i suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2.take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3.triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4.amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only your weight gain will take definitely note=avoid over eating ...... When you are trying to gain weight, you should eat food the rich in vitamins and minerals. 1. Healthy food includes meat, egg, milk, fruit vegetables, fruits, and nuts. Cashews, almonds, dates, walnuts, dry grapes, apricots, peaches are some of the dried fruits and nuts that can be added to breakfast, salads, cereal and desserts. Sesame seeds, ground nuts, and peanuts also contain fats in them and can help in adding that extra pounds you desire. 2. Sometimes loss of appetite may also cause weight loss. So you should take following remedies improving weight A]triphala kadha 4tsp before lunch and dinner B]amala juice 4 tsp + sugar 2 tsp+ honey 2 tsp empty stomach in the morning umami flavor increases satiety and enhances appetite. Due to improving hunger and digestion whatever you will eat more and even you eat more it will digest properly and your weight will increase naturally without any supplement

start with any exercise. take banana and milk with honey in the morning include milk and dairy products in your diet. egg is also a good source of protein. take seasonal fruits and vegetables. try to have more of liquids and juices in your diet.

Hai, Im 25 years old 155cm and 60kg, I want to reduce my weight my body structure is not like normal woman. My bicep, butt and thighs are big can not reduce that parts. And I tried to do exercise but can not able to do I dnt not have stamina power and also correct immunity power feeling tired very fast one day I fell down when im doing excerisice. Please give some tips to reduce my body and get good health.

Hi this can be done in a few steps: eat less chapatis, less rice, i. E. Less carbohydrates. Take more pulses and pulses products. Eat fresh fruits and vegetables. Avoid taking creamed milk and milk products. Also avoid eating fried foods, junk foods, canned foods, etc. Must take salad with your every main meal. Drink plenty of water. Take green tea instead of normal tea but not more than twice a day. Walk at least for half an hour after dinner at night. Take exercises daily as it helps in better absorption of food.

In the realm of ayurvedic medicine, ginger is considered as a wonder root. Its medicinal purposes are many and it never fails to heal some of the most common to the more serious diseases. Ginger can be consumed raw, with other foods, or in a paste form. It is regularly used in most of the dishes that you consume on a daily basis because of its medicinal values. Here are some of the most important values that ginger has, due to which it is considered to be one of the most cherished remedy in ayurveda.

Anti-histamine properties: often people get allergies to dust, pollens, dirt, and other impurities in the air. These allergies can be prolonged and the person suffers a lot. When you experience a bout of allergy, it is best to consume ginger in any form. Its anti -histamine properties help in reducing the allergic reaction and relieve the patient of the sufferings.
Stimulates digestion: ginger is a regular herb used in every meal - mostly in the form of paste and at times as chopped pieces. This is because it aids the release of bile juices from the gall bladder, which in turn promotes smooth digestion.
 

Cancer: according to the researches carried out at michigan university, it has been concluded that ginger powder has the ability to kill many cancer-causing cells. It is specially recommended to be consumed by medical practitioners if you suffer from lung, prostate, ovarian, and breast cancer.

 

Morning sickness: at times, you experience morning sickness with a heavy head and a bout of nausea. This mostly occurs when you are pregnant. In such circumstances, consuming ginger provides the necessary vitamin b6 to your body. This helps you to stabilise your condition in the morning and reduce weakness, laziness, and nausea.
 

Inflammation: ginger root has anti-inflammatory properties, which help in reducing inflammation of any kind in the body. This means that whenever you have any kind of inflammation, you are asked to consume ginger so that the swelling and pain subsides to a considerable amount.
 

Menstrual cramps: cramps are very common in women during their menstruation. To reduce the pain and cramps, ginger tea is often given to them. It is said that consuming ginger regularly during periods helps in reducing the pain and cramps that are associated with it.

Hye. Thank you for your query. Most common reasons for hiccups are- -Stretching of the stomach after eating or drinking -Sudden emotional excitement -Sudden change of air temperature (eg. Cool shower) -Very hot/cold food or drink -A large meal -Alcohol or excess smoking. Here are some remedies you can try out to stop the hiccups. - Cinnamon powder is an effective remedy for hiccups. Boil 1 ½ cups of water and add a teaspoon of freshly ground cardamom powder in it. Allow the liquid to cool and then strain the liquid and drink. This remedy helps the muscles of the diaphragm to relax and this will stop your hiccups. - Chew and suck on a piece of fresh ginger. - Place a teaspoon of sugar below your tongue and let it gradually melt. -Drink a glass full of iced water. This sudden strong temperature can help the diaphragm muscles to relax. If the hiccups persist for more than 3-4 hour, you need to see your physician to detect other more serious underlying medical conditions.

A person should eat only that much amount of sugar which is as per his caloric recommendation which takes into account the energy requirement of a person. Which basically mean that a person involved in physical labour is recommended to eat more carbohydrates (read sugar) as compared to a person involved in desktop job As per WHO recommendation - daily salt intake should be 5gms salt or less.

Maintaining stamina diet, exercise along with herbal preparations will be effective in weight gaining, shaping body, fitness etc. The consumption nutritious diets along with herbal supplements are more effective in weight gain. Masturbation practices are not healthy in long term better to stop in view of future happy married life. You need digestion and absorption herbal supplements as additional.
