Hello Pallobi Welcome to Lybrate White liquid secretion after your periods its normal. If it can not make your vaginal are itch or burn. If it smells, itching or burning causes such infection and for that you should have to consult gynecologist or Ayurveda Doctor. Sometimes by travelling, Hard work, tiredness can cause white discharge. It needed to take high nutritional food and should have to avoid junk food and outside food. Otherwise, its normal and not to worry.

1.Do regular aerobic exercise like brisk walking/jogging/running/cycling/swimming for 1 hour daily 2.Reduce weight 3Control diet 4.Avoid sweets,sugar,oily,fatty, excess calorie/cholesterol,saturated fat and carbohydrate rich diet. Take green leafy vegetables/fruits/salads.Drink plenty of water. Avoid Junk food, Bakery items like pizza/Burger/Cookies, soft drink,alcohol etc 5.Do yoga,pranayama, deep breathing exercise

Advice... Avoid sitting Cross legged. Avoid Squatting- Quadriceps Exercises- Lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core Strengthening Exercise- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams Stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports Taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area Contrast Fomentation (Hot and Cold).

One of the simplest home remedies Natural home made face scrub using oatmeal, almonds, honey and milk: 1. Take ½ bowl of powdered oatmeal 2. Add 6-7 crushed almonds 3. Add 2 tbsp honey 4. Hye.  Thank you for your query. You can follow a few tips to reduce belly fat. Eat less sugar. Eat healthy fats like ghee, nuts, dairy. Avoid white carbs like white bread, maida, biscuits, polished white rice. Drink 2 to 3 liters of water daily. Manage stress. Increase intake of green leafy vegetables. Eat lean protein in each meal like dals, pulses, sprouts, curd. Have warm water early in the morning. Exercise at least thrice a week.

Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. For getting thyroid test doen there is no restriction of getting it done on empty stomach. But for lipid profile fasting of over 10 hours is necessary. Otherwise triglyceride levels get disturbed. EVen for thyroid it is said TSH should be best tested before 10 am. Thanks.

Hi gain weight you need to combine a balanced eating pattern with regular physical activity. You should be eating at least 6 small meals a day, rather than sticking to 3 square meals. You could divide it as 3 main meals and 3 snacks. You need to be eating every 2-3 hours. Space out snacks during the day so you don't spoil your appetite. Bread, cereal, rice, whole wheat, dalia and pasta: biscuits, and corn-bread are good sources of carbohydrates. Fruits: dried fruits, fruit nectars, and large quantities of fresh fruits vegetables: include, potatoes, peas, corn in your diet. Meat, poultry, fish, dry beans, eggs, and nuts: beef, pork, lamb, poultry, salmon, omelets, nuts, peanut butter, kidney beans, chickpeas will help you gain weight. Include dairy products like milk, yogurt, and cheese: milk, fruited yogurts, hard cheeses, ice cream, puddings, custards, milkshakes. -nuts and seeds make a healthy option for snacks. -roasted channas and peanuts are good -peanut butter on the sandwiches are a great mid-meal choice. -you must know that cereals actually contain some healthy calories. Stay hydrated: drinking plenty of water and other fluids like juices, milk, soups etc, will work in your favour. Do not drink water before a meal and in between the meal as it may make you lose your appetite, thus calorie intake suffers. Sleep: at least 8 hours of sound sleep is a must. Since your body is actually building up muscles, while you rest. Weight gainers have long term side effects.

First you should follow low calories food for weight loss. * in morning, take 1-2 chapattis with a bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of lemon water with it *in lunch you can take a bowl of raw vegetables like carrot, radish, tomatoes, turnip or beetroot. *in evening, you can take a cup of green tea only with some pieces of friuts like apple, pineapple, pear. Avoid taking banana or mango. *in dinner, you can take vegetable soup or a bowl of cooked vegetables. But do not take potato, sweet potatoes. * you can take a cup skimmed milk 4 times a week only during day time. * work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. Follow these exercises in the morning - * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories and the calories deposit in body in the form of weight if not utilised. * you can take medohar guggalu 1 tablet daily for quick weight loss but only under the guidance of ayurveda expert. Hello, My age is 59 years. Nowadays when I go for walk early morning I get tired in very less time. This is happening from past 1 week I had been diagnosed for blood pressure and sugar. However as per last test 3 months back everything is at level. I am not taking any medicine for that as it remains always normal Please guide for the possible reasons in this case.

Hye. Thankyou for the query. Firstly you must know that being a diabetic you are actually not getting enough energy due to lack of glucose entering your cells. You need to plan a good diabetic diet to help body receive the right nutrients. Secondly, going for a walk empty stomach early mornings is the most common and dangerous mistake most people make. You must never undertake any strenuous activity empty stomach. Eat an early balanced dinner so that your digestion is complete by morning and have a fruit or dairy 15 minutes before you go for your exercise. Stay hydrated during and after workout. Your diet may be needed to be planned depending on your blood glucose levels. Lastly, never exercise if your blood sugar and blood pressure is high.

Mr Balakrishna, If your blood sugar is in good control (fasting close to 100 mg and PP around 160 mg/100 ml and HbA1c <7%), then consume good deal of green leafy vegetables, salads and fruits about 100 g a day. Avoid sweets, deep fried foods, junk foods and pastries. Avoid red meat and egg yolk. Always use whole grain flour for making roti and chapati, no maida. Avoid high fat cheese, butter, ghee and other saturated fats. In addition exercise regularly for 1 hour a day or more. Avoid smoking and alcohol completely.

Eat a high carbohydrate and high protein diet with adequate amount of fat. This will help you to put on muscles. Try to incorporate the following things in your diet along with having a normal diet what you have. Drink 750 ml- 1 litre whole milk everyday. You can have milk plain or in form of shake or in form of curd, paneer and other milk products. Banana shake is very helpful for increasing weight and strength. Have 2-3 whole eggs daily in your diet. You can have it in the form of curry/omelette/bhurji/katti rolls or any other form.

Hye. Most whey proteins should be 100% whey isolate or concentrate. They are not recommended if they are with steroids added. Proteins are to be added only if your body is deficient or your needs are high or else no amount of quality will benefit.

I am on 16 units of huminsulin 30/70 in the morning and 12 units in the evening. Also glycomet 500 mg after Breakfast and after dinner. Started insulin 3 months back as glcoslated was 10.2. Now fasting and pp is within range. Is this combination OK?
