Don't drink water before meals. This can fill your stomach and make it harder to get in enough calories. Eat more often. Drink milk. Try weight gainer shakes. Use bigger plates. Add cream to your coffee. Take creatine. Get quality sleep. You need to take a balanced diet.

Hello, Reason behind recommending warm milk in the night time is it induces good sleep. The best time to consume milk is afternoons or night, and prefer low fat milk for better digestion. Around 150-200 ml of milk can be consumed in the normal cases, provided you do not suffer from any ailments.

Hello There is no specific diet recommended clinically to cure amebiasis. However, you can follow some dietary changes to cleanse your system of all kinds of intestinal parasites. Hye. There are no health benefits of alcohol. What little bit of antioxidant you may get from wine does not justify it's intake. You can have many other foods that are healthy give you many more nutrients as well as antioxidants.

Let me know your food intake details. The best diet is one which is healthy and well balanced with foods from all the food groups, and one which is varied and that you can stick to weight loss on some diets can be dramatic in the short term, but there's more of a chance of rebound weight gain. Set yourself a realistic target and aim to lose between (0.5-1.0kg) a week I strongly accommodate the patient's own preferences without the patient feeling that they are on a diet not compromising the weight management goals. Don't fall for self dieting or fad diets available online they have harmful effects in the long run, if you lose a lot of weight very quickly, you may not lose as much fat as you would with a more modest rate of weight loss. Instead, you might lose water weight or even lean muscle tissue, since it's hard to burn that many fat calories in a short period. After assessing your personal challenges to weight loss, one can recommend a strategy to gradually change habits and attitudes that have sabotaged your past efforts. Also the overall objective should not be to drastically reduce weight but doing it gradually and help rebuild body tissues and to maintain ideal body weight.

Diet management and exercise/walking for atleast 45 minutes daily. Avoid fried foods and junk foods. Limit rice and add plenty of vegetables like cabbage, cucumber, cauliflower to the diet. Also check the thyroid values and confirm along with sugar values for further advice.

Hye. Add to your diet lots of fruits and vegetables to ensure that you’re getting plenty of nutrients. Many fruits and vegetables contain antioxidants like vitamin C, which also offer anti-inflammatory actions that can reduce your wheezing. A diet enriched with vitamin C-containing fruits may be especially helpful in reducing wheezing. Include all nutrients in balance. Also include healthy fats like nuts, ghee, oily fish etc. Protein rich foods like pulses, sprouts, nuts, eggs in the diet. Avoiding caffeine, salt and sugar can help reduce wheezing and other symptoms. A vegan diet that excludes, meats and all other animal-derived foods could also help. In some people, food additives can aggravate flu like symptoms like wheezing as well. If you suspect that your wheezing is due to some kind of allergic reaction, eliminating the food allergens from your diet can alleviate your symptoms. Drink good amount of water. Sleep well.

Hi The neck pain could be due to spondylitis or due to weak muscles as you have said. It is better to take second opinion from another doctor. If it is still due to muscles only then it could be due to excessive computer / laptop use. Please check out on the net how to sit properly in front of computer. Also you can do Yoga exercises for reducing the neck pains. There are lots of them on Youtube.
