Hi i am 23 years old. But l have very low weight about 45 kg. And l feel always weakness. Then what should I do to increase my weight and feel better.
I am 21 years old girl and I had been suffering from diabetes since 5 years. I have decided to get married in 23 or 24. Suggest me something about my health to avoid future problems regarding my health and my future children's health to avoid diabetes to them.
What rule should a diabetic patient follow. I mean that which fruit n vegetable he should eat and which fruit n vegetable he should avoid. Plzz ansr me.

Weight gain is a complex situation. As you would have witnessed, despite being on a diet, reduced food intake, intense workout and exercise, herbal/nutritional supplements, losing weight may be difficult. That's because body weight is regulated by a mechanism called metabolism which in turn is controlled by hormones.
Metabolism in short means breaking down of complex foods into simple components. So food, as we eat, is broken into carbs, proteins and fats. Extra carbs are turned into fats for future use. So if too much carbs are taken, by default you are strong too much fat. But if you have corrected your diet then ideally you shud be losing weight. When that doesn't happen, it indicates that there must be an underlying problem with metabolism.
Here's what you/anybody trying to lose weight must do.
- Check for thyroid levels.
- Check sugar levels.
- If you are having menstrual problems, chances of hormonal imbalance are higher which could cause weight gain. Consult a doctor. Who will advise an ultrasonography?
- Continue the diet
- Continue physical activity.
- Do not try to lose more than 2 kgs a month - you will bounce back higher.
- Please note thyroid and sugar tests may be negative initially - they take a long time even 2-3 yrs to finally appear in reports, despite patients having symptoms of the condition.
Last but not least, in fact very imp, be happy since stress is the only initial trigger to cause disturbances in body's functions.

I had sex with my partner but we used protection. But now after a week I feel as if I am getting fat. My breast size is increasing and tips are always hard and I have abdomen pains too. I am having diabetes for past 10 years. Fasting sugar is between 95-105. Post lunch is 140-160. Recently I checked Hba1c -5.8! In the month of August it is 6.9. Serum creatinine is 1.2. In the month of August it is 0.9. Seems to be kidney damaging. How to prevent.

Morning empty stomach after drinking some water and getting freshed after 30 minute I take 8 almond ,8 cashew and som pistach and a medium apple. Then after taking breakfast after 20 minute I feel very urge to poop. And that is very loose and green black a little greasy to but only once. Do Spent At least 15 to 30 minutes per day in Regular Timings Everyday With your Loved Hobbies (if not do Cultivate ) like Gardening Playing with Pets watching Aquarium reading Interested Books positive Chatting With Loved ones Playing/Listening Music etc, would be helpful in Enhancing the Soothening of Mind
