I'm diabetic since 22 years taking tablets. Now I'm taking Glimy 2 mg and Tenebite 20 mg. Should I continue the same or switch over to Insulin injection. As im not comfortable with tablets. Is it high time to change?

With out knowing your Diabetic status like HbA1c, duration, any associated complications it is unfair to get opinion, it may be wrong to your health.

Start your day with warm lukewarm water with 2- 3 drops of lemon. Daily go for a walk for 45 minutes. Avoid junk food.

I want gain my weight in a month please suggest me a diet to help in gain my weight easily.
The first thing you need to understand is that when you gain weight you’re either gaining muscle or you’re gaining fat. So the healthiest way to gain weight is by putting on lean muscle, which means while you’re going to be eating more, you need to be conscious of what you’re eating. Take foods high in protein, fat, and carbs (carbs on days you’re working out) and trying to stay away from foods high in sugar, especially added sugar. This being because a lot of the sugar we eat gets metabolized into fat, and high-blood sugar levels have been linked to metabolic syndrome, cancer, Alzheimer’s disease, memory loss, and even premature aging. Here are important foods for weight gain. Soya, lean meats, salmon, tuna, egg whites, sprouts, pulses, rajma, chole, tofu, beans, whole grains. Take expert advice. Thanku.

Hi lybrate-user There could be many reasons for weight gain. To lose weight we need to focus upon some basic food plan like cutting down on grains and sugar. This helps immediately .we should avoid processed food. The healthy weight loss diet should contain ample amount of vegetable with sufficient protein. Hello, The more he walks the better it is for him. Include papaya, Beetroot, pomegranate, brinjal, lauki in his diet for better results. Cut down on salt or encourage salt restricted diet. Green vegetables, beans are some healthy options. Oats do help.

It is not ideal to sit in ice packs and all you have to do is just sit where you get air and let the body cool off naturally. Using ice can be dangerous especially when the body is heated up with exercises
