Looks to be a case of Diabetic Neuropathy. Check your sugar levels regularly. Include HbA1c levels too. See an Endocrinologist. Take good are of your feet. Wash them properly. Look for wounds periodically. Wear socks.

Its due to laryngeal problem due to irritation of vocal chords and I will suggest you to do betadine gargles with warm water eight hourly and get your self examined by a nearby ENT doctor

Take low calorie high protein low sodium diet. Take 5 meals in a day in frequent intervals. Do exercise regularly. Don't drink water immediately after meals.
