For gaining body weight you should increase your eating.Take more food more frequently.Take bigger plate.Use whole cream milk.Add butter,cream,cheese,jam,jelly with food.Use weight gainer supplement.Eat more dense vegetables,fruits,unrefined foods.Eat more protein in diet.Add extra healthy fat in cooking.Take more banana,chikoo,dates,mango,almond,walnut,seeds.No water before or during meals.Avoid fast foods,junk foods as far as possible.Avoid smoking,alcohol,Regular free hand exercise for healthy body and proper sleep

When you get acidity use cold milk without sugar (milk kept in fridge these days not with ice) or have vanilla icecream 1-2 scoop or have 12 watersoaked almonds any of this will help from getting relief from acidity to reduce start your day with lukewarm honey and lemon water take as much water as you can avoid spicy, oily, sweets etc

Hello, you should take regularly healthy diet without skipping any meal. Also take banana with worm milk, ghee, foods which is rich in carbohydrate n vasa. And do yoga which is very helpful.

Excess weight is result of excess food and low activity. Excess weight is also a result of food addiction. Addiction to Junk food, fast food, Sugars, Fried stuff. Snacks etc. Step No 1 - Replace all high calorie snacks with Fruits, Salads, Cucumber etc. Step No 2 - Find at least 30-40 minutes for intensive exercise daily. Step No 3 - Pull out your younger age photos and stick them to your cupboard and promise that you will get back to your fit self. 4. Don't look for Slow -Fast reduction. Just keep doing the right things and weight will go off. Whether it takes one year or four years. Progress is progress. 5. Walk more wherever possible. Climb steps. Climb hills. Stay active and you will be fitter and younger.

Natural methods to increase our height are all based on sound scientific methods and they do work if we follow them. Proper Diet and Nutrition: • Liver • Green vegetables • Potatoes • Nuts such as almonds and peanuts • Chicken • Beans • Peas • Fruits like apples and bananas Milk and dairy products Proper diet and nutrition play an extremely important role in improving our height. . A well balanced diet which is rich in calcium, phosphorus, iodine and magnesium is extremely important for proper growth. For these minerals to be assimilated in our body we must refrain from junk food and food that contains trans-fats as these interfere with the absorption of the minerals and nutrients which are needed for our growth. Well I am 49 yes old.I am a diabetic for the past 2yrs. I am quite overweight by now. My weight is 85 kg.I am a pure vegetarian. I don't have any bad habits. I lost my business 2 times. It was a huge loss. Moreover now I don't have any business. I am idle right now. It gives lots of stress. Due to overcome stess I just to escape from stress I eat more. Iam finding it difficult to overcome eating more and quite often. I am very irregular in my exercise routine. How can I get weight correct and increase my health? Because of my weight I am having severe knee pain.How can you help me in this situation?

You have to persist with a low carbohydrate and low fat high protein diet. Stop all cereals, sugar, bakery products and desserts. Take lots of fruits and green vegetables and salads. Go for an hour long walk every day. If you don't loose weight soon you will develop high BP. You may need Bariatric Surgery to help you with sustained weight loss. Take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me privately for detailed diet plan.

It is not a good idea of Increasing intake of junk foods and fatty foods to gain weight. You should be eating calorie dense yet nutritious food. Your calorie intake should come from foods that are healthy for you. The weight gaining diet should include high protein foods, high carbohydrate foods and healthy fats. Include these in your diet. Breakfast: Banana and milk or banana shake or smoothie, whole-grain toast, fruits, nuts. Eat more fruit and drink less juice. Do not take milk mixed with ghee . It is not healthy. Lunch: Roti or chapatti or wholegrain bread, rice, green vegetables, paneer, dal, chole recipe, black-eyed beans (lobia), rajma, whole wheat pudding (dalia), etc Dinner: Similar to lunch In-between meals:: fruit, sandwich, yogurt (curd), milk, cheese, salad Avoid deep fried snacks like samosa (samosa recipe), pakodas, bhujia etc. Avoid fast foods . 1. Protein is the key for the muscle building. Without adequate protein, muscle gain and growth is not possible because weight training demands for amino acids (which comes from protein). You should daily eat about 2.2g of protein per kilogram of your weight. For example, if you are 50kg , then you should eat 50x2.2=111g of protein spread over 5-6 meals in the day. Include high protein foods in your diet. Your protein intake should be from foods rather than from supplements. Good protein foods: beans,soybeans, whey, fish, dairy products (low fat variety), meats, nuts and seeds (almonds, peanuts, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds), peanut butter. Many of these are easy digestible foods. Milk is one of the best muscle foods. The milk contains two high quality proteins, about 80 percent whey and 20 percent casein. Whey is quickly broken down into amino acids and absorbed into the bloodstream. Whey is very good to consume after workout. Casein is digested more slowly and provides the body with a steady supply of protein for a longer period of time. Cheese is concentrated milk, so it is high in protein and calcium, fat and cholesterol. Include healthy skim yogurt in your diet, which can give you as much as 120 calories. 2. Eat custard apple (Saripa, Sitaphal) to put on some weight. This fruit is high in calorie. 3. Healthy fats: Avoid fatty foods. Most mothers, especially in India give too much ghee or butter to their children, thinking they will put flesh fast. But ghee is mostly saturated fat which is not a healthy fat for any body. Healthy fats are monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats and omega-3 fatty acids. Good fats: cold pressed oils (olive, sunflower, linseed, canola ). 4. Drink pure fruit juice. It is full of sugar and added nutrients so it is a healthy and nutritious way to gain some pounds. 5. Complex carbohydrates are also needed for gaining weight.. Corn bread is also full of carbohydrates, one piece gives approximately 328 calories. Potatoes are rich sources of carbohydrates and complex sugars, eat baked or as grilled potatoes. Pasta is a calorie rich cereal carbohydrates. 6. Eat bananas. These are rich in carbs and nutritious, one banana contains approximately 100 calories. 7. Some people think that drinking beer helps, but it is not true, it accumulates in your abdomen, making it fatty. 8. Don't take protein supplements for gaining muscles. Consult your doctor for protein supplements. 9. Non Vegetarian Foods Some of the non-vegetarian foods that help increase weight are given below: 1. Red Meat lean ground beef, lean steaks. 2. Pork, ham, lamb 3. Fish: Eat two portions of salmon, cod, or tuna every day. 4. Shrimps: The nutrients and necessary acid content present in shrimps gives healthy calories. 5. Turkey 6. Chicken breast Chicken breast, is supposed to be the healthiest and non-fat part which has approximately 78 calories for each serving. 7. Whole eggs: Eggs are loaded with protein, vitamins A,D and E.
