of enzymes and give you good feeling towards food. Initially have light small, small meals.

Hye. Thankyou for the query. You must take regular home made breakfast like roti vegetable or upma or poha or paratha or egg pav for breakfast. These foods are fiber and protein rich and give good fats to keep you full for long. Cereals are packaged foods, good for emergencies or when you are in a rush but not healthy on a daily basis. Let breakfast be within half an hour of waking up. Have a small breakfast in the break at school as well. Keep yourself hydrated. This will help you avoid excessive hunger pangs by lunch time. See that you do not skip lunch or replace it with some junk foods like samosa or burger or chips.

Dear to decrease ur weight you have to do work out daily...Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do Bhujang asana , Dhanurasana ,Naukasana, Kumbhakasana , Pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and spicy food..and Constipation.

Hi, do regular exercise, 2 glass water in the morning. Take 2 banana with warm milk in the morning. Eat soaked dry grapes or dates soaked in warm milk overnight. Include protein rich food in your. If you are non vegetarian include eggs chicken and fish in your diet. No drink before meals.

Diabetes. Taking Glycomet 500 SR 2 times a day (after breakfast and after dinner) for about 2 years (suggested by doctor). The blood sugar - fasting and pp (after stopping Glycomet on previous day) are as follows: 30-01-2015: Sugar Fasting 85 and PP 138 19-11-2014: Sugar Fasting 101 and PP 176 When the glycomet was continued and blood sugar is tested the results were as follows: 12-7-2014: Fasting 93 and PP 82. How long I should continue glycomet or can I reduce dosage to 1 per day? What are the side effects of glycomet?Age 73 years (Reitred Sr Citizen)

Yoy should go for 45 minutes brisk walk in the morning. Do regular exercise atleast 15 minutes to. Take 1 glass lukewarm water in the morning. Take sprouts and fruits. Take salad before meals. Don't take rice at night. Drink more water in a day avoid junk food.

Yes definitely. As according to ayurveda, night awaking in night will increase vaata in body & lead to dryness in system. So weight reduce & hair falling can occur. For solution, you can sleep in day but empty stomach. Use ghee in diet take ajvayan & jeera 1 1 tsp after meal do massage in nor with til oil use hot water for drink.
