Follow these best methods to easily gain weight and get a healthy body - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly for proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. Hi, move the person out of the heat and cool him or her by whatever means available, for example: put the person in a cool tub of water or a cool shower. Spray with a garden hose. Sponge with cool water. Fan while misting with cool water. Place ice packs or cool wet towels on the neck, armpits and groin. Cover with cool damp sheets. Let the person drink cool water or other nonalcoholic beverage without caffeine, if he or she is able.

Hello you should go for brisk walk in the morning. Do regular exercise atleast 20 minutes. Take 1 glass lukewarm water with half lemon in the morning. Don't take rice at night and don't skip breakfast. Avoid junk food. To reduce tummy, lie down on flat surface raise your legs with out bending your knees, do it for 3- 5 times. You need to eat frequent meals (6-7 times) other than the usual breakfast lunch and dinner take small snacks such as banana dates dryfruits and nuts etc. Drink a glass of warm milk with 4 dates every night before bedtime. Add proteins such as curd paneer eggs chicken or fish nuts to your diet.

Hello, you can take homoeopathic medicines 1. Belladonna 200 (4 drops in little water) thrice a day for 7 days 2. Carbo veg 200 (4 drops in little water) thrice a day for 7 days and revert. Do not worry dear its not a disease. these are the accumulated sperms that comes out naturally.. Take 1 tsf ashwgandha churna twice a day with milk./ 1 month.. Walk a mile after taking dinner. Always sleep in left lateral position. Avoid excessive intake of water before going to bed. Revert back after 15 days for further management.

Gd evening doc sahib. I am 23 years old female. I am having sprain in my foot after fall from stairs and doc has advised for ice packs. For how many days am I supposed to do ice packing?

If its sprain and you have swelling and pain, 4 things are important. Rest, ice, compression, elevation (rice). Take rest, don't put much stress on the affected leg. Use ice packs for 15-20 mins after every 1-2 hours. Apply a crepe bandage with uniform pressure over the swollen area, don't make it very tight or very loose and open it while sleeping and bathing. And keep the leg elevated (on a table or by using pillows)

First of all you should follow some basic thing 1. Avoid=hot and cold at time 2. Less the sugar as much as possible if you want to eat sweet take juggery which is black 3. Do not drink water after meal drink at the time of meal sip by sip up to 150 ml 4. Avoid late night sleep 5. Avoid to eat spicy food, besan, bekary food, overeating, junk food. 6. Every 3 day in month eat mung dal and rice for whole day.

Hello, it's good to reduce weight at right time as many problems are directly related to overweight! go through the following guidelines and implement them in your routine: management: 1: drink plenty of water (at least 2-3 l/d) or other calorie-free beverages. 2: be choosy about nighttime snacks. 3: enjoy your favorite foods. 4: have 6 meals per day - 3 main courses and 3 snack meals (snack meals should be healthy). 5: do regular exercises daily (start with light and later may be little vigorous). Exercise decreases the stress hormone in your body, burns calories and also increases the blood circulation. Preferably brisk walking, swimming, cycling, skipping. 6: eat seasonal fruits. Fruit helps to satisfy your sweet tooth thanks to its natural sugars, while fresh vegetables help you fill up more quickly. Fruits and vegetables contain fiber to help you feel full quickly. 7: eat more whole grains and cut simple carbs. Whole wheat bread, oatmeal, whole wheat pasta, sweet potato, and brown rice are all excellent sources of energy and sources of nutrition. 8: choose lean proteins instead of fatty ones. 9: cut the salt from your diet. Eating more sodium causes your body to retain water, which can cause you to feel bloated and gain more weight. 10: don't skip meals. When you skip meals, your body stops breaking down fat and starts breaking down muscle tissue. Muscle tissue burns more calories at rest than other tissues, so you're actually working against your goals 11: eat at home. Going out to eat makes it too easy to cheat. If you're attending a party or going out for a special occasion, allow yourself an indulgence. Just make sure that these indulgences don't become daily habits. 13: go for a health walk. Gear up yourself daily for a health walk which not only shed off your extra calorie, but also reduces the stress levels. 14: take small frequent breaks for a quick walk in between as sitting for long hours together encourages the accumulation of fat in the body! medication: start taking schwabe's phytolacca berry tablets/ thrice daily 1/2 an hr before the meals for 3 months. HI Lybrate USER…. 1) avoid oily, spicy, junk, fermented and stale foods…. 2) avoid late night sleeping habits …sleep upto 10-10.30 pm…. 3) avoid coffee and tea…. A) take 2 tsf of SHATAVARI KALP with 250 ml of lukewarm water, in the morning instead of break fast…B) take 60 ml of triphala juice along with 15 ml of honey and 1-1 tablet of VASANTKUSUMAKAR RASA and MOUTIKYUKTA KAMDUDHA VATI at night before sleep…. C) take 10 gm of FENNEL SEEDS along with 10 gm jiggery after meals…D) eat 4-5 seeds of ALMONDS during meals…do all these things for 30 days…it gives you good result…. She want a diet chart to lose weight without any weakness. She is doing night shift job 5: 30 pm to 3 am. After that 3 am to 4 am she go for gym directly in office only. She is having tropicana cranberry juice daily around 350 ml. Kindly suggest her what to eat and what not to eat. Also let me know about spice which are harmful to her.
