First you should follow low calories food for weight loss. * In morning, take 1-2 chapattis with a bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of lemon water with it *In Lunch you can take a bowl of raw vegetables like carrot, radish, tomatoes, turnip or beetroot. *In evening, You can take a cup of green tea only with some pieces of friuts like apple, pineapple, pear. Avoid taking banana or mango. *In Dinner, you can take vegetable soup or a bowl of cooked vegetables. But do not take potato, sweet potatoes.* You can take a cup skimmed milk 4 times a week only during day time. * Work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, You can try skipping for 15 minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. Yes type 2 diabetic can always have baby. Than dont require extra effort for baby but they need to control there blood sugar strictly so that baby is not harmed due to high sugar and they will require insulin during pregnancy as medicine can harm baby.

Do regular exercise like brisk walking (at least), running, swimming etc. avoid sedentary and lazy lifestyle.Lunch ? Salad of raw vegetables such as carrot, beet, cucumber, cabbage, tomatoes. In case you do not digest raw vegetables, either steam or boil them. Whole grain bread or whole wheat chapattis (Indian recipe) and a glass of buttermilk. It will be good to add some roasted cumin seeds, green coriander leaves, a little salt and some grated ginger in the butter milk.

Hye. Unlike other infections, antibiotics alone will not usually cure an abscess. In general an abscess must open and drain in order for it to improve. Sometimes draining occurs on its own, but generally it must be opened by a doctor in a procedure called incision and drainage (I&D). Abscesses are caused by obstruction of oil (sebaceous) glands or sweat glands, inflammation of hair follicles, or minor breaks and punctures of the skin. Germs get under the skin or into these glands, which causes an inflammatory response as your body's defenses try to kill these germs. If the abscess is small (less than 1 cm or less than a half-inch across), applying warm compresses to the area for about 30 minutes 4 times daily may help. Do not attempt to drain the abscess by squeezing or pressing on it. This can push the infected material into the deeper tissues. Do not stick a needle or other sharp instrument into the abscess center, because you may injure an underlying blood vessel or cause the infection to spread. Call your doctor if any of the following occur with an abscess: You have a sore larger than 1 cm or a half-inch across. The sore continues to enlarge or becomes more painful. The sore is on or near your rectal or groin area. You have a fever of 101.5°F or higher. You have a red streak going away from the abscess. You have any of the medical conditions listed above. Go to your doctor if any of these conditions occur. Some home remedies, Take turmeric as a drink, making a tea by adding 1 or 2 tsp. Of the powder to milk or water, and drinking that concoction three times a day, and drinking it for three days. Another suggestion is to mix turmeric with milk or water to make a paste and apply it to the boil directly. Drinking the tea will clear the internal infection, and the paste will clear up the boil itself; you can use both methods at the same time. You can slice a 1-inch thick slice off a raw potato and secure it to the boil with tape. The potato draws the poisons from the abscess. Using scrapings of raw potato wrapped in gauze and applied to the boil works well, too.

Firstly, start doing surya namaskar in morning and start eating triphla chooran (natural medicine) in morning empty stomach with luke warm water. Start a fruit dieting every alternative day, means you have to eat fruits every alternative days & normal fruit every other alternative days. Avoid late night dinners and try to eat nothing after sunset. Sit in vajrasana after every meal you eat for 10 minutes. Walk atleast 30 min in morning.

Meditation is something which is to be done to bring mind to a hault/pause. You need to sit in a room / place where there is no noise. Secondly, the seat should be comfortable. Its preferebale to sit in folded legs on floor/ bed with back straight and upright. You can modify your sitting place as per your comfort. The place should not be having shining lights. Finish all your chires, switch off your mobile and sit. Now concentrate on your breath first. How it comes, how it goes. Flows from your chest to throat to nose and out. Concentrate on this for few minutes. Later, concentrate on the eye centre, the place where ladies out bindi. Keep concentration there only. If any other thoughts come, stop them and concentrate. Sex during pregnancy - is it safe?

If you're pregnant, you may be curious or worry whether it's safe to have sex and how you can go about it. The good thing is, it's perfectly safe to have sex during pregnancy. You might find that your sex drive is uncontrollable during your pregnancy you may go through phases of being very sex driven, and then phases of not wanting sex at all so it's important to know about sex during pregnancy and what you can expect.

While sex is safe for most couples during pregnancy, the most difficult part may be having sex in a way that's enjoyable and comfortable for you particularly if you're far along with your pregnancy. It can take a little time to explore and experiment together to work out what's comfortable and pleasurable for you both, especially if you have a bump in the way! your breasts might feel tender, and it may be uncomfortable if your partner penetrates too deeply, so it might be better to lie on your sides with your partner behind; this way he won't put any pressure on your bump but can penetrate and stimulate you at the same time.

You can also:
- straddle your partner as he lies on his back. This way, there is no pressure on your belly and you can control the pace.
- lie side by side with your partner facing your back, and entering you from behind.
- support yourself on your knees and elbows, and have your partner kneel and enter you from behind.

Be aware that it's common for women to experience some bleeding during intercourse whilst pregnant, especially in their first trimester. This is cause by the normal swelling of capillaries in the cervix, which can burst when irritated during sex. Spotting (random spots of blood) is generally nothing to worry about, however you should mention it to your midwife just to let her know if this does happen. However, if you are ever losing a lot of blood, you should consult your doctor immediately and get checked out at the hospital.

It's important to talk about sex with your partner. Your partner's desire for sex may equally increase or decrease during your pregnancy, and be aware that he might feel very cautious about having sex with the fear of hurting you or the baby, so be sure to communicate what feels good and positions that you're comfortable with. Try experimenting with different sexual positions to find ones that suit you both. It may take time to get used to it, particularly as your bump grows bigger, however there is no reason why you should stop having sex just because of your pregnancy.

If you have any queries or worries, the best thing to do is consult your midwife or doctor and they can offer guidance and reassurance about sex during your pregnancy.

· Eat sweet,bitter,astringent,cold foods when there is good appetite.

· Take medicated bitter ghee.

· Utilize rice,barley,wheat,green gram,jaggery,grapes,gooseberry,honey .Eat food that are easily digestible.

· Cow’s milk,ghee,kheer,raisins and black grapes are especially recommended foods in this season.

· Eat in moderation as digestive fire is weak in this season.

· Clothes should be loose and light coloured.



· Avoid taking sun bath.

· Avoid sleep during daytime.

· The rays of the moon are beneficial to the health in this season  only in the evenings.They are exceedingly cool in the night and hence may be harmful in the night.

· Avoid pungent,sour,salty foods,curd,oils and alcohol.

· Avoid kshara based food and overeating.

· Avoid fried,spicy,sour,asafetida,red chillies,sesame seed oil,mustard oil,millet,corn,ginger garlic,onion,tamarind,mint leaves,cucumber,fenugreek seeds,ladies finger,brinjals,urad dal,groundnut.
