You need a combination of low back and leg stretching exs back, abdominal and leg strengthening core stability exercises changes in posture sleeping habits and work station modification disc degeneration can be minimized with a holistic approach and medicines alone do not help long term good luck.

Hi lybrate-user, good to know that you are not wanting to take pills for weight loss. A good diet and exercise will surely relieve you form the problem. Actually the weight you have mentioned does not show you to be overweight, but if you feel you need inch loss in the given areas or do not want a pear shaped body, you may start on suryanamaskar, yogasanas and some pilates or twists exercises. Cut down on high calorie intakes and have multiple meals with small portions of food through the day.

Osteoporosis is a disease where decreased bone strength increases the risk of a broken bone. It is the most common reason for a broken bone among people who are old. Bones that commonly break include the back bones, the bones of the forearm, and the hip. Until a broken bone occurs there are typically no symptoms.

Three important factors to keep your bones healthy are

1.Adequate amounts of calcium intake
2.Adequate amounts of Vitamin D
3.Regular Exercise

Calcium
Eat low fat dairy products like milk and curd, dark green leafy vegetables, soy products
Consult your doctor if you need calcium supplements

Vitamin D
It improve body's ability to absorb calcium.
We mostly get our Vitamin D from sunlight but check with your doctor if you need any supplements.

Regular Exercise

First of all you should avoid any drug to postpone your periods. Still if there is such conditions you can use contraceptive pill to delay menses.

As you also know no one can change the lip colour we are born with, only by home-remedies we can only change the tone or lighten the shade. So, follow the below points: - Mix 1 tbsp of rose petal paste and 1 tsp of butter, milk cream or honey and srub it very gently. Do this 2 times a week. - Take a thin slice of lemon, sprinkle a bit of sugar and rub it on your lips very gently. Do this daily for few days. - Soak a few rose petals in raw milk for one hour, and then grind the mixture to make a paste. Add one-half teaspoon of honey and a pinch of saffron to it. Apply the paste on your lips and leave it on for about 15 minutes. Do this two times a day. - Make a paste of 'Kasturi Manjal' (wild turmeric) with rose petals, saffron and raw milk (which is very effective. Management: Keep yourself hydrated, have 12-15 glasses of water. Always use good quality of either lipstick or lip balm with Vit. A, E and sunscreen 20-30 minutes before going out in sun. Eat healthy, nutritious food. Avoid anger/ anxiety. Avoid junk food. Take 6-9hrs of sound sleep. Give up the habit of toughing, licking/ picking the lips. Don't smoke, eat gutka, etc.

Hi lybrate-user, supplements are not needed. However, rely on healthy protein sources such as oats, broken wheat, millets, milk, curd, nuts, boiled pulses, eggs, fish/chicken etc. Do not go for commercial protein supplements as they can load your kidneys. Please also drink at least 3 liters of water when you are on high protein. All the best!

To control or maintain BP normal there are some instructions are given below : •Do not take salt in high amount or try to avoid it because high sodium level increase BP . • Eat less amount of pickle and fast food , fast food contain high sodium . • Avoid drinking alcohol and smoking . • Take less amount of coffee and tea both increase BP . • Drink 8 to 10 glass of water daily • Do exercise daily , running and long walk. • Take 6 to 8 hrs of sleep daily .Do not take too much stress . • Do long breathing pranayams daily for 10 - 15 minutes .It will reduce your stress level in your body. • Avoid taking too much fat foods such as butter , cheese ,ghee. • Eat healthy diet such as green leafy vegetables, fruits . Eat an apple daily . You can take Mukta Vati Of Divya Pharmacy of Baba Ramdev one tablet daily but only under the guidance of Ayurveda Doctor.

You may be suffering from tinea cruris which is fungal infection of the inner thighs and genital area. It can be treated by taking four to six weeks of anti fungal treatment which includes tablets along with creams. Do not use soap over that area. Mistreatment with over the counter Steroid containing creams lead to repeated case of recurrence and also side effects due to application. Do not use steroid containing combination creams. Please consult me in private chat with photos for detailed prescription. Do not delay treatment as it may spread further on your body and also to other people living in the household.

Hi lybrate-user, There are many reasons of acne. If you want to fading away acne, you have to strictly follow diet, yoga and medicine chart. Then Ayurveda helps you. Avoid oily and spicy food. Do the cat/cow avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Apply hot fomentation twice daily. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily. Bhujang asana. Core strengthening exercises. Back stretchingstretch.
