Hye, Thanks for the query. Firstly understand that weight gain is very dependent on genetics and metabolism along with your daily diet and exercise routine. It is important to know that just eating just two heavy meals a day will not help. Weight gain is all about taking more calories than you burn. Eating the right foods at the right time is very important. There is no one food that helps weight gain. Eat meals at frequent intervals. You need to eat at least 6 meals a day. Avoid junk foods. Include dairy, eggs, nuts, fruits, dry fruits, starchy vegetables, rice, bread, whole grain cereals, smoothies, masala milk, ghee in your meals. Just eating sugary, sweet foods is not good. Try to have healthy deserts. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Exercise at least thrice a week. It helps development of muscle mass and improves appetite. Even if you were to take just medicines or supplements they will not work in isolation. You need to have a calorie and nutrient dense meal and good exercise routine, it's crucial. You cannot stop pollution so try to stay healthy and cover your face with a buff or handkerchief in case travelling in pollution.

Weight machine comes with all options battery, electricity and springs all are good take any one As per your height your weight is almost normal Still you want to reduce weight Just avoid fatty and spices food and skip lunch with mild breakfast and dinner take warm water with lemon and honey 2 glass daily empty stomach walk for at least 4-5 km daily with mild exercise and diet control avoid non veg and fast food do exercise and take plenty of water and papaya every day.

No you will have to wear prescribed glasses for refraction error.. There are lasik surgery.. but they are no always a permanent solution.. Homoeopathic medicine helps upto certain extent mostly to stop the progress and may reduce upto certain extent...

I think your weight i almosst normal and you can reduceit only by 2-3 kg at the maximum . For iron deficiency try to take more Palak / Methi and other green veggies /almonds/legumes. In addition you need to take Citrous fruits like orange and apple. Daily take two glass nimbu paani. Wheat grass juice is best taken if you can grow it yourself at home and consume.

Best way to reduce fat is exercise and diet control....take pranacharya medohar rasayn twice a day....medohar guggul 2-2 twice a day....and pranacharya slim capsule 1-1 twice a day...avoid junk food...oily food...fermented food..alcohol consumption..sugar....milk products and sweets....take oats and cereals more..and do pranayama early in the morning and walk for atleast 45 minutes a day...and do exercises....dont sleep immediately after taking meal...

Wt r the food diet for diabetic. At menu should we consume daily in n.far meals n dinner.
A diabetic should follow this health plan: 1. Exercise daily (preferable brisk walk/yoga) for 1 hr. Have a whole fruit (guava/apple/papaya) & herbal tea- 1 cup before exercise. 2. Replace simple carbs-sugar, honey, jaggery, sabudana, refined grains (maida, biscuit, cake, white rice, white bread) with complex carbs- whole fruits esp with peel, vegetables & salads, whole legumes (sprouts, soyabean, rajma), whole grains (atta, dalia, suji, jowar, bajra, medua, oats, brown rice, atta bread). 3. Avoid junk/ processed/ ready to eat/ fried/sugary/ street foods, soft & hard drinks, energy drinks 4. Have small frequent meals at 2-3 hrs intervals 5. Avoid skipping meals 6. Have low fat (double toned) dairy products (milk/curd/channa). 7. Include methi seeds, chia seeds, karela, bhindi, aloe vera, dalchini daily. 8. Walk/cycle instead of hiring transport & take stairs instead of lift 9. Have balanced diet including all 5 food groups- whole grains, vegetables & salads, whole fruits, whole legumes, lean meat, low fat dairy, nuts & seeds 10. Use less oil for cooking. 11. Half your plate should be vegetables + fruit & salads, 1/4th grains, 1/4th protein (whole legume + lean meat-fish/chicken, low fat dairy) 12. Have less of banana, mango, watermelon, chikoo, litchi, dates, dry fruits. You may have these in combination with other fruits.

Add more protein in your diet like soyabean, sprouts, sattu with milk, eggs, milk and milk products. Combination of cereal and pulses. Peanut butter is another yummy remedy for gain weight. Do some basic workout every day. You can try whey protein powder after workout. No drink before and with meals. Take small meals in frequent intervals. lybrate-user, thanks for the query. Since there is no mention about blood glucose levels and HbA1c%, it is difficult to comment. People with diabetes have to take medicine for their whole life, these drugs are quite safe. They help patient live in a healthy manner. I did not understand the reason for phobia. Please do come back with the reason for that. For diabetes other than taking modern drugs there is no medicine in any other practices, even though a lot of claims are made. Thanks.

Hello sir, I agreed with the lybrate-user. Kalyani's advice but I want to add one more important point in that and thats 1) try to avoid long standing position as much as possible 2) use the compession stockings 3) use the pneumetic compressive therapy if available at your near by physio centre.

Ok. First as you play games so that you should take extra care of your health. Many reasons are there for lower hemoglobin level. The main cause is nutrient deficiency like folic acid, iron, vit c and b12.(1) take iron rich foods like tofu, lentil, spinach, dates, almond, liver, red meat, shrimp, fortified breakfast cereals, oyester etc. You can take also a iron supplement.(2) take citrus foods as it helped in iron absorption (3) take folic acid rich foods like green leafy vegetables, sprouts, wheat germ, peanut, banana, broccoli, liver, rice, dried beans etc. Also you can take supplement.(3) beetroot is known for increase hemoglobin level. It is rich in iron, folic acid as well as vitamin, minerals.(4) apple also helps to maintain normal hemoglobin level. It is rich in iron and many other healthy nutrients. And to weight gain (1) don't drink water before and during meals (2) do yoga and free hand exercise (3) add cream with your tea/coffee (4) eat more foods (5) use bigger plate (6) drink milk (7) use weight gainer shake (8) 2-3 banana each day (9) take dry fruits more (10) take quality sleep.

Start doing a jooging regime every alternative days and jog for 45 minutes, do this for 3 months. Secondly to burn the fat near your chest you need to burn the fat otherwise it will turn into gynecomastia (male breast). Exercises to do: skipping start from 100 everyday and target 2000 skips in a day (non stop all at once) in 20 minutes. Secondly. Start doing pushups everyday, target 100 pushups in 4 sets the task is challenging but if you could do it you will be amazed by the results.

Mr. lybrate-user, Diabetes affects small and large blood vessels. Affection to small blood vessels causes multiple problems including erectile dysfunction. This can happen even with well controlled glucose levels. But if persistent hyperglycemia is there then ED is bound to occur.
