Good intake of ghee, rice, and High calorie-contained food will increase the weight in women. Cheese items, boiled items, oil content foods, pizzas, and burgers will play a major role in increasing the weight in greater extent. 1. First thing to do to gain weight is eating the right amount of food each day. Take about 20 times of your body weight in calories every day. It is better to plan your meals daily as you know what and when to eat – and you don’t have to just go have it for the sake of filling your stomach. 2. Keep checking your weight daily. Multiply your body weight into 20 and that is the amount of calorie that you must eat on a daily basis. So if you weigh 120 pounds and multiply it by 20, you’ll have to eat 2, 400 calories everyday to gain weight fast. 3. The intake of calorie is not necessarily be exactly 20 times of your body weight but for optimum results it would be the best measurement to start with. If you can add additional calories if you aren’t finding any gain in your weight. 4. Next, pay attention to the type of food that you eat. You will end up just putting on weight instead of healthy muscles if you keep eating junk foods. In order to get muscle weight, eat healthy food, such as meat, carbohydrate rich food and healthy fat. Have an approximate calculation of this combination in your daily diet – carbohydrate 40%, protein 30%, and fat 30% this would be an ideal combination of healthy diet. 5. If your body needs to receive regular stream of nutrients, you need to change to frequent or smaller number of regular meals (for example 4 to 6 smaller meals) daily instead of big 3 meals as usual. This way it will be easier to build muscles weight.

It could be due to melasma. It is a chronic skin conditionThat causes discoloration of face. It usually appears as brown, tan or blue grey patch on upper cheek/upper lip/fore head/chin. The primary reason is because of hormonal changes and exposure to bright sun light. It mostly affects women precaution 1.Choose a sun screen with a SPF of greater than 30 when going out door 2.Avoid exposure to bright sun light 3.Drink plenty of water 4.Use sun screen lotion 5.Take plenty of fruits and vegetables 6. Take Vit B12 supplement 7. Avoid stress 8. Apply topical de pigmentation agent like 25 hydroquinone/Tretinoin ointment after consulting skin specialist. If no relief, then micro dermabrasions Natural method of Treatment 1.Mix equal parts of lemon juice and raw honey, apply it over affected area, cover it with warm towel for 15 minutes and then rinse off 2. Apply a paste of turmeric powder and lemon juice to the affected area 3. Keep a slice of cucumber on affected area and wash it off after 30 min 4.Make a paste by mixing sandal wood powder and rose water, apply it on affected area and leave it for 20 min. Wash it with lukewarm water.

Hi Lybrate user, your abdomen always feel bloated due to accumulation of gas, it's the 1st symptoms of gastritis. Or it's may be mucous in your stool & may be caused by liver you can test lft &r.e of stool. Then you can contact with me privately. Take care.

Start with a 5 day fruit diet program. Drink one cup of spinach juice every day. After that eat 200 gms of salad with every principal meal. Buy a flexible 1" long bristle plastic brush. Rub your wet body during your daily bath and wash again. That will improve general health of skin and remove dandruff.

Mix castor oil and a little amount of baking soda until you make a paste. Place the paste on the surface of the mole. Leave the paste on the mole for a few hours. The paste will dry after a few hours. This can be done about twice every day.

Dear , no doubt your mother is obese, and the entire body's weight will be thrusted down on the knees which would be the reason for her knee pain. Also calcium deficiency, porosity of bones, increased uric acid levels in the body, knee cap degeneration, can be some of the reasons.

Hi lybrate-user, Different people have different perceptions about homeopathy and alopathy. Whatever line of treatment you chose, please stick to it for long and consistently for everything takes its own time. Full benefit of any treatment will come if you combine it with counseling intervention for it is through counseling only will you be able to learn new ways of behaving and being. Until you don't address the root cause of your emorions they will continue to trouble you. So seek help from a good therapist/ Counselor to find the list happiness. As far as diet is concerned- eating healthy foods such as green vegetables, proteins and exercising atleast for an hour daily will help you uplift your mood. You can choose any form of cardio from walking, swimming, playing a sport, yoga, dance. Do whatever you find joy in. All the best!
