  5. Tabacum: When the patient is experiencing symptoms like feeling extremely cold and tired, or even a sinking feeling, this medicine can be used as a remedy.
  6. Petroleum: Constant nausea can be treated with petroleum. The symptoms treated by this medicine also include an empty feeling in the pit of the stomach as well as too much saliva production, and stiffness in the neck and back. Also, the patient may take this medicine when stomach pain is experienced due to motion sickness.
  7. Rhus Toxicodendron: This medicine is ideal for motion sickness experienced due to air travel. Besides air sickness, this medicine can also treat intense headaches and dryness in the mouth and throat. It can also be used to treat stomach pain.

Take high protein and high calories diet. Take whole pulses, egg,lean meat, paneer,soya milk, sprouts.take plenty of fruits. Take milk nd milk products. Take curd 2 times in a day. Do stretching exercise.

Follow these best methods to easily gain weight and get a healthy body - * to gain weight, first take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calories food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of bournvita or complan powder with breakfast. * after 2 hours of breakfast, take 2 bananas or a bowl of boiled soyabeans. To increase your hunger & proper digestion of food - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after lunch * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. You can take 2 bowl of careals (moong/chana daal) on the place of curd or cheese. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 10-12 pieces of dry fruits or 3-4 pieces of dates (khajoor). * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. Exercise is very important so that muscles gain mass from the heathy diet. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid smoking & alcohol drinkg completely. I assure you that you definitely gain weight fastly by following them. Be healthy

To reduce belly fat you need to be particular about food choices & timings. Eat small & frequent meals. Include high fiber foods in your diet such as whole cereals & whole pulses. Drink plenty of water. Avoid refined foods from your diet such as maida, pasta. Keep check on your food intake.

Hai doctors I am diabetic from 2014 know a days I am not using medicine my sugar levels are before food 120 to 130 and after taking meals are tiffen 180 to 200 with out medicine its good are I should take medicine and I am also alcoholic daily I will take 4 pegs in knight please suggest me what I gave to do.

Your blood sugar is mildly high which should be controlled with medicine if you are on diet restriction and on regular exercise. The amount of alcohol you are taking daily is definitely exvessive and harmful it is affecting your blood sugar levels also. Please stop alcohol intake.

Spicy and heavy food require more water. More water therapy is not always effective. It can be lot of complications. Generally 2 litter water is quite sufficient. Drink water in sitting position and sip the water. More water causes thyroid and obesity etc.

You can do 7 Minute exercises. Its on You tube- by Fitness Blender. Find 20 mins time in morning for yourself. Investment in health is the best investment. Its the only real life insurance. Don't try to search for homemade weight loss concoctions, because none exist. This is all wishful thinking. Weight loss happens by proper diet combined with exercise. There is no short cut. Enjoy the journey to health .. step by step!
