3 meals per day and healthy snacks twice daily to achieve the best possible result within a short period. Here is a guideline for creating the best vegetarian diet for weight loss. Based on this, you can create your own diet plan as the food choices of each person may vary and the items available to you may be different from what mentioned here. Early Morning You can have any of the following items to start your day. ? 1 glass of lukewarm water with lemon juice added to it. This drink will have zero calories in it. Breakfast 2 Idlis and half a cup of sambar and � cup of low fat milk Mid Morning Snack You can use boiled pulses, green salads, low- calorie fruits or nuts as a snack Lunch cup brown rice (not to exceed 200 grams cooked rice) and � cup mixed vegetable gravy along with one bowl mixed vegetable salad and 1 small bowl raitha or low fat curd. Ensure that the vegetables are cooked using low fat oil and without adding coconut. Evening Green tea Dinner Start your dinner with any thin soup. You can eat 2 rotis or one quarter plate upma or 3 slices of brown bread or one bowl of oats at night along with � cup vegetable and 1 bowl of salad.

Hi lybrate-user for increasing body weight, start eating more chapatis and rice with ghee or butter. Take creamed milk upto 400 ml daily. Eat fresh fruits and vegetables, take pulses and pulses products. You can eat homemade fried foods but avoid eating from the market. If you eat non-veg then eat 2 to 3 pcs. Of egg or fish thrice a week. Also take 4 to 6 pcs. Of almonds or cashew nuts or some raisins. Must take exercise daily as it helps in better absorption of food and also increases your satiety.

Hello, madam, fasting blood sugar value >126 mg is considered as diabetes. So 130 to 140 mg is a confirmed case of diabetes mellitus. In a diabetes patient sweets are not advisable including honey. But if the quantity is small like 10 to 15 ml in a day may be taken. Honey contains fructose, which has a different metabolic pathway than glucose. But is larger quantity it is harmful. Almonds are good about 5 to 8 of them per day either alone or with milk is fine. Milk should be skimmed one. Most important is blood sugar levels should be fasting closer to 100 mg and pp 150 to 160 and hba1c% <7.

I suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. Start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2.take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3.triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4.amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only your weight gain will take definitely note=avoid over eating. When you are trying to gain weight, you should eat food the rich in vitamins and minerals. 1. Healthy food includes meat, egg, milk, fruit vegetables, fruits, and nuts. Cashews, almonds, dates, walnuts, dry grapes, apricots, peaches are some of the dried fruits and nuts that can be added to breakfast, salads, cereal and desserts. Sesame seeds, ground nuts, and peanuts also contain fats in them and can help in adding that extra pounds you desire. 2. Sometimes loss of appetite may also cause weight loss. So you should take following remedies improving weight A]triphala kadha 4tsp before lunch and dinner B]amala juice 4 tsp + sugar 2 tsp+ honey 2 tsp empty stomach in the morning umami flavor increases satiety and enhances appetite. Due to improving hunger and digestion whatever you will eat more and even you eat more it will digest properly and your weight will increase naturally without any supplement.

Best way to reduce fat is exercise and diet control....take pranacharya medohar rasayn twice a day....medohar guggul 2-2 twice a day....and pranacharya slim capsule 1-1 twice a day...avoid junk food...oily food...fermented food..alcohol consumption..sugar....milk products and sweets....take oats and cereals more..and do pranayama early in the morning and walk for atleast 45 minutes a day...and do exercises....dont sleep immediately after taking meal....

Hello. According to your height and weight your BMI is overweight for normal BMI reduce approximately 10 to 15 kg weight. Get up time Drink 2 glass Lukewarm water with half lemon juice, half spoon honey, 10 to 12 fenugreek seeds (overnight soaked), pinch cinnamon powder. Eat healthy breakfast oatmeal, vegetables pauha, Fruit juice, etc. With 1 cup green tea. In mid morning Take 4 to 5 almond (soaked). Take 1 plate salad, 1 bawl subji, 2 roti in lunch. In snack time Eat raw fruit. Vegetable Brown rice eat in dinner. Before half an hour from your sleeping time take 1 glass Lukewarm water with 2 spoon Cinnamon powder and 1 spoon honey. Tips :- 1) Maintain your food timing and amount. 2) Take small plates and healthy meals. 3) Drink lemon water and lots of water. 4) Do exercise for atleast 45 to 60 minutes. 5) Use healthy fats and oils. 6) Don't take stress. 7) Eat Raw fruits, vegetables and green leafy vegetables. 8) Take proper sleep.

Reduce sweets, salt and bad fats but take a high protein diet like toned milk, curd, boiled eggs which are filling and one does not feel hungry for hours. A katori of nuts taken along with roasted chane help beat hunger pangs besides giving good proteins + healthy fats. Exercise more & do relax with yoga. Eat more raw seasonal fruits and vegetables & cut down every food causing distention e g. Pulses & sprouts.

Diabetes or diabetes mellitus is referred to as a group of disorders that are characterized by a high blood sugar level. Diabetes mellitus occurs when the secretion of insulin (a pancreatic hormone responsible for converting the sugar from consumed foods into energy) is insufficient or the body cells do not properly respond to insulin. Insufficient secretion of insulin causes glucose formation in the bloodstream and mixes with the urine.

Dear lybrate-user, if the weight gain has increased drastically without making any evident change in food and other physical activities. I recommended you to get your thyroid levels checked. Still for basic weight loss to be achieved maintains a balanced diet of not more than 1500 calories per day. 1. Refined sugars in coffee and tea should be completely stopped, shift to multigrain chapatti instead of only wheat based and have more complex crabs in your snacks time like roasted grain and salads. 2.2serving of fruits should be included but keep the serving size maximum to 1 at one time. 3. Include 1-2 portions of proteins in form of tofu, paneer, sprouts and oat meals daily in the evening time to manage the intake of carbohydrates after 7: 30 pm. 4. Maintain a good balanced of carbohydrates, fats and protein to the ratio and include a cardio session of 45 mins daily for at least 5 days a week to maintain a good health overall.

Hello lybrate-user, you need to increase your protein intake in diet, such as milk, pulses, grams, etc. On top of that, you can also start taking protein powder too and start going to gym or swimming. These gym and swimming, both helps to increase strength of your muscles and blood vessels too. Ultimately, it will give your desired result.

To lose belly fat, eat healthy and plain food. Have 6 small meals in a day. In the morning take lemon water on an empty stomach, then do prayanayam and suryanamaskar daily. Always go for brisk walk in the evening for 30 minutes.
