At this age vito. D deficiency is very uncommon. Investigate for arthritis by blood test (arthritis panel) & take good sleep at least 7 hrs. Do more physical activity by jogging in the morning &yoga.

For increasing your weight Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong, chana,Dal, rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit.

Hi Take 200 ml of water + Crush 2-3 garlic cloves and make paste + Add ½ tsp of paste to water and bring to boil + Strain the water + Add 2 tbsp lemon juice to it + Mix well + Drink 2 times a day for 1 week. Take chitrakadi vati 1-1 tab after lunch and dinner. Take pranacharya udarasav improved and pranacharya livcure syrup twice a day 2-2 tsf. Drink butter milk empty stomach. Avoid tea and coffee.

I think you are generally in good shape. However you should now start preparing for advancing years. For this start remaining on fruit diet for one day in a week. Take a cup of spinach juice on the day prior to fruit diet day. Eat 200 gms salad with every meal. You can take honey. But you should avoid mirch masala, fried foods, refined foods like sugar, maida, white rice etc. Make sure that your weight at this age does not increase. Depending upon your profession you will retire from your work or reduce active physical work. That is the time when your weight will tend to increase. Be very cautious about it. If you find weight increasing cut down on your chapaties and rice, but may increase salads and dal.

Mid afternoon ? Coconut water or dry fruits or lemon tea or vegetable soup.Do regular exercise like brisk walking (at least), running, swimming etc. avoid sedentary and lazy lifestyle.For more details consult me privately.

Thigh fat needs an overall body workout. Try to do daily 20 sets of suryanamaskar, squats, lunges and leg stretching exercises. Climb stairs as and when you can. Walk to your work place. Avoid lifts. Take breaks between office hours. Don't forget to eat healthy along with all this. Thanks!

Please consult near by pediatrician in person baby may have some hearing problem (locking of tympanium) due to sudden loud sound near ears.

Sir, you should do Yoga + Walk and also reduce intake of high calories foods. There is no medicine to reduce tummy. Please Do not fall for such gimmicks. Improve your health naturally. Stay healthy and stay happy.
